We bought 2 vouchers from Turestino - tickets to the park and a Heroic Odyssey. The office itself is located next to the metro station, we easily got there. You can pay either in dollars or dirhams, but dirhams are best. I liked the heroic odyssey as a whole, the only difficulty was finding the departure point on the pier. For some reason, the phone constantly gave out some new coordinates, colleagues from Turestino tried to help, but in vain, it is difficult to understand from the photo. My recommendations- it would be more convenient for me to navigate, including by photo (where the gate is located, security, departure point, the company that organizes the skating itself. Hero boat, etc. - similarly with a photo instruction on how to get to the office), for this I will take off the star. In general, the prices at Turstino are reasonable. Thank you for the water and sweets in the office.

What we bought - BX (we paid while still in the Russian Federation, due to the delay of the plane flight, which became known three days before the departure date, we thought that we would not get to the booked time, the guys helped to reschedule the date and the tickets were not lost), Atlantis water park, La Perla show, morning safari. Everywhere, except for safari, we got there on our own, I can't say anything about the transfer, we were taken on safari in a seven-seater Land Cruiser (there were 5 of us, an individual tour), we drove comfortably through the dunes, additionally purchased buggies already in the desert. I bought 5 tours and about all of them in order.
Safari: the agent who recorded our hotel was constantly distracted by the phone, not paying much attention to us, direct customers in their office. As a result, I recorded the wrong hotel, of which there are at least 3 in the UAE, which I found out only after a week of arrival in the UAE. He said you will be met by a man in national clothes, you will immediately understand, as a result, a man in a shirt, jeans and a cap arrived, which are full in the hotel and behind the hotel immediately began to complain to us that he came to another hotel and we are to blame, although the agent's fault.
Riding on the dunes is just a children's trip at a speed of 10-20 km / h. I didn't like the car, there was a Nissan patrol, although others had a cruzac 200-300 and they drove faster than us.
There was no sanboarding at all.
Museum of the Future, aya, sea world everything was ok
On the last day of our departure, we decided to go to the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the agent said departure from one place, I asked again the next day, we were told departure from the Shiraton hotel, we went to this hotel at 8 a.m. until we found it, eventually the time is 8:50 and we are told at they don't have a departure to Abu Dhabi, on a free transfer, and the departure is at 9:00, we started writing to the agent, to which she can't say anything intelligible and absolutely don't give a shit, They took their money, then you figure it out yourself.

(Previously, 2 times when I was there, it was 30 minutes) well, of course, where did the time for a stop in the desert come from, if we spent so much time in the store so that we could sell unnecessary goods. Next, dinner in the desert, I'm not picky about food at all and probably wouldn't have said anything for the meal if it hadn't been for what I wrote above. The buffet is such a lot of inspired rice and other things that are not clear, they give a couple of pieces of meat from the barbecue, so in general you will not stay hungry. In general, over the past few years, people have become greedier, everything is flow-oriented. I do not recommend this tour from a tourist, maybe it will be better for others

Disappointed. We took a bus tour of Dubai at Night in November 2024. Why couldn't we have arranged seats nearby in advance? After all, there were a lot of single tourists on the bus. The guide Lola was very ill and coughed the whole tour! It was extremely uncomfortable listening to her cough into the microphone while she was talking about Dubai. In addition, she infected all the passengers, and there were pregnant women and children! This is a very disrespectful attitude of the company towards its tourists.

In addition to the suggested excursions, they told us how best to get there and where there are free buses (this is for parks and museums), they sent us links. I had a request for 4 excursions, I described all the wishes, they answered me only with links to the description of the excursion with prices. It seems like it should be, but only after I studied the site, after spending a lot of time, I realized that there are more profitable options if you take two or three tickets at once, for example. For some reason, no one showed any desire to advise me or suggest anything. And when I said that I was planning to order from the airport closer to arrival and I wanted to plan a budget, they didn't give a damn. When I asked to calculate the total cost, they wrote that I would add it up myself... well, it wasn't very pleasant. There is no interest or desire, although this is your direct task. I'm still studying the issue and I can't say for sure that I won't contact you specifically. The reviews seem to be good, but the first impression was ruined.

Everything is well organized. Took 4 excursions: safari, oceanarium, Sheikh Zayed mosque with a palace and an extreme buggy at the end. I liked all the excursions. I put 4 because of the extreme buggy, where if you don't know English, it's very difficult to understand what they want from you and what they explain, they give me instructions in English, I didn't understand anything at all, translated with the phone in my hand. They are asked to pay 500 dirhams insurance on request, it is not refundable And they ask for a passport or other document as a deposit for the ammunition. I didn't have anything with me, they gave me without a deposit and gave me insurance for free when I wanted to go back to the hotel and not ride. But I liked buggy riding in general, it's better to go in the afternoon. I hope these points will be taken into account in the future.
