Good afternoon. I want to say right away that I went there only because of a certain doctor, Degtereva (a good doctor is not just to say nothing, the specialist is simply the BEST). I didn't really like the optics themselves, the staff was polite but not attentive, I waited 30 minutes (I was by appointment) and no one even approached me and informed me how much longer I had to wait, and they didn't ask or say anything at all (although this service is paid).
