We went to this hotel twice. A magnificent long beach, you can always find a place without waves, there are sun beds even in the Russian season, a variety of food, there is a dietary choice for children, I really liked it!
The only thing is: the first time there was a room with access to the garden, at night the grass is watered with very smelly water, as if from a sewer, it is impossible to sleep with an open balcony, we woke up from the stench. They asked the reception to solve the problem: it was enough for 1 time, then they started watering again. The second time they took a high floor and there was no problem.

Until May 1, 2024, it was Hilton. Now it's Rixos. There is a children's animation with tutors from 10 to 22. A children's playroom with board games. Adult animation in the morning (yoga, exercise). In the evening, cover bands, dance groups, disco. Everything is at a decent level. The children are happy, and so are the parents. The spa is great. Masseuses are great. I only go to this hotel because of them. There is a gym with all the necessary equipment and trainers. The rooms are the same as they were. Food too. There are fewer fish, there is no grill outside. 5* deservedly so. Cleaning every day.the refrigerator was refilled every day. Laundry for an additional fee. They wash perfectly.

We rested at the villa and never regretted that we were not in the hotel itself. It would be unbearable to run to the sea in this heat. We were the only ones on the beach, everyone else was hiding somewhere or splashing in the pools. In August, it was like in a hammam here, it was hard for us, but it was the comfort and service that we remembered, for which we are immensely grateful! The only thing was that there was not enough wet cleaning in the room. It seemed to us that she had never been there.Otherwise, the change of linen and towels is regular.
The kitchen did not quite suit us (we got used to our own dishes), there were not enough dairy products, but there were delicious yogurts from the children's kitchen 😄 Once we got to delicious red fish and tender lamb. Desserts are also very tasty. It's a pity that there aren't many of them to eat in this heat … We would like to mention the Saw official separately - it was very fun and comfortable with him! Although we hardly speak English, we quickly found a common language with him. We were very upset when he didn't come on shift before our departure (they said he was ill) . If he is still working, please give him our sincere thanks and increase his salary.He's very cool! It's a shame that swimming in the sea is forbidden after 18. I wonder what this is related to? We have never met any animals - you can swim safely.
A separate delight was caused by the buggy cars that were rolled throughout the hotel. Left the villa - you were immediately picked up and taken away 🤩
Only four days later we found a pool with cool water and were happy, and so, of course, at this time the water in the sea is boiling water. They swam for medicinal purposes. But, I want to note, no infection was picked up at the same time. We took a couple of bottles with us and gargled all winter.

Rixos has bought it out now. The beach is just huge, there are a lot of empty sunbeds, the sand is white, practically does not bask in the sun, walking barefoot is very comfortable. the entrance to the water is gentle, there are no waves, the water is extremely warm. pools, there are about 6-8 of them here. there are a lot of sun beds, all with towels. the water is cooled, so it is not comfortable to swim before lunch, we went to the pool only after lunch. By food, fish, seafood, beef, lamb, good food, no frills. a separate children's menu. in principle, everyone will find something that they like. alcohol, beer Bad, heineken, stella Artois, bex, Carlsberg, ephesus. a sturdy man of the low-to-medium price category. The cocktails are good. you can move around the territory by golf cart, it arrives within 2-3 minutes. The best hotel in Ras al Khaimah, a huge green area of the hotel, a great beach. But the most important thing is the attitude of the staff towards the guests!!! Everyone is very friendly and ready to solve any problem. The food and drink are great!!! The bartenders in the pool and in the hotel pour at the first request!!! Great hotel. All negative reviews are unfounded! There are Russian-speaking staff. The menu is for every taste, the beach line is huge, clean, beaches to choose from : waves, breeze. There are a lot of sun beds, on the far beach, near the main building there are a lot of crabs, small ramps swim up to the breakwaters, so apparently the hotel staff asks not to crawl there. quiet rest for the family. They check in immediately upon arrival (we arrived at 11), without waiting for 15 hours! Awesome It's the same with eviction, everything is cultural. If someone is interested in little things like toothpaste and brushes, it is strange, of course, for 5 stars, but they were not there, everything else is there.

We are resting now in this hotel, it is a paradise on earth!🌴🌊 Excellent spacious rooms, cleanliness, all smiling, friendly! It is clear that everyone is trying very hard, the service is beyond praise! At any request or question, they are in a hurry to help! Many thanks to all the staff, the cleaning is always perfect, lifeguards are everywhere from morning to closing of the beach and pools, waiters try to keep up, always polite and hospitable, reception around the clock with any question, bartenders on the beach and by the pools👍 They are obviously trying to learn Russian in order to understand the guests more! I lived in a villa, not in the hotel itself. The rooms are nice, clean, cozy. And to get to the hotel, you need to call a buggy, which arrive within 1 minute and after another 3 you will already be at the hotel. You leave the villa and, literally, in 2 minutes you find yourself on the shore of the Persian Gulf with crystal clear and warm water, white and soft sand. We rested at this hotel in June 2024 according to the all-inclusive system and I would like to note that the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars at all. Maybe we got to a point where the owner seemed to be changing. The room was cleaned literally for 5 minutes, I think the bed linen was not changed as it should be. The bars on the beach were closed, 3 of the 4 ala-carte restaurants were closed. Instead of a buffet for breakfast, lunch, dinner, they began to serve a menu, the quality of which wanted to be better, very peppery, scrambled eggs. There were no fruits at all, watermelon melon in cream bowls of 3-4 cubes and that's it. Cocktails in the lobby bar, which remains, ice is poured 3/4 glass. In general, we have already been to the Emirates 6 times, but we have not met such a service and attitude as in this hotel.

And the room has everything and a kettle (tea, coffee), refrigerator, ironing board, iron, TV, everything for a comfortable stay. And I would also like to write about an amazing well-groomed territory with beautiful plants. From the room we immediately went to the seashore and it is very convenient. Over the past year, the waiter service has suffered a lot, which is in the bar on the 2nd floor, where the reception is. Flying is simple. You wait a long time for an order, they can just forget about the order.
In the main restaurant, where the buffet cups are unwashed for 3 days in a row.
There are no restrictions on the territory and cleanliness, although the rooms are old, they are comfortable and clean.

A great hotel for a family beach holiday. Clean beach, excellent service, staff mostly speaks English, but there are also Russian speakers, always friendly, issues are resolved quickly. Excellent restaurant and food, there is a children's corner (lunch, dinner) with nuggets and French fries))) The rooms are decent, though old. Room cleaning every day. The staff is responsive, responded to any request (bring extra water or change towels again). Everything is wonderful and excellent, we really liked it!! But!! There is no entertainment in the evening, there is no children's animation (but maybe it's for the best)))! It takes an hour and a half to get to Dubai, maybe a little longer, but not 4 hours as they wrote here earlier!’ We were satisfied and liked everything, I will recommend this hotel to my friends!!

The hotel has 3 beaches. When one had algae on it, the other was clean. However, it was difficult to find a free sunbed, because everyone wanted to be near this beach. There are many pools, one with salt water, but the water in them is cooled. It's not very hot in November anyway, so I went to the pool a couple of times. I liked the gazebos with sun beds. Beautiful green area. Playgrounds for volleyball, beach tennis and badminton, as well as a football field. Lots of showers near the beaches. There is yoga, Pilates and aqua aerobics. Awesome I really liked the hotel. Nice rooms. Cleaning is done every day. We had different animals made out of towels several times, which is very cool. We had a room on the 4th floor. From the window you can see a little of the sea. The balcony is relatively large, but pigeons poop. The room has better lighting, good air conditioning, I really liked the gels and shampoos. Of the small minuses: it's a little noisy from the ventilation, but you kind of get used to it. And also, apparently the battery was running out or something, I don't even know, but the mechanism of lifting the curtains in the bathroom worked a couple of times. It worked once at night. At the same time, there was a sound, but the curtain did not rise. I think the problem is in the battery, the remote was sitting down. They did not begin to understand, because at the end of the rest they did not want to understand.
All inclusive is good. Included Stella and Budweiser beer. The strong alcohol in the cocktails was also of good quality. Rum, for example, Captain Morgan in "Cuba libre". The diet of food is not particularly diverse, but in general it is normal. Everywhere they ask for the room number when ordering alcohol or food, but this is for internal statistics. No bill is then issued :)
Very chic pools. There is fresh and salt water, where there is a bar and you can order something. There is also a children's pool. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed into the adult. Which is very good.
When we arrived there were no people at all. It was the beginning of July. Then the people appeared, but there are enough sunbeds for everyone on the sea with a reserve. From about 10:30 it started to be windy. They say that the local sheikh took care, installed some installations on the coast of Ras Al Khaimah, but this is not accurate) Maybe just because of the specifics of the location, since the Emirate is located to the north.
From entertainment in the evening - you can take a taxi to Manar Mall or Al Naim Mall. There is also Center Point and Brand For Less. The girl liked Center Point in terms of clothes. In the Malls there are food courts, all kinds of shops and a cinema (in Manar Mall).

The food is good for all inclusive, you don't have to worry, there are a couple of Lebanese and fish restaurants nearby, next to the pools, where you can eat at a big discount from the hotel. They are taken to the bugs or in Russian on tuk-tuks)) It's just that the territory is huge, I really was in such a place with such large beaches only in Portugal on the ocean, well, by the way, it's very close, through the mountains, by the way, they can be seen directly from the hotel, Omani in my opinion. You can walk 15 minutes to small supermarkets, everything is very safe, or take a taxi in 15 minutes)) to Manar Mall. There's a big Carrefour or Mega Khimki))) in our opinion) In general, the children are delighted, everything is really cool for them, they swam both at sea and in heated pools. On a business trip, my colleagues and I were accommodated in this hotel. The staff is very polite, friendly, always ready to help. The buffet restaurant (directly at the hotel, the kitchen) is very tasty. In the sea before sunrise and after sunset is not allowed, in the pool too. This is for security reasons, because after sunset, barracudas, fish and all sorts of different creatures come. Quite a quiet and peaceful place. There are many vacationers from different countries. I really liked it there.

The rooms are dirty. Breakfast is like everywhere else. The territory is good. Towels could not be changed several times, they were not available. Great territory, a normal beach and a terrible buffet.
My husband and I are not pretentious about food, but even we sometimes just couldn't find something edible on the buffet. Surprisingly tasteless cooking, especially meat. The choice is also not very big. It was very difficult for a 2-year-old child to find something. We also visited Italian and Caribbean restaurants. The first one was delicious, but the dishes were waiting for a very long time and the glasses were dirty. The second one is atmospheric, the serving is nice, but I didn't like the taste of the dishes.
Another disadvantage is that it is almost impossible to find sun beds with umbrellas. There were few people on the beach, and all the sun beds were occupied, and there were also clashes between vacationers because of this. It is not clear whether there are not enough sun beds relative to the number of rooms, or whether the problem is still in the culture of vacationers who occupy several sun beds for themselves and in reserve for their friends early in the morning, and do not use the sun beds themselves most of the day.
All inclusive drinks are quite normal. The staff is polite and friendly. There are shells and pebbles, the sand is not snow-white, but the beach is not bad, I liked the sea. There is a small children's room and animation for children, but mostly for 4+. There is little entertainment for very small ones. Although they don't need much, the sand on the beach, the pool and the seals that live in the hotel were quite enough for us) there are many different pools, the territory is pretty. Our room was a little tired and felt much smaller than stated.
Despite the disadvantages, overall, I liked the hotel.

There are a lot of children, the restaurant is noisy, but since the territory is large, a quiet corner can always be found, there are restaurants on the territory, if you have Everything included , a visit to one restaurant is included in the package. The food in the main restaurant (where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served) is gorgeous, every day there are three types of meat (duck - soft, very tasty, lamb, lamb, beef, chicken), one sea product every dinner (grilled tuna, deep-fried squid rings, shrimp, scallops and midi in sauce), there were always pasta and rice, potatoes, too, there were not many sweets, but they were also very tasty, there were a lot of vegetables, fruits, ice cream, a separate table for children, in general everything was of very good quality. The rooms are excellent, large, mattresses and pillows are very comfortable, bathrobes, slippers, kettle, iron, ironing board, bottled water is replenished every day, two types of coffee are delicious, black, green and mint tea, two armchairs and a table on the balcony.
