I ordered a club house set (it wasn't the first time I ordered, the last time was a year ago and in March of this year). It's not like Seth came, it's hard to call it sushi. I was terribly ashamed in front of my colleagues, it was a birthday treat. The quality used to be good, but now it's terrible. Support replied, "the photos on the website may vary." Although I repeat, it wasn't the first time I ordered and saw how this set might look. The sushi itself is small, very sloppy, as if it fell apart and reassembled, the color of everything is gray, whether it's fish or rice. I don't recommend it!

We ordered the mama Mia set a week before Mother's Day on October 14th. The set arrived absolutely not tasty, the rice was not seasoned, the set did not look fresh. None of the sushi was delicious. I've never been so disappointed in an expensive set before. 2 stars only for the courier's arrival within the specified time frame. I didn't like the rest at all.

But when I arrived to pick up the order, the price increased to 68.99. I asked to explain why the price increased, they said at the checkout, call the call center... I called, they said it was his fault, because I told them not to call me back. Don't you need to call back if the price has changed? You misled the buyer by calling the price 49.99, and then raising the price for the order by almost 30 percent! In that case, I refused the order! I recently ordered the Godzilla set, and I can say that I was very pleased! The sushi was prepared at the highest level, the ingredients are fresh, the taste is rich. I especially liked the roll with smoked salmon, mussels, cream cheese and masago caviar — the combination turned out just great! Rice, fish and vegetables are perfectly balanced, each component is felt, but does not interrupt the rest. The service in the establishment is also excellent — the staff is polite and attentive, always ready to help with the choice. I ordered at 1 Zmitroka Biaduli Street, everything was delivered on time, the packaging was neat, nothing leaked. The only thing missing for the ideal is a Scandinavian salmon cake, such a video on the menu would definitely be welcome! But in general, I recommend the place, everything is very tasty and high-quality!

Tom kha soup is a sour, salty liquid in which 3 pieces of chicken and one cherry tomato float in an incomprehensible state. The cost, for a moment, is 20 rubles per serving. The rolls have unleavened rice, and the rolls themselves are falling apart. The price - quality completely does not match.

Since I was not at home, my wife and I were driving home in a hurry by that time. As a result, at 22.23 the children call and say that someone is ringing the intercom. We told them we were a courier and to open it. It was good that the younger one had the money to pay off. At 22.24, the courier calls and says that no one opens the door for him. I tell him that the order was for another time. He replied in a dissatisfied voice that the door was not being opened for him and that his order was for the time until 22.40. I say that call the intercom again, the children will open it. He says they won't open the front door for him. I tell him that you call again and they will open for you. The courier stopped talking. Bottom line: the sushi was delivered, but the courier did not give the child the change from the order. It's clear that there are pennies (32 kopecks), but the fact is a fact. You can say that the order indicated payment by card to the courier and therefore he did not have any cash with him, but then the order time was different. Management, make sure that the time of the order that the customer makes matches the time that the courier arrives at. Therefore, so far, 1 star.

A reasonable question arises — why doesn't the administrator warn about the delay, and the courier has to call and apologize? This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to the client. As a result, the order was delivered not in the promised 1 hour and 20 minutes, but in about 2 hours! In addition, huge fish bones were found in the rolls (photo attached), which is extremely dangerous and unacceptable! Fortunately, no one choked, but this level of quality control is simply unacceptable. In general, the service leaves much to be desired: delays without warning, lack of communication from the restaurant and a dangerous product! I'm very disappointed.

In fact, sushi arrived without a "cap" - i.e. just rice, nori, and vegetables - what was the point of putting them at all?))) I can eat rice with salad at home.. Of course, it is very nice that there was a good discount - 50% on the first order, but I think that when you first order, you also need to respect the quality, even with a discount, because we could continue to order at this place, but, unfortunately, we will not.

I ordered a Godzilla set and a hot roll yesterday. My sister and I were not satisfied - the rice was bland, the fish was not, and the filling in the rest of the rolls was too. The hot roll more or less had some flavor due to the additives. But overall, it's a huge disappointment. For the same money, you could buy two kilos of sushi in the Green and enjoy the meal. But there's just nothing about it. I strongly do not recommend it. Dinner and evening were ruined by bad food. By the way, there are a lot of bad reviews about cream. In addition to the set, we ordered Philadelphia rolls and eel rolls once a year, they are very expensive, and the rice there was undercooked and crunched on the teeth, plus there was little filling and they were just as disgustingly twisted. For that kind of money, of course it's thrash easy! At the same time, I am a regular customer and ordered sets both expensive and cheap, and there was no such lawlessness! I ordered 2 sushi sets, as I liked them before, but apparently I haven't ordered for a long time, since this time they just delivered a disaster, not sushi. In one set, all the rolls were made from old nori leaves that couldn't be chewed. The second set tasted strange and had a bitter aftertaste. I didn't take any chances and finish eating, I just threw it away. Complaints are answered for a very long time, but judging by the huge number of negative reviews and such quality, this place clearly does not care about the quality of food and its reputation. We ordered two sets, the sushi is dry, the salmon is scary to look at, the taste is herring with rice, it is impossible to eat. We were here for the first and last time. I do not recommend this institution to anyone.

I do not know what happened to this office....but a few months ago everything was OK: sushi and delivery. But I don't understand what's going on right now. Yesterday I ordered sushi at 22:35. They said the waiting time was 00:25. Previously, they had bonuses after each order, which could be used later upon accumulation. Every time you tell an operator about bonuses, the operator's tone changes from polite to displeased, as if you were taking these bonuses out of their pocket. So yesterday I decided to ask about the bonuses, and the operator happily replies that they are no longer there and cannot be used. Okay, you can't do that. Let's go back to the order. 1:40 hours delivery time, well, OK, I'm waiting. And now it's 00:25 on the clock, and the order doesn't even smell. After another 10-15 minutes, I call, but no one picks up the phone, and, of course, does not call back. What's left to do? I went to eat some homemade food and went to bed. I'm already asleep, and then the phone starts ringing: it's ringing. It's 1:20: the courier has arrived to pick up the order. I don't need to anymore, thanks. I haven't said anything about the quality of sushi lately: the picture and reality are completely opposite things. They often arrive dry, may fall apart, and are fresh. It's a pity, but I was a regular customer of this office. But in a couple of months, they've gone down a lot.

If it were possible to give a minus grade, I would give it. I ordered a Wok delivery in the amount of 14 pieces, three of them were with rice, the rest with noodles. So, everything about the noodles was disgusting. The noodles were overcooked and it was more like a mess. After the review left in the app, they contacted me and said they would check the noodles. But the problem is not the noodles, but the fact that they were simply digested. So 2 days later, they called me back to say that everything was fine with the noodles. That is, all 11 people just talked about sushi house and did not understand whether the noodles were overcooked or not. It's just a Spanish shame! No apologies, no regrets, and not even any suggestions to rehabilitate himself in the eyes of the client. They work for short-term revenue, not thinking about the long term and the fact that a satisfied customer will return to them and bring them much more. By the way, the client was ashamed in front of his colleagues that the promised delicious lunch turned out to be completely tasteless.

We ordered sushi on 10/14/2024. The delivery is fast, there are no questions. The courier was not late, thank him very much. But, Seth himself..... It's disgusting. The rice is stuck together, the rolls cannot be torn apart. Unfortunately, it was not me who controlled it, but my guests who came from another country. I was very disappointed, the appearance was surprising, the fish was at a minimum, absolutely tasteless, bland, the rice seemed sour, half of the set had to be thrown out, etc. it was simply impossible to use this "product". We took the set "A-1 :25 years with you" I don't recommend it to anyone. One star exclusively for delivery.

I thought about it for a long time, but still decided to write a review. We've been ordering various sets for the last six months. They were delivered by couriers from Independence. Everything was fine. On 21.04 in the evening we decided to order a Godzilla set. order 71288. It's the most disgusting sushi I've ever seen. The rice is half-cooked, the fish is baked, the cat has cried enough cheese, wrapped somehow. The order was sent on the LOG.. I immediately wrote to the courier, hoping to solve the problem without delay. I received a reply that he only deals with delivery. And it wasn't until the next day that the receptionist called! He offered a free dessert at the next order. I refused. Disgusting service, and disgusting attitude towards solving the problem. . the set cost 70.p99 kopecks. Everything was thrown in the trash. I don't recommend it.
