Cappuccino in this cafe turned into warm milk with a coffee flavor, I asked to make cappuccino with coffee flavor, but they still served one milk (to taste) and asked if there was enough milk. I said it wasn't coffee, but they didn't offer to replace it or anything else. There are zero emotions on his face, no joy, no regret, poker face. Since I already paid, I took it away, but I definitely won't take coffee here anymore.
In general, the pastries are not bad. eclairs are kind of tasteless. The canelles are delicious

Of the minuses - most often, they are located in shopping centers on the passageways... From this, perhaps, the very atmosphere of the institution is a little lost... And on the Communist, 7, it would be very appropriate to install an air conditioner. :)

There is always a queue and it is almost never possible to find an empty table. Also, due to the crowd of people at the counter who are waiting for their orders, there are problems with their issuance and identification. If I take coffee with me, then when I pick it up from the counter, I never know for sure: is this my drink or one of the ten people waiting for mine in front of me? I would like to visit Thierry's point more often, but due to the above problems, I increasingly choose another coffee shop.

I always come to Dana for coffee and every time I wonder how you can make such a tasteless one. The cashiers will prepare some slop in a hurry and get to the next customer as soon as possible. Today was the last drop after throwing away a whole cup of coffee. MANAGEMENT, you really have something to work on, first of all coffee, and second of all SERVICE. The cafe certainly attracts. And that's all 12 rubles. The girl is dissatisfied with the service. She did not give me the devices, after she asked, she gave me with such a face as if I had asked for her personal thing. I put it on the tray without a napkin. The service is not much worse.
The tables are dirty.
I don't like to write negative reviews. But there is simply no limit to indignation. It is better to choose another institution.
