There are no dirty plates, everything is cleaned instantly, there is no need to ask, drinks are brought instantly, even on the pier, the guys are all very friendly, many speak Russian. The atmosphere of a family hotel, lots of entertainment for children and adults. Upon check-in, my wife and I created a personal chat that included me, my wife, and 3 Russian-speaking assistants who provide information and organizational assistance from 7 a.m. to 24 a.m. WiFi is available throughout the entire territory, the hotel's application is very convenient, in Russian. There are no flies, mosquitoes or other insects! The cleanliness is perfect everywhere, they wash and clean! The beach is clean, the entrance is small pebbles with sand, the hotel itself is very green, the grass is perfect even under the big trees! There are always sun beds everywhere, near the pools, on the grass and on the pier, there is no need to take towels and report, the food is very varied and of high quality, lots of fish and fruits! As for the rooms: they are clean, the cleaning is good, if you need extra, you write to the assistant, they immediately send cleaning. Towels in the room are changed twice a day, at least. The rooms in the bungalows are simple and small, but this is smoothed out by the atmosphere and the approach of the staff. We lived in a room on the second floor of a bungalow. All the appliances in the room are in good working order, the pressure of cold and hot water is always excellent, there are TV channels in Russian. Pine trees, flowers, squirrels, hedgehogs, seals and silence surround the bungalow. The staff is friendly and considerate. And most importantly, the air temperature is 24-27 degrees, the sea is stable at 23-24 degrees for the entire period. You sit down at a table anywhere in the hotel, people are already running to you and offering you something to drink or have a snack. There are plenty of restaurants and they are conveniently located. On the beach, I counted the code on my mobile, chose what you want to drink or have a snack, and they'll bring it to you quickly. The staff mostly speaks Russian (there are many Kyrgyz among the staff), and the edge is in English. Very cool fitness trainers, well, it was really fun to work with them every day. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and the rooms are cleaned perfectly. The territory of the complex is generally compact. The hotel belongs to the country's Minister of Tourism. All the staff are working great. Excellent support for the residents, they will answer any question quickly in the messenger. What didn't you like: 1. Terrible entry into the sea, a lot of sharp small and large stones, you can easily break your fingers, went to a nearby hotel to swim in the sea; 2. There is no division of the territory into smokers and non-smokers, there were a lot of Turks, in general they are all great people, but they tar everything young and old to the fullest, the smoke is a rocker everywhere. 3. The shade from the umbrella is enough for three sun beds, if your family is bigger, then one is already lying in the sun, or in another place, which is not convenient. 4. The children's playroom is dead, broken vending machines, dead cues, etc. Overall, we had a great rest, but walking to a nearby hotel was still exhausting. Therefore, we will not go to this hotel again.

We were out of season (end of October). The sea is cool, but we swam. The food is varied. The staff is ready to help and resolve any issues. Imported alcohol, fast service in bars and QR codes. Good cosmetics in the bathroom. It's a wonderful animation for a child. A comfortable room.

It's a wonderful hotel. Large green area, several pools, water park, beach, two piers. A varied menu, a huge selection of drinks, friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are large, spacious, clean, and have everything you need. I will definitely come back here again :)
