As part of a trip to Belarus, I lived in Minsk for 3 days near the Gallery shopping center. And I was really lucky that I was "taken" to this restaurant on the 6th floor of the shopping center. I must say right away that all my lunches and dinners were only in these Cornflowers!👍This is the time of fasting, I tried to observe it and I succeeded! Although in Belarus the trick is meat, lard, milk, eggs - I haven't tried any of it. So, it's hospitable in Cornflowers., It was cozy, fast, and the price tag was amazing (compared to the food court, I went through it later out of curiosity, Moscow prices are valuable) There are delicious fish dishes, cold water (which I adore), vegetable salad - delicious (I asked to skip it in a blender like a smoothie), carrot juice - everything is very healthy and with love! I thank the chefs, waiters and the administration, the owners for such a wonderful gastro showcase in Belarus!🙏🎄

It is rare to find a place where a truly homely atmosphere and a high level of service are combined. The Cornflowers restaurant has become just such a godsend for us.😋 From the very first minutes you feel comfortable. The interior is tastefully decorated: lots of wood, pleasant warm light, comfortable seating. There is no fuss here, music does not interfere with conversations. The perfect place to take a break from the noise of the city. The work of the staff deserves special attention. It is clear that the team is professionally selected: the waiters are attentive, polite and unobtrusive. The dishes were served quickly. We ordered several items, and we were pleased with each dish. 🍰 We were very pleased with the visit. Here you can eat well, relax and enjoy the service. Feel free to recommend Cornflowers to your friends and acquaintances. We will definitely come back to try other dishes from the menu!

It's 7 stars out of 5, actually. I don't understand what the phenomenon of "Cornflowers" is, but it is a phenomenon in the most delightful sense. Delicious cold brew, excellent horseradish, wonderful dark bottled beer, wild workload of the efficient staff, lovely interiors, my singing soul when I finally overcome the queue of those who want to taste Belarusian cuisine (Belarusian? Soryan, I do not know how to do it correctly) and I sit down at a beautiful massive table and pick up the menu. It was two years ago that I ate here for the last time, and today I feel the same incredible ecstatic pleasure.

Good time of day. We visited this wonderful place today. What can I say?) Immediately, a lovely, lovely girl met us at the entrance and escorted us to an empty table, after a couple of minutes the waitress came over to order (the menu was already on the table). Our order arrived in 4 minutes, and this despite the fact that there was a full landing. They ordered hodgepodge, cabbage soup with wild mushrooms and ribs, and Draniki with pickled cucumbers and salmon. To say that it was delicious is to say nothing, just delicious. The interior is very cozy, quiet unobtrusive melody, clean. The waitress Zlatoslava was very attentive, she cleaned up the excess from the table. I often visit restaurants in different cities, and even with several guests there is no proper service. Thank you for the excellent service and delicious food. ❤ I definitely recommend it.

Cornflowers in the Gallery are about stable quality. The draniki here are some of the best in Minsk: crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I highly recommend trying their pans and branded tinctures. I ordered draniki with machanka and sea buckthorn tea — everything is just perfect, it tastes like home.The portions are hearty, and the prices are very pleasant for this location. A very cozy rustic-style interior that immediately relaxes.. Special thanks to the staff for their care — dirty dishes were cleaned instantly, the waiters were polite, the service was fast, despite the full boarding. A great place to relax after shopping or bring friends from another city. I will definitely be back!

We wanted to eat really delicious Belarusian cuisine, we heard a lot of good reviews about this place, and decided to check it out. We arrived without an appointment on a weekday, there was a queue at the entrance (unexpectedly surprised), but we stood for a very short time, we moved very briskly. The interior is pleasant, all the seats are comfortable, almost all the tables have sofas or sofa-like chairs. I was very pleased with the ‘cover’. The menu is extensive, there is a large selection, the eyes were running away. The prices are good, as they are not local, we were very pleased. In addition to the main dishes, they took tinctures (it turned out to be a great thing), dessert and tea, the choice of drinks and the food itself is good, the photos are high-quality, beautiful, I want to try everything. The staff is pleasant, the place is wonderful, it brightened up the evening perfectly)

The rating of this institution is clearly exaggerated. Going to Minsk, I looked at places where you can eat quality food. I often met Vaselki among bloggers, an institution that is almost mandatory for anyone who wants to taste the national cuisine of the Republic of Belarus. The potato and bacon zeppelins were served raw inside and cooled. There are no complaints about the rest of the dishes. I liked the homemade semi-dry white wine, the leaves with an apple and a scoop of ice cream. Wonderful "Classic" and "Yuletide" draniki.

If you are looking for a place where you can quickly and deliciously eat Belarusian cuisine, you are here! An extensive menu, interesting interior and friendly service! I think it would be wrong to call an institution a restaurant that does not have its own toilet. A normal online dining room. The dishes are delicious (but for a cafe, not a restaurant), the waiters are nimble. In general, if you walk by, you won't regret it, and if you walk purposefully, you'll get 4 stars. The hodgepodge is thin, there is a lot of lemon. The hearts are hard, the gravy is tasteless. The menu says it's served with either potato slices or potato patties (the waiter didn't ask-he brought the pies). Potato patties are not dense (as for potatoes). A total of 4 points.

Thank you for the good service! We were greeted, offered a good table and immediately served the menu. The waiter (unfortunately I didn't look at the name) served us very well. I accepted the order quickly, politely, and recommended SUPER delicious buns. The waiting time for bombastic leaves and a cocktail is about 10 minutes, no more. I was left with a pleasant impression of communicating with the waiter, clarifying questions on the topic, a positive attitude and politeness. Приходили пообедать в "Васильки" в ТЦ Галерея. Атмосфера очень уютная, порции большие, всё очень свежее и по-домашнему безумно вкусное. Нас обслуживала официант Милана - невероятно милая, вежливая и быстрая девушка. Очень профессионально всё сделала, подсказала по меню, была очень дружелюбной. Настолько крутой сервис сейчас редко встретишь. Рекомендую это место!

I especially enjoyed sitting by the window with a beautiful view of the city. This place is great for relaxing after shopping, as well as for meeting friends. Excellent service: the staff is friendly and attentive. The order arrived quickly, without unnecessary delays, and everything was hot and fresh. An amazing network that was recommended to me by everyone who was in Minsk! What a delicious coffee here, it's just amazing! The breakfast was delicious, the takeaways are amazing! We were at the restaurant on 02/20/2026. A cozy atmosphere, excellent service, a wide range of dishes and amazing cuisine. The menu is great. We had a rest with a group of 8 people and everyone was very satisfied with the quality and taste of the dishes. The eyes run away from the assortment. I would also like to mention the excellent service of Daniel's waiter. Polite, unobtrusive, tactful service. Daniel helped with the selection of dishes, individual taste preferences in sauces and additives in dishes were taken into account, which is very valuable and rare. Everything is fast and efficient. Хотели попасть в первый раз в этот ресторан, но не было места вечером, на второй день пошли на завтрак. Драники ужасны, на старом прогорклом масле пожарены, сметана жидкая. Все такое себе, не ресторанная еда. На минуточку - у вас белорусская кухня и к вам приходят ее попробовать, а не разочароваться в ней. Потом у местных жителей узнали, что Васильки уже 3 года как не умеет готовить, и это прискорбно.

I'll have to wait in line for a table. But the queue is moving fast. There was no waiting for more than 15 minutes. Service, well, if you're lucky with the waiter. We were served by the girls Elizabeth and Milana, very attentive and good waiters Thank them very much. We tried shingles, homemade dumplings, soups and other dishes. Everything was delicious and for reasonable money. We also tried their homemade tinctures. I advise everyone! Recently, these are tinctures after which there is absolutely no headache! There are probably tastier dishes in other more "restaurant" places in Minsk, but here the price/quality ratio is perfect. The only caveat is that the restaurant does not have its own toilet, and you have to go to the communal one on the floor of the food court.

Интерьер сразу покоряет: светлый, уютный, в прованском стиле — с подушками в цветочек и приятной атмосферой. Создаётся ощущение, будто ты не в торговом центре, а в гостеприимном домашнем кафе. Нам повезло найти свободный столик даже в довольно оживлённое время. Особую благодарность хочется выразить официанту Милане — она работает просто на отлично! Очень приветливая, внимательная, отлично ориентируется в меню и с радостью подсказывает, что лучше попробовать. Благодаря ей выбор блюд прошёл легко и даже стал частью приятного впечатления от визита. Обслуживание порадовало своей оперативностью — заказ принесли довольно быстро, при этом всё было горячим и выглядело очень аппетитно. Мы заказали драники со сметаной — они получились просто идеальными: хрустящая корочка снаружи и нежная мякоть внутри, а сметана добавила блюду тот самый домашний вкус. Ещё взяли салат с помидорами и курицей — он был свежим и сбалансированным: сочные помидоры, нежная курица, лёгкая заправка — всё в меру, ничего не перебивало вкус друг друга. На напиток выбрали персиковый тоник — он освежал, имел приятный фруктовый аромат и ненавязчивую сладость, отлично дополнил обед. Цены приятно удивили, а порции оказались как раз такими, чтобы наесться, но не переесть. В зале комфортная обстановка: не слишком шумно, можно спокойно пообщаться с близкими. «Васильки» — прекрасное место, чтобы насладиться белорусской кухней и провести время в приятной компании. Обязательно вернёмся сюда снова! 😊

Small differences in cooking in specific restaurants only add to the benefits. The guys from the restaurant's team are very welcoming, hospitable, caring, and professional. We quickly worked with a long queue, as soon as possible, and organized the requested location. The flaws in the dishes were corrected not only promptly, but also explained everything as clearly and correctly as possible.

Очень вкусно и сытно! Драники «с припечка» — просто бомба, хрустящие, сочные, с мясом идеально сочетаются. Гранатовый квас — отдельный хит, такой нигде больше не пробовала. Порции огромные — за 30 рублей ушла полностью довольной и сытой. Меню большое, можно долго выбирать — глаза разбегаются. Очень аутентичная атмосфера, прямо чувствуется белорусский колорит. Персонал вежливый, на просьбы реагируют быстро. Особое спасибо официанту Милане, обслужила нас на высшем уровне, подсказала, что лучше взять , очень вежливая и добрая девушка. Идеальное место, чтобы вкусно и недорого поесть! Обязательно вернусь сюда снова)

Delicious food, crossed out by the rudeness of Olga's manager. We visited the institution daily during the whole vacation in Minsk. The food was always delicious and the staff was friendly. However, on the last day (March 14, 2026 at 15:40), the visit was ruined by the ugly behavior of Olga's manager. We took an empty table, as we had done all previous days with the permission of the waiters, and we were already choosing dishes. Instead of greeting us, manager Olga literally attacked us: she behaved aggressively, tore the menu out of her hands and rudely demanded to leave the place and get in line. There are two entrances to the establishment, and we did not see any queue at the entrance. She didn't engage in a constructive dialogue, and she didn't offer any alternatives, although she calmly let other people through after us. Such an attitude towards regular guests is unacceptable. I ask the management of the institution to pay attention to this incident, to check the professional aptitude of Olga's manager and to apply disciplinary action to her. There is no desire to return and recommend your place after such a humiliating reception. This attitude of the manager negates all the advantages of the kitchen. If you live in the best hotel in the city, the DoubleTree by Hilton, and expect adequate service from a nearby establishment, you won't find it here. Photos are attached. The restaurant in the Galleria shopping center adjacent to the premium hotel must comply with its service standards.
