70% of the tables are always with trays and dirty dishes, which the visitors themselves put away anywhere if they want to sit down. The employee also goes out, but given the flow of visitors, it's nothing at all.
A good price tag, a variety of pastries, a delicious lunch, because of which people come anyway, and for this reason, the quality of service does not improve.
You will have to wait for coffee for 15 minutes right at the checkout with a crowd of other people, and then they will forget about you, because it is not fixed in any way who and what to cook, everything is on the conscience of one barista girl, who simply cannot provide so many orders.
The girls at the checkout are so busy that even at 11 a.m. you won't see anyone with a smile anymore, they just don't have time)

With each set of new girls, their faces and manner of communication become more sullen and dissatisfied. It feels like I came to their house to drink coffee for free. Everyone is barely moving, which is why the queue grows to the door and beyond. And this morning, everyone is rushing to work. Why then have 3-4 people on shift?

Thierry is a chain of bakeries and coffee shops, at least in Minsk we saw more than one of them, but we visited only the one on Nemiga, since we lived in the house opposite. This bakery has a fairly large selection of pastries and various confectionery products. Whatever we tried, everything was fresh and very tasty, I especially want to mention the croissants, in Thierry they are the best in the city, even before leaving we specially came here and took them with us on the road. The only drawback (at least it is the coffee shops on Nemiga) is that there is a large flow of people here, there are queues at the checkout and few seats, while the waitress girls do not always promptly clean the tables for visitors.

I often take coffee here - it's not bad enough. I took dessert for the first time - I was disappointed, it was already stale in the evening (I was an hour or half an hour before closing). Sofas are always dirty, so more often I just take my coffee with me and leave. The interior is pleasant to the eye, but it is always not clean enough on tables and sofas, the coffee to go station is not replenished well, almost always there is something. It would be great to put this point in order in terms of cleanliness and it would already be much better.

Delicious, expensive, but that's okay, taste = quality. The ONLY BIG DISADVANTAGE is that 2-3 girls work at the ticket offices, which are not in a hurry at all.. What a couple of people are in line, what a lot of them are doing slowly. I was in another branch of Thierry, where one girl took the order, the other collected it - it was faster. The place is very passable, I want faster service. I give it 3 stars..

Unfortunately, the quality of the cakes has dropped. Both in appearance and in quality. They used to be more accurate and taste better. The filling is more filled. The balls in the cake are Three chocolates, they were of higher quality - now some kind of cheap and not tasty decor.

I once ordered cakes here, the courier from Yandex Food is much friendlier, more polite, more smiling than the staff of this institution :) There are zero questions about baking, drinks are for an amateur. Send the cashier Milan on vacation / for the weekend, or teach the banal basics of service :)

We walked around Minsk, went to the reviews, I can't compare it with other pastry shops of this chain, but at this particular moment we liked everything. There were enough empty tables (without dirty dishes, as they say in the reviews, maybe you were lucky) We bought tuna salad, tea and cakes, the latter was very pleasant with black currant mmm!!! I recommend.

Is there a bakery right under the house? What else can you dream about? Yes, at least about the fact that the pastries were fresh. I came especially in the morning to definitely eat fresh pastries for breakfast. Terribly hard (not crispy, it's hard) Danish and croissant were put with the wrong filling, which I asked for.
I hope another bakery will open nearby soon, because the need for fresh bread, pastries and desserts will not disappear anywhere, but I can no longer rely on you.

And if we talk about coffee ... coffee is not a feature of this network for sure (maybe I was not very lucky and everywhere is different?). Vanilla eclair, it looks so cute, I didn't like it at all. This, of course, is a matter of taste. In the same network I took with other tastes - it was delicious. In general, as for me, it looks beautiful, but in fact very average.

I took off the star for a very tasteless coffee. If you take a cappuccino or something similar, where there are a lot of additives that dilute the taste of the coffee itself, then it's fine, however. I wouldn't have written a review if I hadn't thrown away coffee for the 4th time in a row (for two weeks) without drinking half of it. In general, I will definitely come for everything except coffee.

What can I say about this place - the atmosphere is cozy, the staff consists of only girls (at least during my visit), the eclair was essentially delicious. I ordered cappuccino and raspberry eclair, I want to highlight:
- Eclair with someone's eyelash
- The staff poured cappuccino into a plastic cup with them, although they asked for it on the spot. They explained it this way - that the institution is closing soon, so we'll pour you a drink with us.(so that there are no unnecessary dishes.)
- the coffee serving rate is violated (the serving rate implies the optimal temperature for consumption by the guest (60-70 degrees). The cappuccino itself looked more like cocoa, there was no coffee flavor. The place is not bad, but there are nicer things in this price segment.

I don't understand why everyone loves these coffee shops so much. Yes, it's cozy, yes, beautiful decoration, but... The coffee is disgusting (absolutely liquid cappuccino is the norm for Thierry), the rolls are dry and stale, and the price tag is quite decent. In addition, no matter how many times I have visited the coffee shops of this chain, there have always been huge queues and a VERY long wait, you can wait for your coffee "not with you" for thirty minutes. Besides, it's always dirty. I love other coffee shops much more, the same Flax, Lavazza, Coffewanted.

Вкусно, свежо, стремительно, вежливо! Очень вкусные торты, удобно, что перед покупкой большого, можно попробовать миниатюру. Удобно для путешественников: рано открываются и поздно закрываются. Небольшие и уютные залы, но можно взять с собой (упаковка картонная).

Очень хорошая сеть кофеен и это кафе не исключение. Ассортимент выпечки не очень большой, но все компенсируется качеством. Тесто в круассане отличное, все остальное с начинкой тоже вкусное, очень хорош круассан с фисташками. Есть немного несладких блюд. Кроме выпечки есть хлеб нескольких наименований, особенно хорош белый фирменный. Также есть торты и пирожные. В общем, рекомендую зайти и порадовать себя кофе с чем-нибудь.

Хорошее кафе. Здесь вкусный кофе, свежие десерты на любой вкус и можно недорого пообедать, всегда есть суп дня! Самые вкусные макаронс для меня именно в этом месте! Минусом, пожалуй, будет тот факт, что из-за постоянного потока людей столики убирают не сразу. Иногда приходится напоминать и ожидать какое-то время.

Отличное место, как и все остальные кафе сети Тьерри. Вкусная выпечка на любой вкус, сладости, в обеденное время - достойное меню (получше и сытнее аналогичного во многих местах; советую прийти и специально попробовать. Сам так целый месяц за обедами ходил).
Радует, что Тьерри всегда дают больше, чем ожидаешь и не задирают ценник. Можно спокойно прийти с девушкой вдвоём и не потерять состояние на десертах, в то же время впечатление будет ок 👍. Можно прийти за их блинами (крепами) или круассанами с мясом/рыбой и серьезно подкрепиться. Можно специально прийти на обед и опять остаться довольным!
Честные пять баллов.

АКВАРИУМ: НЕПЛОХО И ВКУСНО. Кафе известной - теперь и нам - сети. "Стекляшка" со входами и напрямую с улицы, и из внутреннего помещения ТЦ Метрополь, в котором она находится. Большой выбор выпечки, кондитерских изделий и различных мясо- и рыбных (с зеленью) перекусов в большинстве (или исключительно) собственного приготовления. Неплохое кофе и чай, не слишком высокие цены. Обычный интерьер этой сети, но по уюту находящееся в пяти минутах отсюда кафе этой же сети (Володарского, 12а) нам понравилось больше

Десерты переодически сухие, бывает и свежее. С рабочим персоналом такая же история: то приветливые девушки, то очень неприветливые девушки с такой «миной», будто это не работа а отработка в сельхозе после университета. Яркий негативный пример - Надежда (постоянный работник)
Летом там ежедневно куча мух. Фото приложила.
Посещаю данное место исключительно когда кровь из носа нужно купить хлеб у дома.
Вывод: лучше сходите в Тьери по другому адресу. Мильфей у них восхитительный, но с мухами не вкусно)

Места достаточно много, но это не значит, что вы найдёте свободный столик. Было всё забито, либо стояла грязная посуда на столе. Гостям пришлось просить работников убрать либо делать это самим (мв не дождались). Очереди большие, так как обслуживание долгое. Не хватило чашек для напитков. Подали кофе в бумажных стаканах. Вместо одного капучино и одного латте пробили одно капучино и два латте, отмену не сделали, пришлось просто выпить всё. Перепутали заказы, хотя гости ждали прямо у кассы. Десерты не самые свежие и не вкусные, ожидаешь большего. На двоих дали лишь один набор приборов. Было очень душно, хотя на улице было прохладно. Персонал вежливый и доброжелательный, хотя невнимательный. Спишем это на загруженность.

Всегда прекрасное месторасположение, достаточно уютно внутри, достаточно вкусные круассаны и капучино, это тот случай, когда Вам хочется кофе или перекусить и поблизости нет ничего впечатляющего - идите ,- будет нормально. Вкусная плетенка с корицей, невкусные блины, не впечатляют киши, если свежие - достаточно вкусные круассаны, но ничего восхитительного, можно съесть омлет ( но подают к нему некрасивый салат), если суп - то он почему-то практически всегда еле тёплый, десерты не рекомендую, - обыденные, единственное, что достойно внимания - чизкейк - он вкусный. Достаточно быстрое обслуживание, но учитывая количество человек на кассе - это медленно) Если надо перекусить, а рядом нет ничего восхитительного - идите, там норм.
