It's a terrible hotel. Since 2014, repairs have obviously not been carried out, the rooms are all tired and worn. The rooms are teeming with huge insects. The worst thing is that the air conditioners do not work, the temperature does not drop below 26 degrees. My colleagues and I rented 3 rooms, the air conditioner did not work for anyone. No technicians who came after several calls to the reception did not solve the problem. The employees themselves openly lied, "everything was fixed remotely, now everything will work." With a very high cost of housing, such an attitude is piggish. When our booking agent called the next day to sort it out, they tried to lie to him that there were no complaints from the guests)) I strongly do not recommend it!

I came to pick up a friend from your hotel, the first time we arrived on a new landcruser, the guard stood at the entrance for 15 minutes without saying a word, then two hours later we changed the car to the old hyndai, then we arrived at the hotel and the guard immediately started yelling that we put the car in the parking lot, although I stopped for a minute just to drop off your client. Why are your guards disrespectful to the visitors and guests of the hotel? How many guests did I put in your hotel? It was already a shame, I will recommend another hotel after this incident.
