I ordered rubber flip-flops, 2 sizes to choose from, opened them in front of the staff, measured them in the fitting room. Later, I received a complaint that there was a stain on the returned pair, now I need to buy it back or give up everything. A young employee told me, an adult, in principle, that I had made a wish, because I hadn't shown her this stain before the fitting. There is a crowd of shoppers at the point at this time and 40 minutes until closing time. As for the flip-flops, it's obvious that the product has a label and I couldn't leave an "old age stain on the rubber" there. I had to redeem 2 pairs and contact the seller for a refund. I'll never go to Wildberries for shoes again. You never know where else you won't notice a speck in a hurry, you won't show it, and Wildberry's "policy" won't force you to buy everything back or persuade the seller to refund the money. Administration, review the guidelines, this approach leads to disgust and loss of customers. Yes, I understand that there are goods that really require careful inspection, but I was given a circus for rubber flip-flops! In general, every trip to the PVZ at 105 Selitsky is accompanied by rudeness or bias of employees. On the wb website, my review of this pvz is being deleted.

The employees are rude, rude and disrespectful to customers, they kick them out of the pick-up point without letting them try on their clothes, they rush them, they burst into the locker room and kicked them out!!!!! They didn't do anything wrong, but they treat people so disrespectfully, if they really don't like something, don't let them work at this pick-up point.
