I really liked it. But we were only at breakfast, sitting on the veranda.
The staff is wonderful, the breakfast portions are large, the interior is very pleasant.
I will definitely come again and I will definitely return to Minsk.

We were at breakfast. The place is cozy, but extremely small, in fact, a corridor with tables. The breakfast food is extremely mediocre, the portions are tiny. The service is very ordinary. A great classic restaurant in the historical center of Minsk! I am an infrequent guest here, but I am pleasantly surprised every time. The hotel is very atmospheric, the staff is responsive, the service is excellent and not intrusive. Very quiet, despite the proximity to pubs and a pedestrian street. For fans of small hotels, I boldly recommend it. Good location in the city center. Everything is clean and pleasant. The kitchen in your own restaurant is a solid four plus. The optimal price/quality ratio.

A nice Zalkind restaurant in a small Zalkind hotel in the Old Town on a quiet Revolutionary street.
Memorable interior, restaurant menu, courteous service.
There was a lot of time, I took a set with wine accompaniment. It turned out to be a little uneven, but overall good.
The breakfast menu looks attractive.

One of the advantages is a beautiful interior. Unusual serving of dishes.Modest portions with beautifully spread sauce on a plate. Well, it's okay, it was delicious for us. But service is something. We have not seen such pathos even on the Patrick. Inattention, arrogance and not the ability to create a pleasant atmosphere. It feels like the waiters are blue bloods who are forced to serve plebeian customers. The restaurant is always empty, now it's clear why. We stayed at this hotel, planned to have dinner there, after watching enough bloggers and reading reviews, but an afternoon visit was enough. We have dinner at other establishments. I will not recommend this restaurant to my friends.

We need to work on the service in this restaurant.
It is not clear why they are asked to choose breakfast when checking in, we thought to speed up the service.
No, they will come up to you in the morning and ask you what you want, even if you ordered it on time.
Perhaps they will lose the Poached meat on the way, after 20-30 minutes it will be fixed and coffee will be brought later, when breakfast is almost finished.
And "such a sweat" every day!

We stopped by to try the desserts and were incredibly surprised by David's head.
The interior is exquisite, there are few people in the daytime. The coffee is delicious. There was no opportunity to evaluate the main menu.
I advise you to visit at least for the sake of these excellent desserts.

The rating is very high, I support all negative reviews. Tea is just colored water with bleach, it was impossible to eat the salad ordered for dinner. It just can't convey how tasteless it is! The waiter ruined the evening because she was very arrogant and pretentious and rude! she imposed on us a choice of wine from 2500 tr. per glass (a girl with blonde hair, after talking with whom we understood: Zalkind- the bottom). We took a sip of tea, tasted the salad, paid and left. I didn't even want to talk…
Breakfast (unfortunately it was prepaid, we decided to give it a chance) - the same chlorine tea and the same "service", porridge and pancakes with cottage cheese were liked. But we don't want to repeat it anymore.
We stayed at the hotel- the hotel is beautiful-10 points! But the restaurant is the worst of all where we were in Minsk and Grodno.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the staff of this institution, represented by the manager Vladimir and the administrator Andrey, who helped organize our evening. I would also like to thank pastry chef Julia for the wonderful work of art in the form of two bento cakes and for the excellent service, we express our gratitude to the waitress Anna. The dishes that we tried in this restaurant are very tasty and appetizing. You will definitely not leave here hungry. The breakfast is sufficient, I took a continental one, the slicing and baking are fresh, I did not go to the restaurant (personally, the kitchen is not suitable for me because of food allergies, I prefer a simpler and more understandable diet).
The interior is beautiful, but the single room is too small, thanks for the big TV.

Desserts are average , for an amateur
Coffee wants to leave the best. I ordered a latte, it looks delicious, but it's impossible to drink - it's too hot. Even waiting for the drink to cool down for 19 minutes didn't help. Thank you for at least pouring it with yourself.
Probably, for a full-fledged review, you need to visit again and taste all the dishes of the institution.

We wanted to try a tasting set! We called 2 times on the day of booking and as a result we arrive and are told that there is no item from the tasting set and it cannot be replaced …
We asked the waiter then to recommend something from the menu to which we did not receive a clear answer, but only "uh-uh, uh-uh, uh-uh"
We didn 't understand why such good grades were given!
