As a result of communication with the manager, it turned out that he confused the booking time, and I have to hand over the car on 02.08 to 17.00, because it has already been booked by another client. what did not suit me at all, the car was planned for a trip to Gomel, followed by delivery at Minsk airport in the evening before departure.As a result, the planned trip was under threat, of the alternatives, the Q7 was offered more than 2 times more expensive or nothing. I started calling high-rated salons, everyone was already busy on my date.

I rented a BMW 230 car for a few days directly from the main pick-up point on the ave. Independence.
The car is in excellent technical condition, clean outside and inside, the tank has been refueled. I have completed the maximum insurance coverage of "Ultra", received an unlimited daily mileage. Everything was quickly arranged, instructed, and on the way.
From the wishes:
-- replace the license plate frames with neutral ones, i.e. without the words "Car rental" (at work it was necessary not to show that the car was rented).
-- when renting a car, give out a sheet with the most necessary information on the topics of accidents, car rental, breakdowns, etc

We took a car (rapid) on 05/28/2024. In general, everything is fine, the car was fine. They took it for a couple of days, but then extended it. When ordering, a deposit of 300 BR is charged. When the rent and deposit were paid, the exchange rate was 30.65 Russian rubles per 1 ruble. On the day we handed over the car, the deposit was returned to us, but at the rate of 25.33 (all screenshots and confirmations are available). After we asked a question in the same correspondence channel where we communicated by order, the company's employees were very reluctant to understand the situation, and later, after recognizing that it would be fair to return the difference, they simply stopped responding to messages. I believe that the deposit should be refunded in the same amount. The company has shown itself to be irresponsible. I do not recommend taking cars with collateral from them.

We rented a car for 2 days on weekends. A very nice price tag for the economy car + insurance segment, as well as very friendly staff. Kia Rio is in good condition - it survived the journey to Brest and back without problems.
There was a small problem with the delivery: the manager was not in place for a long time, although we agreed to arrive a little after closing time and hand over the car early.
But at the same time, the employee was in touch and came anyway, despite the fact that the working day had already ended, so this is more a plus than a minus.
From the point of view of improvements, it might not be superfluous to take one padawan, who will always be on revenge and, if anything, refresh the cars with a Kercher so that the client does not waste time on a small car wash and refocuses economical cars on hybrid models: you can rent a little higher, but the driver will pay less in total (rent + fuel) - that's it They're winning.

We came from St. Petersburg, took 350 amg 2020g for 3-4 days, there were minimum complaints about appearance, there were chips, but they were isolated and did not catch the eye. I rented it right away with full insurance, just to be calmer. We booked from Russia, we booked for a long time, the cars that I wanted were already occupied, I just had to take a comfortable one. They brought the car to the airport, helped to find it, quickly examined everything, signed it and released it. During the rental period, we drove 400-500 km, no complaints about the car. Initially, they booked and paid for a Mercedes GL with maximum insurance without collateral and mileage restrictions, the day before they said that it was not there (anything happens, cars can break down, or someone extended the lease), they offered a fresher Ford or Audi (but with an additional payment), but they made a discount of $ 28 on Audi. We ordered it with a child seat, which we forgot (lost time, although I reminded you in the evening), but we brought an expensive, good chair (this is +). Upon arrival, they were washed (on a robot), refueled to full. There were no problems with the delivery, except for a timid request to pay 45 rubles extra for a sink. After objecting that the car had just been washed, it was accepted. In general, people are decent, they can work. If necessary, only to them)

This company causes me only aggression. I took a car here twice, a BMW three and four. Each time, the manager called the price 10-20% higher than it was discussed at the time of booking, and then with a surprised face he shifted the papers and said "Oh, right, sorry, I forgot." They don't know how to communicate effectively. I can't get my deposit back at the moment. I paid with a card. They write nonsense about 14 days, although the bank term is 7 days, which have already expired. Asking for a refund receipt is simply ignored for three days, and after I started calling, they feed me with promises to call back. There are no questions about the car, the customer service is close to zero.

Unfortunately, our car rental experience with this company turned out to be negative. We pre-booked the car in advance, making an advance payment in full amount of the rental (including full insurance). On the eve of receiving the car, without waiting for a call from the manager, they got through late in the evening to clarify if everything was in order. However, the manager stated that we would be provided with another car that did not meet our requirements and preferences, explaining that the car we wanted was unavailable. Since there was no time left to look for something else (besides on weekends), they agreed to the proposed conditions. Already making out another car, we accidentally heard that it was booked for these dates by other customers, who also began to look for a replacement. Apparently, the practice of replacing cars is common in the company.
To be fair, the car provided was above class and in very good condition. However, when handing over the car, we were fined for minor damage to the front bumper from below (probably caused by hitting the curb when parking in front), which we did not commit. The insignificance of the damage is confirmed by the amount of a fine of $ 10.
We expected a more professional and honest attitude from the company, especially when it comes to financial issues. In this regard, I do not recommend this car rental company and I believe that other people should be aware of our negative experiences in order to avoid similar situations in the future.

By the evening I made an agreement, they asked me to send documents to Viber for confirmation - I sent it, the next day I arrive at the time - the car was taken away, they offered some kind of hat instead and a red camaro is offered at every step. After thinking about it, the car is still needed, I took another one, which is decently more expensive and still not the same. As a result, the mood is spoiled, you will have to drive the wrong car, you can pick it up only after an hour and at the other end of the city, or wait 2 hours here.

I took a Mustang in October 2022. It was already cold outside, and the climate control on the passenger side was not working in the car - icy air was just blowing. We found out that we didn't want to return to the highway, we had to endure and warm up. The car itself is in good condition, but there are different vital signs.

Great guys, we talked to them in the cart, since it's not profitable to call - I was in Russia at that moment.
First, he asked for help with the selection of a car, indicated the parameters. Despite the fact that on the website for those cars they have an experience of at least 3 years (I have 2.5), they picked up a pool of offers.
The first selected Sonata turned out to be busy (I really wanted to try this machine), they offered an Accord, which was supposed to be returned to my dates, but it was extended, to my pity. I had to choose from the leftovers, Ford Kuga gave preference.
The car is cool, there were no cats, it is clear that it is somehow being looked after.
Elena, the manager, handed over the car and took it away. Thanks to her, she's great, always in touch. I brought it to the airport (we also rented it at the airport, but we decided that we would meet at the rental and leave for aero together).
The deposit was returned 3 banking days after the delivery of the car.
