I want to share a review about the best hotel in Nha Trang and Cam Ranh! It is located on the first line, and the sea here is simply transparent, and the sand is white, like in the Maldives. The dishes from the chef are simply delicious — they delight with their taste and variety every time. There is also a snack bar on the beach with a wide selection of dishes and tropical fruits, there is always revenge and ice cream for children and cocktails branded by Swandor! The animation team and professional show ballet create a great mood, and live music adds to the festive atmosphere. The staff is always helpful and friendly, ready to help in any situation! I would like to say thank you to every employee. This is all the merit of the hotel management, who really knows how to organize the best rest for their guests. We have already stayed at this hotel 7 times, and each time we notice how it is changing and getting better. I have been to Nha Trang more than 15 times and I can confidently say that there is no better place to find. The ultra all inclusive system works almost around the clock, which is very convenient. The variety of fruits, seafood and meat dishes is simply amazing — even dumplings and pilaf can be tasted! And for children there is a huge children's center with an area of 900 m2 with its own restaurant. The children are absolutely delighted to run there after swimming! Thanks to the animators, Anton, Nikolai, Natalia, Yasma, Julia. Yes, beach and foam parties are a real godsend for lovers of fun and vivid emotions! They create an unforgettable atmosphere where you can relax, have fun, dance in the open air and enjoy the music. Foam parties are a lot of fun, and both adults and children are thrilled.😍 We will be happy to return again only to our beloved Swandor.

We stayed at Swandor Cam Ranh in August 2025 and were very satisfied! The hotel as a whole made a pleasant impression, especially for holidays with children. The food is delicious and varied, you can always find something to taste: from fresh fruits to dishes of European and Asian cuisine. It's also easy for children to pick up food, you definitely won't stay hungry. 👩‍💼 The staff is trying to help, but sometimes the service is a little lame, I would like a little more attention, organization and knowledge of at least English. For kids, it's just great! There is a kids' club where the kids are interested and have fun, lots of activities, and various entertainment programs take place in the evening, so it definitely won't be boring. The beach is a real paradise: white soft sand, smooth access to the sea, clear water. There are sun beds and umbrellas, although some of them are already old, it would be possible to upgrade. We liked the hotel as a whole, but I feel that the building could use a light renovation, I want to refresh the territory and rooms a little. At the same time, the territory is very green and well-groomed, there are many palm trees and flowers, there are cozy corners for walking. Nevertheless, the rest was great, the atmosphere was pleasant, and our impressions were very good. In general, the hotel is perfect for family holidays, especially with children. Despite minor shortcomings, we received a lot of positive emotions and returned satisfied!

We had a family vacation in late May and early July! The animators are great, funny guys, they try to give everyone their time! Natalia is a rude lady, not very funny! The rest are beautiful! Turkish hotel in Vietnam. Of the advantages: 1) Everything is included. Those who come here for relaxation, silence and solitude are unlikely to find what they were looking for, as there are sooo many children and of course it is noisy and fussy from this. 4) the hotel has its own territory. There is a small swimming pool (unfortunately not as big as it could be, so there are few places on deck chairs), a tennis court, and a chess court. One of the disadvantages is that it is very far from the central part of Nha Trang, so if you are going to hang out, go shopping, etc., you need to get tickets in advance for the shuttle bus that runs from the hotel to the not quite central part of the city. It often happens that you arrive after breakfast, and there are no tickets anymore... -2 it is expensive to order a taxi from the hotel to any part of Nha Trang, even through the application, even by agreement. Taxi drivers themselves say that this hotel is considered to be for the "rich", so the prices are not weak. A good spa is included in the price, a hammam and a sauna are a salvation if you are suddenly caught in the rain. We walked both ways along the beach and Svandor has the most gentrified beach. The garbage does take out, but it's on the side of the hotel and there's none on the territory of Svandor. Clean pools, good animation. The fact that there is a nightclub in the main building and the bass and beats can be heard until late at night is not very convenient. A very cool, thoughtful kids' club, a buffet for kids, Russian-speaking tutors, an all-day program. To summarize, a good hotel, pleasant staff, clean beach, white sand, clear water, we left with tears in our eyes. The impression was overshadowed by the pegasus employees, it's been a long time since I've seen such a lack of customer orientation, two girls: Kymbat and Assel - we came to buy excursions the next day after meeting with the guide, we were scolded like schoolchildren for not buying right away and now they don't have time for us, it's not known when they show up at the hotel - although we saw them every day. In general, it is a very unpleasant communication, as repulsive as possible. Buy excursions on the side, it will be cheaper and more enjoyable. We had an unforgettable stay at the Svandor Hotel (Cam Ranh, Vietnam). The hotel is great! Almost all rooms overlook the incredibly beautiful sea and the beach. The staff is Russian-speaking, friendly, and responds instantly to all requests. The room is clean and tidy. I really liked the Svandor Cam Ranh Hotel in Vietnam.The territory is small and compact, everything is close to canteens, swimming pools, the sea, everything is just a couple of minutes from the buildings. The snack bar also has plenty to choose from. The rooms are spacious and often cleaned. The disadvantage is a bathtub instead of a shower.When you bathe, all the water is on the floor. I always had to collect water. And another disadvantage is the view from the window of the dirty non-working pools of the neighboring inactive hotel. But it was only in Building B on the left side. The other side has a wonderful view. And everything else is just a plus. The water in the sea is warm, pleasant, clean, transparent, but I went in July, I don't know how in other months. The beach is also cleaned cleanly. In the evenings, the band dances well after the performance. Then there's live disco music. I liked everything. If you want to go on excursions, take more money and more days.

Food and drinks around the clock in different locations.I would like to mention the work of the animators.Games and entertainment are organized all day on the beach and by the pool. I would especially like to mention Miss Hao for doing Yoga and stretching. Dancing and water aerobics with Mr. Yasma were very exciting.Thank you Julia for the extreme fly yoga.You're doing great, it's great that you can do sports and wellness on vacation!!!! In the restaurant, food for every taste, seafood mussels, oysters, baby fish, snails, shrimp, fish, etc., meat, beef, pork, chicken, quail, etc., all kinds of side dishes, sauces, salads, fruits, cheeses with mold were given a couple of times, cake, ice cream, fried crocodile, even frogs were given, in general, something new every time. We stayed at this hotel in October 2025. I can rate the hotel as a weak four.. First, what I liked. The check-in was quick, and the guest relations had Russian-speaking, very friendly staff members, Sezim and Maria. The animation is beyond praise, especially Yerke and Yasin. The dance group is professional, it's a pity that the numbers are repeated in the second week. The masseuse Ngan is just a smart girl. Now what I didn't like. The territory is small, there is no infrastructure nearby, there is nowhere to walk. For example, swings for adults can be placed on empty spaces between palm trees. The food, too, does not pull the top five, especially in the snack bar. Ice cream for dinner only, fruit ice in the afternoon. There is no bottled beer in the minibar, and anyway, beer is only draught in a bar or restaurant. There is no body lotion or dressing gowns. There were some insects on the walls of the room. It was removed only when the insect was found under the pillow. I think we need to check the room for insects before the guests arrive. Towels were more often found with stains, washed. This is unacceptable for a five-star hotel.. The problem with garbage in Vietnam is a national story. On our first visit to Vietnam, the guide explained to us that the Vietnamese do not bother with cleanliness. On the beach of the hotel, the garbage is cleaned, but it is not disposed of, but thrown away near the beach area. It's very unsightly when there are piles of garbage on both sides of the beach.. When choosing an off-season vacation, you need to be prepared not only for a wave, but also for another surprise. As you know, sewage in Vietnam goes out to sea, and sewage treatment plants seem to be completely absent.Out of season, monsoons come from the sea and take out not only garbage, but also sewage. The areas with the brown wave were very visible from the balcony. And it's not sand. In general, there was no Wow effect. The hotel has a Turkish concept, but in fact it is a Turkish surrogate. Hello. We finished our 9-day stay at the swandor hotel in Vietnam. The road from the airport is very short, which is wonderful. The food is quite varied, delicious, and there are a lot of fruits. Mango was given 1 time during the whole time. I don't understand why, it's not expensive here. We bought mangoes ourselves. The rooms themselves are already old. The service is disgusting, there is no service. They look the other way when they talk. They may ask you what you need and after you answer, leave altogether. The attitude towards vacationers is terrible. There are a lot of Russian speakers - 70%, and Chinese and Vietnamese - 30%. When we were fully seated (there were too many people on the last 2 days of our vacation), the restaurant couldn't handle it, and seafood wasn't added when they were running out. There are 2 buildings currently in operation. I'm afraid to imagine what will happen after they buy out 3 more buildings and a water park from the bank. The weather and the sea cover all the inconveniences. The fruit shop on site is excellent. Evgenia works there. Her fruit is twice as expensive as in the market, but a taxi ride in both directions costs 800,000 Vietnamese dong. For this money, you can buy 20 kg of mango at the hotel. The price in the hotel is 40,000 per kg, in the market 15,000 per kg. To sum up, I recommend this hotel for a family vacation. Although it sometimes seemed that vouchers to this hotel were distributed for free. The contingent is something else.
