I bought tickets to Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi worth 340 dirhams. The description stated that a free transfer from Dubai is included, which will be available by ticket. It turned out that the transfer is the only bus from Dubai to Ferrari World. The number of people wishing to get on this bus significantly exceeds its capacity (the bus is small). As a result, I tried to get in several times, but like several dozen people like me, they just stayed with nothing ... I never got to the park, expensive tickets were gone. The company, of course, said that tickets cannot be exchanged. I think this approach is pure deception. If all the information about the transfer had been given initially in full, their sales would have plummeted.

We chose this company for an evening walk with dinner on a boat along the Dubai Marina. We agreed that we would be picked up from the SWISS HOTEL at 19:30. We arrived at the meeting place at 19:15. And we stood alone until 20:10. No one answered messages and calls. It seemed that this was a real "divorce", because we had already paid the money ($ 180), but no one gets in touch. We got a call from Tour Manager Elvira Shvestsova, who accompanied us to Ferrary Park.It was only thanks to this man that our issue was resolved. Literally 10 minutes after our call, a taxi came for us and took us to our boat. We didn't pay anything for a taxi. It is obvious then who paid. If it wasn't for her, we would never have gotten on our boat. Thank you to this person very much for our evening. Thus, if you do not want to waste your nerves and become a victim of the irresponsibility of this company, which can easily forget about your existence, then IN NO CASE DO NOT CONTACT here. Conclusion: for the carelessness of the company, not that 0, but -7, But for the excellent work of Elvira, I put 10/10. As a result: score 3.

The savings are substantial. We had a rest in the parks just fine. The chic Motiongate Park with a huge number of slides, a lot of attractions, especially the roller coaster we liked. Everything that was described is included in the tour, they took it from the hotel, took it for a ride, offered to ride ATVs, we refused. We took a picture in the desert at sunset, it was magical. They offered a printed photo of us for a lot of dirhams, I don't remember anymore, they refused. After we were taken to dinner (something like a buffet) and watch three performances. In the same recreation area, they offered hookah, henna painting, all sorts of souvenirs, drinks. In parallel, it was possible to ride a camel and roll down a small slide on a board.
