This is the last time I order glasses in this optics. I'm getting more and more disappointed every time. Last time I ordered a metal frame for up to 100 rubles, it peeled off. I just ordered a frame for 210 rubles more expensive (not the lowest price) along with lenses (each for 130 rubles) 11.03.2026. The total amount is 470 + 20 per job. I had a 13% discount as a regular customer. 03/12/2026 I came to pick up my glasses and when installing the lenses in the frame, the FRAME was scratched. At the reception, I said this, to which they replied, "this is due to the fact that there is a sunscreen and the frame is scratched because of it." ATTENTION - the sunscreen does not even touch the frame (photo attached) and there were no scratches when trying on the frame in the store on 03/11/2026. From which I conclude that the wizard scratched when installing the lenses. How do you work like this, I don't understand? 0/100 is simple! The case that came with it is a separate topic.....(I have attached a photo). By the way, we ended up with a 25% discount due to scratches instead of my 13%. They said that the warranty is six months) But something tells me that I won't be able to use it if anything happens. I hope these scratches don't go any further.
