With a guide, as luck would have it, we had a guide on a 2-day tour (I don't want to name him, so as not to cause trouble to a person, after all, he worked), who was very formal in his approach to his business: He did not wait at all for the group to approach him - he immediately started talking! he spoke very quickly, monotonously, swallowing words, etc., which made it very difficult to perceive information, roughly speaking, he just rattled off his stories, and who understood what or did not understand did not care.

We ordered trips to 1) Mir and Nesvizh, 2) Dudutki in Viapol. We are happy with everything. Everything was done via the Internet. Payment in rubles via bank transfer. We didn't even go directly to the office this time. The site is clear, convenient, and travel agents are always in touch. Viapol and I traveled about 14 years ago (then we paid at the office in Minsk) We took the same route, now we went with our son. The buses are good, I liked the guides, the drivers are great! (we got into fog and ice, so we can definitely say that the drivers are on top!). And how the World and Nesvizh have changed over these 14 years is a separate story. To the Republic of Belarus - bravo! The tourism industry is developing remarkably well.

The trip "Magic of Polesie" on July 22 with Viapol is long-awaited, but alas, magic did not happen. And that's why.
Morning, the house of the RSDLP, where buses are waiting for tourists. One of them has just left.
Our driver is coming, another one is coming towards him, who asks:
- Where did this bus go?
- In Grodno, - our driver answers.
- Where are you going?
- Yes. he knows, some kind of Tours, I've never been there," our driver answers.
This is "X. he knows" and predetermined the trip, having entered Zhitkovichi, we got lost and drove for another half hour to leave for the Lyaskovichi. The guide Galina Seredich said that at 10.15 we would be there, but because we got lost, and because we stopped at a sanitary stop on the way, we arrived at 11.45!
Because of this, the program was shortened, we did not visit the observation deck and did not walk around the village of masters in Lyaskovichi.
I will say unpleasant things, but Galina is weak as a tour guide, by three. She said banal things, like that "the partisans were at war", of the whole story, the only interesting one was the story about the Tsuba brothers. We did not learn any interesting facts about Pripyat. You expect professional guides from Viapol, but this is not the case, alas. And this is not only my opinion, but also that of other passengers. On the way back, she was generally silent the whole way.
Riding a steam train through the National Park - the speaker was broken in our trailer (and it was the only one for the whole car), and what the guide says was not heard at all. "I'll tell you later," she said, but she never told me anything. The program itself in the National Park is for children. Well, it's not interesting for adults to listen to stories about some fictional gods standing next to figures carved from wood.
But the boat trip was good, but not enough.
But the excursion to the quarry in Mikashevichi is super. It is interesting to see the local guide fire, she told me interesting things.
Should I go on such a trip? Yes! At least for the sake of boating in Pripyat and a career in Mikashevichi.
I am not one of those who go to the details, but the first part of the trip was boring.
Positive:
A boat ride,
a trip to the quarry in Mikashevichi and an excursion there,
a delicious lunch in Turov.
Cons:
A tour guide,
a shortened program, got lost,
a broken speaker in a tractor in the National Park,
not a very interesting program in the National Park itself, more suitable for children.

Nesvizh is something amazing! I was especially pleased with such an unexpected festival with a disco))). The church was somewhat reminiscent of Bergamo, in the sense that you walk through a small town - and bang - here it is, the Italian Renaissance. Well, the rest too.

It's not the first time I've gone on excursions with Viapol. I like their work. But yesterday, on 08/26/22, I was on the "Reserved Belarus" tour, I was disappointed. It seemed that everything corresponded to the stated program, but in reality there was a rush to farmsteads. It seemed like outdoor recreation, there should have been relaxation, free time for at least 20 minutes. But no, there was no such thing. Most of the tour was taken by a bus ride with a rigid suspension, which made it very uncomfortable on the gravel and village roads, as well as the constant complaints of the guide to get out faster, get in, sit down, run ... etc. 🤦♀️ I didn't see nature, or rather I managed to take a few shots and gallop back to the bus. The price of the tour is unreasonably high, despite the delicious lunch with moose cutlets. I talked to my fellow travelers at the end of the day, it turned out that the opinions coincide. I wrote a comment for those who want to enjoy nature on such a trip. It's not a good route. If I were a travel agency, I would still change the end point of my stay, I would find estates closer to Minsk on the lake shore. Or the duration of the stay was increased by a couple of hours so that tourists would not spend half a day in a stuffy bus for the sake of a 15-minute walk on a raft on the lake.

Good company. This is not the first time we have traveled with this company. They meet, place, and even treat you to champagne. Not bad guides (especially Yarosh), but there are several points that I would like to draw the attention of the company's management to. On New Year's holidays, traditionally a lot of people go to Belarus, the bus, as they say, is full. However, there are no fixed seats on the bus. We had a large company (6 people) to sit together, someone had to leave early to take a seat. If there were fixed places, you wouldn't have to be nervous about it every day. On the tour, we were told that 80% of the population in Belarus is Orthodox, but in 4 days we were never taken to an Orthodox church, but several times we were taken to churches. Even on the eve of such a holiday as Orthodox Christmas, we were taken to the church to listen to Oginsky's polonaise on the organ....And, to be honest, we've never been fed so badly before... It's a trifle, so to speak, and not pleasant (The last day turned out to be crumpled because it turned out that half the group bought tickets for the swallow, which leaves at 16.00, and we had tickets for 22.10. We had to wait 6 hours in Minsk. We would have bought it earlier too, but our Moscow travel agency recommended the train at 10:10 p.m. In fact, there were more advantages to traveling than disadvantages. I just wanted to describe the disadvantages in more detail. And I couldn't post a review on the official website of the company. Is it just for your own people?

Unfortunately, the buses for excursions are different, there was an excursion, and a long one, 11 hours "Bellorus mosaic", a bus with a broken air conditioner, it was hot in the cabin and the smell of burning. The driver tried, they returned on time, but of course they couldn't repair it on the move.

We had a sightseeing tour of Minsk. We wanted to get a general idea of the city so that we could decide where we want to visit. How can you not love your city in order to conduct an excursion like this? Not a single interesting fact, not a single historical detail that would be told with interest and would interest others. We couldn't wait for the end, because the boredom is unbearable. Maybe I just got such a guide. In addition, the microphone did not work part of the way and practically nothing was heard on the second floor. The air conditioner was used by the driver very sparingly, exclusively at bus stops. It's a good thing that we didn't immediately buy a long trip to Nesvizh. Although, maybe it's just that we were so unlucky.

I was in Minsk with my son on January 2. There are some questions about the organization of the tour. On the plus side: we were met at the train station, placed in the hotel in the morning. Friendly staff. On the last day, the departure time was postponed from 9-30 to 8 a.m. At this time, 6 full tourist buses left the hotel. There was a queue for breakfast, like in a mausoleum. We didn't have time to have a proper breakfast. Due to the postponement of the departure time to 8 a.m., they were brought to the station at 14:40. The train is at 22-10h. They explained to us that this happened because some tourists had to catch the train at 4 p.m. In general, the travel agency is not bad. But the negative due to the fact that I had to spend 6 hours at the station remained.

I traveled several years ago with your organization on the Nesvizh - Mir route. I really liked it, the organization is at a high level. I decided to go on the Lida-Grodno route this year. I called, the manager handed the phone to a specialist. I was having a conversation in Russian, but they answered me in English. I understand that there are two official languages in Belarus, but the manager must respect the interlocutor. If you are trying to attract tourists from abroad, then be more loyal to people. I will contact other tour operators.

I was very upset because of the many nuances of traveling with this agency. firstly, when concluding a contract , they are not very attentive .they wrote that I live in a village , although it is a city ! It's a shame)) our guide talked so loudly all the way that birushi and headphones did not save .I drove for two hours in a gloomy mood.
There was no time to take beautiful pictures. It was very , very upsetting .all galloping across Europe .lunch in a restaurant, like in a canteen, you can't get enough.a diverse team of people .It was very boring .I decided for myself that next time I won't choose this agency.There is no service that you require a fee for .

In September of this year, we were on a tour of Belarus "Treasures of Pinsk". This is our first time in this country. At first we lived in Minsk, and then we went to Pinsk. I would like to highly appreciate the organization of the trip - everything is clear, decent, catering (we had lunches included), everything left very good memories. Every day, depending on the program, there were different guides - but all very enthusiastic and creative people. Of course, 8 days is a very short time to see everything, but it's great for a first impression. Of course, there is something very memorable about every trip. I really liked Pinsk and Motol. I recommend everyone to visit there, I think that this color will leave a pleasant impression. Now we are definitely thinking of going to Belarus again, at least, to capture other regions of this hospitable country. I wish Viapol employees not to lower the bar and keep their brand!
