The service is average, the door was closed, an employee was asked to help, and he disappeared, we had to go down to the lobby ourselves, explain, and there the elevator does not work without a card (There were holes in the carpet from probably cigarettes (although non-smoking rooms seem to be), the sound insulation in the rooms is poor, the neighbors loudly turned on the TV at 7-8 in the morning, and I wanted to get some sleep, but you can't complain about the neighbors either.
