As part of a trip to Belarus, I lived in Minsk for 3 days near the Gallery shopping center. And I was really lucky that I was "taken" to this restaurant on the 6th floor of the shopping center. I must say right away that all my lunches and dinners were only in these Cornflowers!👍This is the time of fasting, I tried to observe it and I succeeded! Although in Belarus the trick is meat, lard, milk, eggs - I haven't tried any of it. So, it's hospitable in Cornflowers., It was cozy, fast, and the price tag was amazing (compared to the food court, I went through it later out of curiosity, Moscow prices are valuable) There are delicious fish dishes, cold water (which I adore), vegetable salad - delicious (I asked to skip it in a blender like a smoothie), carrot juice - everything is very healthy and with love! I thank the chefs, waiters and the administration, the owners for such a wonderful gastro showcase in Belarus!🙏🎄

Cornflowers in the Gallery are about stable quality. The draniki here are some of the best in Minsk: crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I highly recommend trying their pans and branded tinctures. I ordered draniki with machanka and sea buckthorn tea — everything is just perfect, it tastes like home.The portions are hearty, and the prices are very pleasant for this location. A very cozy rustic-style interior that immediately relaxes.. Special thanks to the staff for their care — dirty dishes were cleaned instantly, the waiters were polite, the service was fast, despite the full boarding. A great place to relax after shopping or bring friends from another city. I will definitely be back!

We wanted to eat really delicious Belarusian cuisine, we heard a lot of good reviews about this place, and decided to check it out. We arrived without an appointment on a weekday, there was a queue at the entrance (unexpectedly surprised), but we stood for a very short time, we moved very briskly. The interior is pleasant, all the seats are comfortable, almost all the tables have sofas or sofa-like chairs. I was very pleased with the ‘cover’. The menu is extensive, there is a large selection, the eyes were running away. The prices are good, as they are not local, we were very pleased. In addition to the main dishes, they took tinctures (it turned out to be a great thing), dessert and tea, the choice of drinks and the food itself is good, the photos are high-quality, beautiful, I want to try everything. It's a delicious place, I stopped by for breakfast and lunch. Very tasty! I had rustic fried eggs with pancakes and sausages. Draniki are not greasy, eggs and sausages are like homemade. Pancakes with cottage cheese are just really good. I had Cabbage Soup for lunch - divine, I highly recommend it. Vegetable salad straight from the garden, the portion is large, the vegetables are fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and quite nimble, even with a large number of guests, the dishes arrive quickly. This place can be considered a landmark of Minsk, and it is a must-visit. To summarize, I'm as happy as an elephant.

We were in two different Cornflowers - both incredibly cozy and delicious. The menu is large and varied, but most importantly, everything is very tasty. The boarding was complete, there were even queues waiting for a seat. The girls are friendly, they sincerely asked if everything was delicious, if they liked everything. The service is fast enough. We were on the recommendation of a local driver... national food, there is something to choose, but in fact almost everything turned out to be tasteless. Kvass is good, the liqueurs are not bad, but the dumplings are disgusting, the dumplings are not. Solyanka , we took 2 servings, excellent in content, in the first one there is only broth and three thickets, in the second one it is more serious with filling, but it tastes.. Well, no. Cabbage soup.. A lot of meat is a plus, but it doesn't taste good either, it tastes better in the dining room. Draniki... are also so-so, although I really like them. The staff is friendly. Full boarding, waiting for the table plus or minus 10 minutes. In general, I can't recommend it.

Thank you for the good service! We were greeted, offered a good table and immediately served the menu. The waiter (unfortunately I didn't look at the name) served us very well. I accepted the order quickly, politely, and recommended SUPER delicious buns. The waiting time for bombastic leaves and a cocktail is about 10 minutes, no more. We were at the restaurant on 02/20/2026. A cozy atmosphere, excellent service, a wide range of dishes and amazing cuisine. The menu is great. We had a rest with a group of 8 people and everyone was very satisfied with the quality and taste of the dishes. The eyes run away from the assortment. I would also like to mention the excellent service of Daniel's waiter. Polite, unobtrusive, tactful service. Daniel helped with the selection of dishes, individual taste preferences in sauces and additives in dishes were taken into account, which is very valuable and rare. Everything is fast and efficient. I didn't like it. The prices are quite high, and the quality of the food and portions are like in a canteen. I had to return the chebureks, because they were burst and overcooked for the first time. The new chebureks turned out to be edible, but still like cardboard. The mushroom roast medallions were tasteless and bland. I'm not going to this place anymore.

It's sad that some waiters seem to judge people by their appearance. Although I always leave a tip, but there was nothing for it. The guy who served me didn't even say hello, silently threw dishes on the table and didn't remove the empty plate for about the entire time I was sitting. Although he was extremely courteous and polite to the other tables, asking if everything was okay, etc., etc. :( In the end, he didn't ask about the dishes, quickly said goodbye and took my unfinished tea and half-eaten dumplings, but left the plate)) The cabbage soup was very salty, the dumplings were ordinary. The kvass was delicious, but the pomegranate had only a sediment. It would be great if you could teach the staff to treat all visitors equally :)

I've tried Belarusian cuisine, it's very tasty. The staff is friendly and helps with the selection. I was around 19 o'clock and the wait was 30 minutes. The price corresponds to the quality of the dish. The portions are not huge, but you can eat enough. A cozy restaurant where you can sit and talk for a long time. I think it would be wrong to call an institution a restaurant that does not have its own toilet. A normal online dining room. The dishes are delicious (but for a cafe, not a restaurant), the waiters are nimble. In general, if you walk by, you won't regret it, and if you walk purposefully, you'll get 4 stars. The hodgepodge is thin, there is a lot of lemon. The hearts are hard, the gravy is tasteless. The menu says it's served with either potato slices or potato patties (the waiter didn't ask-he brought the pies). Potato patties are not dense (as for potatoes). A total of 4 points.

We arrived with my wife from Moscow, stumbled upon Cornflowers purely by chance, for the second day in a row we only go there for lunch. Belarusian cuisine is something, and this particular establishment has made a significant contribution to this impression! The draniki in the picture are large and toasted. They brought significantly less (if we compare the proportions from the picture) and with a blue-green tint (potatoes... it happens) 3. Dumplings with potatoes and cottage cheese - more than half fell apart (2 were left without filling at all. 4. Dumplings - the taste of the filling is papery. On the positive side, I liked the salad with tongue.

A wonderful restaurant chain in Minsk. Convenient location and a large hall (Cornflowers restaurant is combined with Marumi restaurant, so there is enough space for everyone). From what we've tried: - Puff pastry salad with tongue (All products are fresh, the tongue is well cooked. Delicious). - Potato dough (A dish in a pot, baked crumpled potatoes with meat on the bottom. I can't remember exactly the full composition of this dish, but it was very tasty and very satisfying. Definitely recommend it). - Rural frying pan with rustic sausages (Good sausages, delicious pancakes. By the way, we didn't finish one dranik and took it with us. Even after the microwave, the dranik was very tasty). - Apple juice smoothie with spinach (As the name implies, a drink for an amateur. The place is atmospheric, there are a lot of visitors. We decided to eat the same way, try the cuisine of Belarus. Meal: They ordered cabbage soup, solyanka, draniki, babka, zeppelins and sbiten. The grandmother is tasteless, faceless (mashed potatoes with flour). Little meat, dry, little seasoning. The zeppelins are very greasy, the potatoes are tasteless. It was impossible to eat without drinks. The soups left a pleasant impression: rich, there is meat, served with delicious sour cream. And I also really liked sbiten. They already asked for more. Service: The waiter did not introduce himself, there were no napkins on the table. Our waiter was always somewhere, which is why they turned to other waiters (and made additional orders, asked for appliances, calculated and paid for the order). In general, the expectations were not fulfilled. It looks like a cafe, but not a restaurant. The level of service does not pull at all on the declared level.

My friends and I visited the Cornflowers restaurant for the first time. We were satisfied with the assortment of the menu and the quality of the dishes. Yes, there were disadvantages in the form of waiting at the entrance, but due to the holiday weekend, this is natural. There was a wait for dishes of up to 40 minutes, but we were not at all upset because they brought us a lot of goodies. For myself, I noted that the draniki with meat with bacon and sour cream are very tasty and satisfying. The highlight for me was brownies with ice cream. All the dishes were delicious, hearty, and beautifully served. We will definitely visit Cornflowers when we are in Minsk again.

I want to share my impressions about the Vasilki restaurant, which is a godsend for fans of Belarusian cuisine! We went to lunch with our family and were absolutely delighted. We ordered cabbage soup – rich, fragrant, very tasty. And a potato granny in a pot is actually a song! The portion is huge, satisfying, barely finished, but it's impossible to break away. They took the cheesecakes to the child, chewed on both cheeks and also stared at the beautiful waitresses (apparently, he also appreciated the local flavor!). You definitely won't leave hungry. You sit there later and think: where did all this fit? In general, if you want to immerse yourself in the Belarusian atmosphere, have a delicious and satisfying meal, I highly recommend it! Great place!
