The restaurant was wonderful , we lived in the Zalkind hotel. The restaurant had breakfast, beautiful service, delicious, came to dinner, were pleasantly surprised by live music, the food was on top. I recommend.

Was it delicious? Yes, it was. Will I return to this institution? No, I'm not coming back.
1. The staff is very slow, taking into account that the boarding in the institution is not large.
2. The staff smelled unpleasant, and this is the first time I've encountered it. Yes, the human factor, but still the institution is not of the fast food level.
3. The request to remove certain ingredients from the dish that I am allergic to was positively responded to. But all these ingredients turned out to be in my dish.
I believe that paying 120BYN for breakfast is a large number of reasons why I would not recommend a visit to the institution.

A pretentious place that does not justify its positioning at all.
There is clearly not enough staff: they serve slowly, you can't wait for a waiter, they cook for a long time. And this is with an incomplete landing.
The interior is pleasant, but in the evening there is a catastrophic lack of lighting - it is difficult to see the dish on the plate.
Pumpkin soup is liquid, unsaturated. The lamb roll is dry and tasteless. We wanted to take a bottle of Slovenian orange, but it was not available.
In this scenario, there is a significant overprice.

Zalkind Kitchen is very impressed! The kitchen, the team... it all looks like some kind of Michelin-starred restaurant movie. Not just food, but immersion in the tastes and aesthetics of serving)

I gave five stars to this restaurant, because the chef is trying and the idea in his work is visible. I think this is the best restaurant in Minsk.
At the same time.
- he is far from decent restaurants in Moscow or St. Petersburg, you should not expect the same level
- the sommelier should be replaced and the wine accompaniment too
- the chef has every opportunity to grow up if he manages to escape from the captivity of the current provincial ideas about cooking
- and when you get tired of rural food in "cornflowers" and "cooks" - come here. You will be disappointed - and you will not regret it!
