But most importantly, they forgot their swimsuit after flying home. They found our swimsuit and sent it to our friends in Turkey, literally immediately. THANK YOU GIRLS FOR YOUR WORK AND ATTENTION! In the restaurant, we always dined in box number 3, the second year our table was served by Nazira, there are no words to express her attitude and attention: quickly, thoughtfully. The houses are very well located: all the necessary locations are nearby and at the same time far from the noise. We had three guides who are in touch from morning to evening (at night, if you need anything, contact the reception). They responded to our requests instantly: book a car, replenish the minibar - everything was done in a matter of minutes. The Turkish service, of course, is beyond praise. We were especially pleased with the QR codes near each sunbed on any of the pools. You point the camera and go to the bar menu, make an order and they bring you drinks and snacks to the sunbed. The children drank countless cocktails and ice lattes). The staff speaks Russian, everyone is VERY friendly and wants to help as much as possible and make your stay better. We were on Orthodox Easter and in a large restaurant we organized a table with cakes and colored eggs, it was nice. The food is varied and everything is delicious. It's great that there are several pools on the territory, including adult-only ones, and Relax. We spent most of our time in Relax, it's beautiful and quiet there. Our check-out was late, and at the reception we were offered to leave the room at 12.00 and spend a few hours in the reserve. We agreed with pleasure and were very satisfied, because we had the opportunity to take a shower after the sea, and relax before the plane, and not sit with suitcases on the couch in the lobby and wait for the bus). On the third day, there was constant pain in the back and neck. They asked to replace it with a harder mattress, they changed it to the same thing. Pillows are generally some kind of trash. If this is a sensitive issue for you, then it might be better to bring a pillow with you. The beach of the hotel will be uncomfortable for those who like sand. There are huge boulders at the entrance to the sea and at the bottom. Sometimes you can get stuck in old elevators. But otherwise a great hotel with excellent service. I recommend.

This is my first time at the hotel, I chose it based on recommendations and reviews. The territory is very well maintained, green, the grass is very soft, pine trees. The smell of pine was even in the room. We chose the standard bungalow (2 adults and a child), because there was no full load, we upgraded the room to a family room, for which special thanks to Shayyr!!! Our assistants Shayyr, Bulat and Sherbet do everything possible and impossible for convenience, comfort and even more. They are greeted with champagne for adults and chocolate-covered strawberries, drinks for children. And once they found something incomprehensible on the beach, similar to an antique column, so they dug it up! I was shocked, it even became uncomfortable that I just asked, but I puzzled people, it turned out to be a load for a buoy!🤣 They asked for a dryer, they brought it right away. An iron, ironing board, and mosquito net are provided on request for the balcony door. We lived on the 4th floor, there were no insects. The room is spacious, two-room, thick curtains, white linen and towels, changed daily. We refused the bedtime preparation service, but they still left us chocolates. There is a powerful hair dryer in the room, and I even dried my jacket on a cloudy day. We had brushes, toothpaste, shaving kit, and really liked the cosmetics in the room with a pleasant lemon scent. Children are given washcloths with duckling and small gels in their purse. We were in a mini club once, and we drew on a T-shirt. We went to football every day at 17.00, thanks a lot to Alina, she always judges honestly and fairly and does not succumb to childish provocations! The chocolate shop (that's what we called the place where the chocolates and cakes are) is wonderful! The only thing that upset me was the cloudy weather, 2 days of rain and waves all the time. Out of 12 days, 3 days without waves. The entrance to the sea to the left of the family pier can be found without stones, or rather, you can get used to walking around them. That was what was uncomfortable for me, either the waves and the bottom couldn't be seen, the rocks couldn't be seen, or the water was cold. But that's how May turned out this year. Great hotel! We had a vacation in May 2025. The territory is not huge, very well maintained, wonderful air and smell. The food is very tasty, and there are a variety of desserts. Friendly, polite and unobtrusive staff who will help you solve any issue and really take a break from the routine! The room was a 2-storey bungalow, the room itself is cool, well renovated, has everything you need. The beach is clean, with sand and rocks, and there are always plenty of places. The sea was cool, as expected, but clean and beautiful, we swam a little. We noticed that there are many families with children. The animation is good, mostly the same, but this time it wasn't particularly important. I was on a bike ride - it was great to go outside the hotel, see the territory, I liked it. In general, you will not be disappointed, you will really relax in this place.

We had a rest together with my husband in this beautiful hotel in early October. The hotel definitely deserves your attention! We lived in a bungalow on the second floor. The room is very quiet, and there are pine trees and birdsong outside the window💔 For the first time we wanted to go back somewhere!) Going to sea is not super everywhere, but there were no problems! There are places where there is a small pebble at the beginning, and then sand and no stones!)

A very nice hotel. I've been there 2 times already. The food is good from morning to morning, without breaks. Chocolate, ice cream, cakes, credit. Alcohol is imported. A wonderful place for complete relaxation. I like literally everything. High-quality drinks. Ala Kart restaurants are just Wow. Every evening there is a disco and in front of it there are various kinds of performances. The bar is buzzing like a swarm of bees. The bartenders are just great. We have been to this hotel four times and we will come again. I won't describe much, all the photos in the description of the hotel are there and they are real. I really like it there!!! I recommend you to visit from the end of September, the weather is wonderful, the sea is gentle. And since the beginning of October, Oktoberfest has been celebrated, it's interesting and delicious and there's a lot of beer!!!

The hotel has sunk into the very heart, met and exceeded expectations, although there were some doubts before the trip. We have been to higher-level hotels, but for some reason I really want to return here. We had a rest in late April-early May. I was lucky with the weather. It's warm and sunny, although it rained one day. The food is excellent! Fish, meat of different types – everything is always delicious cooked. There is a corner with Hipp canned food for babies, there are simple dishes that can be fed to small children: boiled buckwheat, rice, porridges of 2 types, mashed potatoes, boiled broccoli and cauliflower, cutlets. You can ask to cook, for example, chicken soup, although we did not use this option - we always found something from the availability. We had a great time at the Alaskan restaurants – Greek and meat. Very tasty! But it's a bit difficult with nutrition for children there) And what a pastry shop – mmm. It's hard to stop😄 The kids' club is good, the kids are always passionate about something. The pools are not heated, but they are not icy, as happens in other hotels. Invigorating, but children of all ages swim without problems. The territory of the hotel is, of course, a delight. The air is so delicious, it's so nice to walk along the paths between the gorgeous trees.💚 The evening shows are of a very good level, we were happy to attend. I would like to mention the wellness concept separately! Lots of sports activities: yoga, aqua cycle, Kangoo jumps and others! It was the first time I had such an active time, and it was a delight! The coaches are just a cannon, the training is very incendiary and driving, the people are delighted🤩

We visited Sorgun voyage earlier, this time we stopped by again at the end of May 2024. We remember it as the most delicious hotel. Our expectations were confirmed - hooray!!!. The food is still the best we've ever had. Even on a Voyage, Squirrels are not that tasty, may he forgive me. I had to cope with overeating every meal - it's hard to choose one thing or a sufficient amount from all the delicious variety. Many things remained simply untested, but no less desirable. Surprisingly, there were always places on the beach and in the restaurant there was no sense of a crowd. The green pines of the hotel are some kind of miracle, the aromas are incredible, I spent many hours on the balcony in the hottest afternoons-silence, beauty, incredible. And it's not even hot! The hotel's service is something that is impossible not to appreciate! Thanks a lot to our whatsapp girls assistants Sezim, Diana and Adinai. They helped us enroll in the Greek alakart, where we had an incredible evening with tambourines, music and Greek cuisine; when a few days later we had to use an insurance policy, the assistant Sesim met us at the office of the hotel doctor, informed us that they accompany residents to the hospital if necessary, which surprised and pleased me greatly at the same time - you can always count on their help. Despite this insurance accident and the trip to the hospital, I consider our vacation to be 100% successful. Thanks a lot to Voyage Sorgun and the fairy assistants! See you soon!
