Tour guide Tatyana Dolgach is just a shame for the company, the worst tour guide, I write as a person who has been on 30 excursions in the last 2 years in Belarus. Quotes from the great guide : "look out the window", "we'll pass by today, I'll just tell you something there, you have to say it", "you have 10 minutes and we're going on", "yes, to whom am I explaining at all", "we can leave without you, just think", "Dyatlovo is the best city, I'm just from there, well, look quickly at everything."
In principle, if you call any person from the street, it would be better. No one would make a face and walk around unhappy all day.

I liked everything very much. That in the office, when buying excursions, all the staff were very friendly and correct, that the guides were great fellows, they know and love the history of their state. I listened to everyone with bated breath. They talked very interestingly, it was easy to listen.
And in the office, for the fact that I bought 3 excursions at once, they gave me a small discount and gave me souvenirs. It's a small thing, but it's nice ;). I definitely recommend this tour company

I traveled with this operator under the Millennial Brest program for 4 days with accommodation in Victoria Spa and Hilton. My impressions are mixed.
Positive:
1/ I arrived a day earlier, I was met at the train station, everything was clearly taken to the hotel. They gave out a program and shared Viapol phones.
2/Victoria Hotel & spa is a good 4-star, basically on the level. Breakfast is included, standard European, you will not stay hungry. The restaurant at the hotel is good, the prices are not budget, but high-quality, fast, delicious. I can say not bad about the spa, I went for a massage 2 times, the aquazone was closed for prevention, unfortunately, it would have been even better with it. There are a lot of minor flaws, but everything is instantly eliminated at the request of the reception (e.g. bathrobe, water). I also want to note that on the last extra day there was very bad weather in Belarus, I asked about the extra hours before the train, but I was allowed to stay until 1400 for free (check-out at 12:00), for which I thank Victoria's staff very much.
3/the next day we were in Novogrudok. Amazing excursions, so sincere and deep that I did not want to leave, the children even stood and listened attentively. I'm talking about the Museum of the Jewish Resistance and the art gallery (the artist's wife led the tour in the Gallery). Such people stay in the heart and make the city unique
. 4/ On the second day of the tour, we visited a sightseeing tour of Minsk and Khatyn. Minsk did not make a special impression, at times I caught myself thinking that I was in Moscow. Khatyn will not leave anyone indifferent. Energetically, it is a very strong and difficult place, but it is necessary to visit at least once in your life in order to remember and know.
5/ and the last day was Brest and Belovezhskaya Pushcha. Brest has sunk into my heart the most. A very cozy, beautiful, incredibly clean, elegant green city that you want to live in. We got to the city day, captured fireworks and our accompanying guide Olesya accompanied us for two days. A very sweet, kind and pleasant girl and a competent guide, it was interesting to listen to her, she told more than the program. Belovezhskaya Pushcha is a huge massif. At the end of the tour, they were brought to large aviaries with bison, roe deer, wolves, and wild boars. I really liked it, my dear. Those who love animals will definitely appreciate it. At the entrance, you can buy crackers to feed.
6/ very tasty food was served at lunch in Belovezhskaya Pushcha and Brest.
7/ after Brest, reluctantly, but they brought me to the tk hotel. I had an extra night there. Thanks for that.
Minuses
1/ very weak organization on the part of Viapol. Two stars is even a lot. Apart from the very first day of the transfer, I can't say anything good.
On the second day in the morning, when traveling to Novogrudok, boarding a tourist bus was as follows: there are five buses, the tourist must go around everything to find his own. There were two buses to Novogrudok, they don't tell you any bus numbers or the name of the guide the day before. You just run around and look for yourself in the lists. By the way, on the first day of the tour, the guides were sitting on the bus and did not even bother to go outside to help tourists navigate. When I was there, several people could not find themselves on the lists in any of the buses. There is no clarity. In Novogrudok, the lunch was very sad, like in a Soviet canteen.
The picture of poor organization was brightened up only by the excursions themselves in the town.
2/ After a day of excursions, the driver dropped off tourists who lived at the Victoria & Spa hotel at the intersection on the avenue, for a second it is two kilometers to walk with things to the hotel. Apparently, the driver did not want to go to the entrance, there is everything for this. But 2 km away it was more convenient for him
3/ The second day of the tour is Minsk and Khatyn. In the morning, the guide irritably said that I was not on the list again, but I found myself there😂 The tour of Minsk was tedious and uninteresting. In Khatyn, similarly, the girl guide rattled off the memorized text and that's it. There was an impression that the guides in Khatyn were students practicing their practice. At the entrance to Victoria, the driver again dropped us off on the avenue 2 km from the entrance, answered my question "so there it is, the hotel!" the audacity to say nothing.
4/ The third day of the tour was the last straw for the organization. We left for Brest in the morning. The day before, I texted Viapol asking why the program for eviction and breakfast allocated 15 minutes because the bus left at 7:30 in the morning. I received three SMS messages from a representative, what is the schedule, after 5 minutes I received an SMS saying that we conferred with the manager and decided that we still need time for breakfast, so the bus will leave at 8:30. Next came a text message "sorry, at 8:00"😂 Again, no bus number, no name and body of the guide. I asked once again to confirm that the bus is at 8:00. We confirmed that yes at 8:00 (I have all the screenshots). I came out with a suitcase in 20 minutes. There were two buses to Brest on the street and I was not on the list in any of them. The guide said sit down, don't worry, we're all going to Brest. I sat down, the suitcase was loaded. At exactly 8:00, the bus left the hotel as they texted me. We reached the 3* hotel for the remaining group, two guides come up to me and say, this part of the group is going to Brest to other hotels, change to another bus. And I had to transfer to the other bus with a suitcase. At the same time, the guide said that I was not on the lists, I somehow ended up according to their data in a three-way room at the hotel. The idiocy and lack of organization are obvious.
Then they also told me that "there are tourists who are remembered". It is your organization that is remembered, not tourists. I've never been late anywhere and I haven't brawled anywhere to remember me, but I will definitely remember the organization of Viapol.
5/the next pleasant bonus was that the operator did not book a 4* Hilton in Brest and said that they would book a 3* Bug hotel (this is just a strong economy Google it if you are interested). The argument was that there were no places in the Hilton. Opening the usual hotel booking application, I found a Hilton with a sufficient number of standard rooms in 2 minutes. Viapol, for its part, did not help, so I booked as an individual for 2p more expensive.
6/ in Brest, our accompanying guide Olesya (thanks again to her) conducted an excellent city tour. In the Brest fortress, the girl led a very monotonous memorized text, did not answer the group's questions, somehow fell off and constantly with a grin. Although the location itself is certainly worth a visit and a more worthy excursion.
Conclusion: The service is at the Soviet level, with a favor, the price tag is European, the operator is 0 for me personally regarding organizational issues.
Belarus itself is beautiful, an ideal option, if possible, to go by car on your own.
Everything +- in fact and objectively, decide what is unimportant for you and what is important. I hope the review will help you plan your vacation.

Today, on August 23, I went on an excursion to Khatyn-kurgan of Glory. The guide, to put it mildly, impressed! The woman is emotional, but it is necessary to work somehow! Information along the way was given "what I see is what I say." And then, in general, there were poems. Well, how is it necessary to select guides for the subject of excursions? This is a military theme, not the theme of the Raubichi sports complex or the construction of roads in some century!
And on August 22, I went on an excursion to Novogrudok. So our guide generally stayed in Novogrudok and did not go to Minsk with us! And on the way our bus broke down. And we were standing in some village and waiting for a new bus. Alone, with a driver. God bless our driver, the locals and the driver of the car who stopped us after noticing a breakdown. Otherwise they would be lying down now..
In general, I would not recommend traveling with this company. Their guides have become completely unprofessional.

3. Competent and fast service.

On a guided tour:
1. Clean, comfortable, warm bus. (there is a large distance between the seats, there is a phone charger), a wonderful driver.
2. Guide Janos, this is a professional in his field. All the way he told interesting facts about the beautiful Belarus, we are very glad that we got into the hands of such a professional.

Review of the tour "Relish of Belarusian towns" 17.08.2024
40 people waited for the tour bus for almost an hour. There was no apology or explanation from the driver. We also stopped at the gas station on the way! After 1.5 hours, it became clear that there was a problem with the air conditioning on the bus.It did not cool, but heated the air. Upon arrival in Glubokoe at 12.10 we were taken to the manor for lunch.35 minutes were allocated for lunch and a walk through the manor park. I had to do everything on the run. The announced walk along Glubokoe was reduced to a passage from one temple to another through an alley with busts of famous people. In the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Virgin, due to lack of time, we were not allowed to climb the tower, although this was stated in the tour program as a unique opportunity. We were deprived of this opportunity!
We were already traveling to Budslaw in an overheated bus, which also broke down on the way. After visiting the church, we could not leave for the next location in Ilovo, because the bus did not start. Thanks to our guide Igor for persuading the driver of someone else's bus to give us a ride. Of course, we were late, and the "tour" of the winery took place on the street without visiting the winery itself((
The journey home was painful.We were returning in our stuffy and overheated 2-storey bus.The tourists were
mostly elderly people, someone was getting sick, so on the way they had to stop to go outside to breathe and cool off.
The guide Igor Fedorov conducted interesting and sincere excursions in Glubokoe and Budslav, but the travel information in his performance was not interesting.
Pros: delicious lunch, visits to temples-they cannot but delight, tasting at the winery.
I have described all the disadvantages above.
I would like to receive compensation or a bonus from the Viapol travel agency for a spoiled excursion. Maybe a discount on some other trip.

A very tasty lunch on the territory of the Lida Castle. I was just amazed by the triangular church in the Big Square! A clean, comfortable bus. We visited Minsk, went to this office to purchase some kind of excursion and get to know the country. Among the many, only one came up, "Castles of Mir and Nesvizh" from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Okay, we took it. The day of the tour was unlucky with the weather, it was raining and the temperature was +6. A normal person would probably stay at home, but we're on a journey. It would be a shame for the money (170 buns per person ~ 9,000 Russian rubles were given for two) to miss everything, of course, there is no return on the day of the tour.
The guide, Andrey, is a man with a clear disadvantage in diction, and he uses English and skips. It was hard to understand the speech, even with an accent, but you can understand that, we are still guests in the country. In general, the rain and the shivering tourists did not interfere with the guide in any way to broadcast his program on the street for half an hour.🙄People are already standing and shaking, he doesn't care...I'm pregnant anyway, as a result, I got sick the next day, thank you b**** for your excursions. And anyway, we went to see the castles, and in fact we visited the Church (the Catholic Church in Nesvizh) and another church in the World (why did she give up is unclear) As non-believers, we reacted negatively to this, what kind of propaganda. The castles are completely disorganized - either wait half an hour, or you can't get through because of the crowds of tourists. By the way, the guide will stay on the 1st floor and then local guides will broadcast through the halls. It's also a monotonous and slow tour, very boring.
This company was very upset and we are sorry for the money spent, to be honest, and now we also need to be treated. In general, there are only disorders. Learn how to conduct guided tours of such places in Kaliningrad.
If you want to listen to 3 legends, stand in one place on the street for half an hour and get to the church, take this tour.

On 04/13/2024, at 09:00, departure for an excursion to the World and Nesvizh from the Belarus hotel was planned. The bus didn't arrive on time. Many tourists arrived at the departure point in advance, starting at 08:30. It was cold and raining outside. The guide said from 9 a.m. that the bus would arrive in 10-15 minutes and so actually until 10:00, so everyone was constantly waiting. It was clear from telephone conversations that the driver of the tour bus had become a participant in some kind of accident. By calling the Viapol tour operator at 09:55, we received an answer that everyone in the organization was aware of the problem and was solving it, but they could not tell when the bus would arrive, no explanations were given, they talked reluctantly, they were not going to provide monetary compensation. It is strange that such an organization could not promptly provide a backup vehicle for the tour. The bus arrived at 10:10. As compensation, the tour operator organized 1 glass of juice for children during lunch in the World, and 1 glass of alcoholic beverage (liqueur) for adults, plus several pieces of lard for each table. In general, the mood was spoiled, starting in the morning. In Nesvizh, for some reason, the guide set the return departure time at 18:30. Again, I had to wait for the bus outside in windy, cool weather for 20 minutes, because at 18:00 Nesvizh Castle closes, all cafes nearby also close, where to spend half an hour is not entirely clear…
In general, the organization of excursions is not well thought out. Departure for all excursions from different tour operators starts from the Belarus hotel, which is not convenient. No one says the bus number, they don't notify you by SMS. You arrive at the hotel Belarus, there are buses with yellow signs for the names of excursions (the names are often all the same), and you start walking from one bus to another and find out where you are on the lists. Not on the lists on one bus they tell you, go look for yourself from others.... And if you managed to get on the bus with the same name of the tour and you were not checked, there is a very high probability of leaving with another tour operator, whose route and objects of inspection may differ from what you have already paid for (so I almost left with another group on 04/12/2024 during a Sightseeing tour of Minsk).
It's not a customer-oriented approach at all.

Good afternoon! We have been on a trip since January 3-7. The tour is superbly organized. Good hotels have been selected based on location and service. An interesting program that combines a lot of interesting information about Belarus and directly beautiful, memorable places in Minsk and further along the route - castles, Brest Fortress, Grodno. I would especially like to mention the very professional work of our guide, Yarosh. He gave our trip some special flavor, filling everything we saw and learned with new colors. His stories about everything that we saw outside our bus window and on walks somehow magically remain in our memory and create a full perception of all the events and places that we visited.. The trip to Belarus was planned as an independent one, but I really wanted to visit Grodno and, having calculated the possible costs, decided to take an excursion for two people from Viapol. The organization of a 2-day excursion with overnight stay in Grodno is very thoughtful. Pick-up and departure from Minsk, visit the Lida Castle, the August Canal, two cultural and historical sites on the way, 2 days in Grodno, in general, everything is in accordance with the stated program. As for the organization, the quality of the excursion service, the rooms at the Neman hotel, the food, everything is wonderful. We had a wonderful guide, Ekaterina, intelligent, erudite, positive and attentive to people. Her stories are vivid, emotionally colored, interesting, with a huge variety of facts, dates, names!!! The man is simply in love with his hometown of Grodno and shared this love with us.
The only questions were raised by the bus, some kind of old model.
Unfortunately, we arrived right at the departure and had to sit in the back ("on the engine"), it was very noisy and practically nothing could be heard from the story of our wonderful guide. And then it frankly got hot, although the temperature outside was 24-26, the air conditioner couldn't cope, it was stuffy. This, of course, blurred the impression of the trip, so the driver and the guide are 5, and the tour operator is 4, the tourists pay the same money, but they receive different quality. In general, the excursion is worth the money, I was satisfied and I will recommend Viapol to my friends.

I would like to note right away that I am a devoted tourist and a great connoisseur of Belarus, I came 8 times and there were the most enthusiastic epithets addressed to all the guides that I met in different cities. It would seem that it is impossible to spoil my impression of the trip, but the guide Tamara Arkadyevna succeeded. The morning began with boorish communication from the guide in raised tones, I have never seen a guide in my life who dislikes tourists so much. After complaining to the travel agency and asking to transfer me to another bus, the guide's behavior changed for the better, but the first impression remains and the trip was ruined. Dear managers, pay attention to the choice of guides, this is 99 percent of success.

Our trip took place from 08.03 to 12.03.2023 with visits to Sula, Nesvizh, Mir, Zalesye, Smorgon, Sola, Ostrovets, Gervyatov and Dududok. We express our great gratitude to the guides Andrey, Evgenia, Elena and Tamara. All the days we had a feeling of genuine interest and excitement: "What about tomorrow?" We were simply charmed by the interesting information. During the whole trip, we felt the care and enthusiasm of the guides, love for our region. This love has been passed on to us. Many thanks to everyone who took care of our comfortable stay on the route, the staff of the hotel Belarus, the drivers Vadim and Valery, the staff who provided us with delicious food. There is a remark. In Sula, at the Royal Assembly and Zapolsky Castle, local guides conducted excursions in Belarusian, although they were asked to conduct a conversation in Russian, since the group was Russian-speaking, which included tourists from Russia. Imagine that Belarusians come to China, and the tour is conducted in Chinese. Otherwise, we had a lot of fun. I want to return to Belarus more than once. You have so many interesting things in a small area. Good luck to you.

We took a tour with a girl "New Year's round the world, 5 days with an overnight stay at Mir Castle. There are no questions at all about the hotel and breakfast (buffet) in Minsk and Brest, everything was at a decent level. But we couldn't spend the night in the castle, as we were part of a group that spends the night in a hotel near the castle. And I will find out this information during the tour! It seems that it was necessary to inform that there would be accommodation in different places in the World at the stage of booking the tour, because I, like many, most likely had no idea about such nuances. Spending the night in the castle is what gave a special flavor to the trip, it's a failure.
The food in the other locations was tolerable, without enthusiasm (potatoes and meat were present in every meal, variety is not provided).
The room in the World was terribly cold when checking in, as it turned out later, the heating was simply turned off, since no one had lived in it for a long time. They refused to replace it, they hardly asked for a heater for the night so as not to freeze.
The tour guide itself was very boring, it was not alive, the guides told the bare facts according to the manual.
I won't even make sprints for a time from location to location into disadvantages, this is a standard story for tours of this format.
Total: I liked Minsk when we studied it on our own in our free time from the program.
The choice of hotels can be called successful, if you do not take into account the history of settlement in the World.
Objectively, this tour is not worth the money spent.

We used the services of this organization in June 2024.
Among the advantages: friendly design managers, it is possible to pay by card for residents of the Russian Federation.
We ordered three trips.
1. Mir and Nesvizh castles. Overall, I enjoyed the trip. The guides in the castles were very good, especially in the World, they took us through the halls of the castle in an interesting and humorous way. Lunch is 4 out of 5, quite ordinary, but satisfying.
2. Sightseeing tour of Minsk. Everything started out fine, a comfortable, measured tour with a detailed story about the objects seen. One of the points of the program was a visit to the Trinity suburb, which actually did not turn out to be. After asking the guide about his visit, the guide replied irritably, "who said anything about Troitsky?", which greatly blurred the impression of the tour.
3. But the biggest disappointment awaited us on an excursion to the city of Grodno. The dream of seeing the most beautiful ancient city did not come true due to the fact that time was spent on: more than 2 hours of riding along the Augustovsky canal without impressive views, about an hour on a defensive fort, a boring tour of the old castle, a visit to two temples. We did not manage to see the city itself, for which we spent more than 9 hours on the road, despite the fact that the return to Minsk was almost 2 hours earlier than the stated time.

Good afternoon! I was with my husband in Minsk from August 8 to 12. We stayed at the Belarus hotel. I bought the excursions in advance at the Viapol travel agency. And I didn't regret it. We had a sightseeing tour of Minsk, Mir - Nesvizh castles, Khatyn. All tours were conducted at the highest level. I especially liked the field trips with the driver Vasily and the guide Andrey. Buses are always clean and comfortable. The guide Andrey is a professional in his field, a man with a broad outlook.
