Our favorite Asian restaurant in Minsk!
Thoughtful menu, beautiful presentation. Interesting combinations. Fresh, high-quality products. It is worth noting that the rolls here are simply excellent, the wasabi mousse emphasizes the taste very well.

A worthy place about Japanese food and wine in a stylish performance. The guys, as they say, feel it. Top for your money, especially poke, ceviche and rolls. The breakfasts are also quite good. The only drawback is that walking around the city, it is unlikely to suddenly look in. Book in advance. The tables are compact, more focused on the company of 2-4 people in a comfortable mode. A calm, tasty and good place. As far as I know, one team is working on both Cultura and Flow. I would say that this is a "smart" place in the sense that someone wants to get a decent impression of the food and not pay three times more.

Excellent neobistro, I was there once. All employees are positive about working with clients, customer orientation is at a high level. You can really have a good rest here, but the main thing is to book in advance, as there are usually no available places. The dishes were prepared quickly, everything was at the highest level. The only thing that bites is the price, but this is the city center and not a fast food cafe, so there are no complaints about this. I advise you to visit.

We ordered Philadelphia with avocado, rolls with eel and sushi with tuna. We have not seen such a large number of fish anywhere, as well as the gorgeous taste, which we were just crazy about, full of delight🌸 We had a small birthday party, we were offered a compliment from the chef - dessert, and the serving from Julia - ❤️, the candle did not light because of the wind, but Julia said "I will not leave until I light the candle." As a result, a little surprise was a success, very tasty ice cream with coconut milk mousse, if I'm not mistaken with lemon and almonds. But in the last 2 weeks of going there, I order sushi California and Philadelphia and lie down the next day with severe poisoning. Among the disadvantages, we note the interior and service: the entrance to the room is narrow, only 3 people came in front of us, and due to the lack of a dressing room, we stood outside, waiting for people to disperse - it felt like I was in the hospital. I will also note the space itself: without frills, without any memorable things and romantic things. I would say it looks more like a small coffee shop. Unfortunately, the aquarium turned out to be empty. For this reason, we prefer delivery rather than a repeat visit to this place.

I got a huge delight from the food! Tom yam, chicken and rolls - a fiery fire and a 100%%% recommendation for the order! I liked everything: from the serving to the slightest taste touches. The staff is friendly and tries to help solve the problem. I will definitely come back on my next visit.
I will write a few nuances to the heads of the institution aimed at improving the service as a whole. I did not verbally convey it to the line staff; I hope the head reads the reviews.
1. The institution has its own style and philosophy, it's very, very cool; but we live in the modern world and the availability of wi-fi will be an obvious advantage, because visitors often have problems with communication. Having a full balance on the number, connected roaming and an Internet package, I still could not access the Internet for my personal, rather important issues. The guys helped me by giving away my personal Internet, for which I thank them very much, but this could have been avoided by having an access point.
2. A hook for a bag and clothes in the toilet. This is no longer a sign of luxury. But my expensive jacket, hung on the door handle, along with the bag, was lying on the floor after 1 minute, because someone from the outside pulled the handle ((( The price of the question is 3 kopecks. The order was mixed up, but it was immediately redone, they prepare it quite quickly, there are no complaints about the work of the staff either. It is quite strange that for such a price you have to buy ginger, wasabi and soy sauce separately. I didn't order them, but they were brought anyway and added to the bill, it was unpleasant. A complete disappointment.
Before visiting this institution, I read a lot of reviews and looked at reviews about how cool this Umami is.
However, there is no limit to my disappointment and upset stomach.
The food is mega salty (and these are not the features of Asian cuisine).
We ordered beef ramen and unagi chicken with a friend.
The ramen was less salty, but the chicken just couldn't be described in words. I took a small bite and realized that I couldn't eat it. This dish also included bulgur with mushrooms (this was not said on the menu) and no one warned us, I have an intolerance to mushrooms and it would be nice if the waiters warned in advance that there was such a thing.
The waiter saw that I hadn't eaten my portion and didn't even ask "what's wrong?", only another waiter, who was counting on us, decided to clarify "did you like everything..."
We gave an honest review and for the first time I came across the fact that, well, we just listened and that was it.
Expectations are unjustified, I will not advise you to come here.
P.S. It's better to go to really Chinese establishments in Minsk to try really Asian food.

We booked a table in advance. It is rumored to be the best panasia in the city. And the rumors don't lie. The food is really wonderful. The waiters work at the highest level: friendly, polite and tidy. However, there are questions about the rest. The atmosphere is at zero. There is no decor in the room. There is almost no music. But you can hear what people are saying three tables away from you. Couches go back and forth. The room is small in principle.
The only thing about food is that mochi is not a delight, it is not clear how to eat it in a puddle of jam, the dough is tasteless, the filling tastes like a vegetable, but I like it. The rolls are microscopic.

Очень крутое заведение. Вкусно, уютно, красиво, доброжелательный и заботливый персонал. Быстрое обслуживание, девушка официант всегда интересовалась "понравилось ли нам блюдо и всё ли хорошо". Но есть одно но. Мы оплачивали картой и , к огромному сожалению, у нас не было с собой налички от слова совсем. Чаевые хотелось оставить, но не чем. Поэтому вот уже второй день я переживаю, что не отблагодарил официантку денежным вознаграждением. Было бы круто предоставить возможность "благодарить" персонал безналичным образом. Какой-нибудь сервис, который бы в формате QR-code перенаправлял на страницу с возможностью перевода вознаграждения.
Ещё раз огромное спасибо за сервис и качество продуктов. У Вас было очень приятно провести время!

Полная посадка, место найти непросто, особенно тёплым летним вечером на ужин, персонал вежливый, время ожидание около 20 минут, суши были красивые, очень вкусные, интересная подача соусов (но большой вопрос к цене соевого соуса и имбиря за порцию меня расстроило сильно) - чай хороший и насыщенный.
Дизайн и интерьер - прекрасные, но вот столы очень маленькие для троих

Прекрасное место. Чисто аккуратно. Блюда все свежие. Все ооооч вкусно. Если это рыба - самая свежая слышно по вкусу однозначно. Если это мусс - то это мусс, а не жалкое подобие. Готовят быстро. Персонал - молодежь. Очень вежливы и корректны.
Контингент посетителей - от молодёжи до современных пожилых. Очень понравились суши там. Вино и напитки тоже имеются. Буду обязательно заходить. САМЫЕ СВЕЖИЕ ПРОДУКТЫ ДЛЯ БЛЮД 👍👍👍

We were at a loss to say the least. We decided to clarify with the administrator why we were asked to vacate the table. We received a reply that there is only a table reservation for 2 hours in this institution. To our fair remark that no one warned us about this, it was said: "Our manager always warns about this when he makes a reservation." But the fact is that no one warned us. The mood was ruined. It is very unpleasant when you are asked to leave the institution without warning.
