A wonderful place! The wines are of a good segment , the food is delicious . The only thing that upset me was that the waiters slightly compulsively offered to drink wines that were twice as expensive as the selected ones , and compulsively offered to eat desserts . It is incredibly beautiful and delicious, so much so that we specially returned here to have dinner before leaving Minsk. It seems to be the best restaurant that we have visited in Minsk. Ohhh, everything is great here, from the kitchen and the service, to the interior. Everything is very tasty, the waiters know the menu perfectly well and will recommend something to you. There is also a sommelier in the establishment, and live music in the evenings.

Tea was served with bleach from the tap. It was impossible to drink because of the pungent smell, which is unmistakable. It was supposed to be a neutral green tea. So it's not about the tea leaves themselves, but about the tap water. The waiter was called and politely declined such a drink, but it overshadowed the impression of the dinner. You don't expect bleach from an institution that positions itself highly.

Alas, the kitchen disappointed, all the descriptions are appetizing but completely do not match the taste of the dishes.
Almost ice-cold pate is more like ice cream, a clear imbalance in taste is knocked out by dried fruits.
Both salads are missing. The pumpkin is indistinct and tasteless, there is no marinade in it, the duck has lost all taste and is not salty at all. I don't really understand why she should be kept in suvida for 12 hours. The cherries in the salad are hard as a stone and not edible. The salad is made from the cheapest ingredients.
The interior is cozy, attentive and courteous staff, a good wine list.

I also fell in love with Minsk because I chose this hotel, and it has this restaurant. This is definitely one of the best breakfasts ever, and what kind of veal is here is simply divine! The coffee is above all praise, I even asked the waitress to show me the package.

I'm not talking about the restaurant! I mean the hotel! I live in it! Well, how can I say it? The hotel is cool, atmospheric, stylish rooms, BUT there are drawbacks! The trouble with connecting to Wi-Fi, hangers in the shower, small trash cans would not hurt, the staff does not have enough responsiveness! Little things, but if you refine them, then this will be the hotel of the place!! Cool chandelier!

Expectation/reality. I planned to stay at this hotel for 1 night, as there were no available rooms, and now I understand that this is very good. The single room is so tiny, it cannot be called a room. The bed, next to the sink. Yes, everything is clean and tidy. The view from the window was amazing - a solid construction site. The room is very stuffy. Couldn't stop, returned the keys and drove away.
