A great new hotel, beautiful spacious rooms with a gorgeous panoramic view, but without a balcony. Everything works properly, and what goes out of order, they come to repair it quickly enough, although sometimes you need to be reminded through Russian girls who walk around the territory and find out the opinion of visitors.
The food is delicious, although the choice is not Turkish. But it's even better. They do it for quality, not quantity.
One restaurant and that's it, there is not enough variety of ala maps, as in Rixos Bab al Bahr, for example.
The territory is small, beautiful, but everything fits. There are enough pools.
But there is one big disadvantage - the hotel building covers the sun almost all day in the best places to relax. You have to change three locations during the day so that you don't have to be in the shadow of the hotel after a couple of hours.
But for someone, this is a plus, of course, who does not need the hot sun, like us)
The service is at the highest level, everything is brought at the first call and very quickly.
The beach is quite large, slightly inclined, the sun beds are comfortable and there are a lot of them.
The water in the sea is very beautiful due to the fact that it is a small bay.
The animation is weak, the evening disco is almost always the same for children, rarely something interesting. Trampolines were put on only once in 9 days. For adults, too, the shows are repeated every 3 days, it's boring.
There is a huge Marina Mall nearby, which is also good news.
In general, I recommend the hotel, the impressions were positive, we would still come back here.

We were a family with 2 children in October 2023. A good all-inclusive hotel. We lived in a room of 2 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, very comfortable!! I liked the beach, clean sand-they clean it all the time, clean sea. The service is good, drinks were brought to the beach quickly and often))) in the morning, of course, all the sun beds were occupied, I had to adjust and get up early;)) the buffet food leaves much to be desired, I personally did not like it, but we did not gain extra weight! I liked the food more at the restaurant by the pool! The hotel also has very powerful air conditioners, probably too much.. in the corridors, in the main restaurant, it was sometimes too cold... small remarks in general did not interfere with our rest, we had a great time.

The hotel is very decent, the staff tries very hard to help in everything, everyone is friendly and kind without exception!

An excellent and very beautiful hotel justifies its 5*, room cleaning is daily and very high quality. The food is excellent, 16 varieties of bread and 10 types of jam, everything else is cheeses, meat, yoghurts in a very large assortment and all this is very tasty. 3 swimming pools (1 for children). There are bars by the pools. The only drawback is the beach itself, or rather a relatively small coastline and a puddle in front of it. When the tide is high, there is probably a bay, at low tide, there is really a puddle, but this disadvantage is offset by excellent service and quality of services. The hotel is on its own 5*. We plan to come again.

A wonderful hotel, relatively recently built. We rested before the start of the season, so not everything worked. Unfortunately, we got to the construction site under the windows, but as we were told, this is the norm for any hotel in Abu Dhabi.

1. All Inclusive mode. Everything is clearly on schedule. There are several restaurants that you can visit at a certain meal. You cannot visit several restaurants at one meal. But not all restaurants record the room number, so it's not traceable. Also, the administrator does not always re-let you into the same restaurant, but he encountered this once in 7 days;
2. Late check-in at 15:00 and earlier check-out at 12:00. If you go on a tour, then at 11, at a maximum of 12 you will already be at the hotel, but the probability that you will be settled immediately is not high, we are lucky, but the majority of tourists are waiting until 3. If they agree, then all inclusive bracelets will be issued at 12 o'clock. About the eviction, the time is fine, but the meal schedule has been made so that breakfast ends at 10:30 and lunch starts at 12:30. You won't be able to have a snack right before you leave.
3. The location is such that it is convenient to go to the center only by taxi. Public transport is poorly developed, and you can get to it through the Mall;
4. In the emirates, they are afraid of epidemics, so they are fighting rotavirus very actively. If any indicator is exceeded in the pool, it can be closed for cleaning for 2-3 hours in the afternoon. The room has very chlorinated water, especially noticeable if you decide to take a bath;
5. The bastard elevator program. You can just wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator, although there are 6 of them. They just drive past down, even if you called him. There may be 3 free elevators on the lobby floor to stand and not follow you. I lived on 4, waited for the elevators to come down from 30, instead of coming to me from the lobby empty. You stand waiting for 3 minutes, and 1-2 elevators are on the ground floor. There was also a queue for an elevator on the floor with restaurants and access to the pools and the sea (you can evaluate it in the last photo).
Positive:
1. Transfer to the hotel at the Marina Mall. But only before the pedestrian crossing;
2. The building and rooms are beautiful, fully match their stars.
3. Five restaurants and a cafeteria. 2 restaurants in the hotel, 3 on site. But as I wrote earlier, you can only eat at certain times and at certain times. If you are traveling for more than 5 days, then there are 3 restaurants on site, each offering 1 a la carte dinner.

First of all, everyone speaks English perfectly.
Secondly, there are a lot of Russian-speaking staff from the CIS, Turkey, etc. The staff from outside the CIS teaches and understands some phrases in Russian.
They solve all issues quickly, they do not even consult on individual issues. In general, I am very satisfied with the service. I would also like to mention Oksana from the reception, many people write bad reviews about her for being rude and not smiling. I can say that Oksana may not smile, but she resolves all issues very quickly and clearly. There was no shoe horn in the room, English speakers told me for 4 hours that they would solve the issue now, Oksana decided in 5 minutes while I was waiting for the elevator the horn was already in the room (yes, elevators are a sore subject).
From room cleaning, I can mention Mohamed Aspak, the guy loves his job. He asks for feedback, he liked everything, he can change the towel without an application, if something happened to him, well, he likes to please guests with figures made of towels.
The bartenders know their business, the cocktails are all delicious, not bitter, the components are not mixed up, there are no problems with this.
The night bar is full of live sound every evening.
Beach:
The beach is a paddling pool, very shallow, it feels like it is artificial, there are no waves because of the breakwater. Waves happen only if windy weather and high tide coincide. The beach closes at 18:30, the rule of all Emirates.
There are very comfortable sun beds with a backing and good umbrellas on the beach. Several times in a couple of hours, they go to clean them from sand. You can ask to clean your phone at any time.
They also bring any drinks to the beach.
Swimming pools:
All children's, 2 to 120 cm deep, 1 to 90 cm. After 19, only the one that is 90 cm works. Drinks can be ordered directly from the pools (120 cm), there is a bar, or staff rides roller skates near the pools and takes orders.
Territory:
It is small, construction and landscaping are still underway. The scale is not Turkish at all.
Food:
The quality of the food is appropriate, there are crabs, grilled, pasta, pizza. A typical buffet. It gets a little boring during the week, but due to the availability of dinners in restaurants on site, not so much.
Alcohol:
The wine sucks, everything else is more or less.
It seems like cognac is not included. At the same time, whiskey, bourbon, gin, everything is there. The logic of including a brand in AI is not always clear. More popular and budget positions may not be included, but less popular and at the same time more expensive ones are included.
In general, I am happy with my vacation, especially for the price that the tour came out to me. But he's probably not ready to come back. Only if the territory is fully landscaped in a couple of years and the price is pleasant.
P.S. One day, a forum was held at Alfa-Bank on the territory of the hotel. Some of the employees who arrived were drinking like the undead. They just buzzed so much that they disturbed sleep, maximum disrespect to other hotel guests. Screams in the hallway at 3 a.m. The guards tried to get them to be quiet, but they partially succeeded. This is a fucking amazing hotel! It all starts with the hall: huge ceilings, a composition of fresh flowers, a harp, marble, everything is very decent. Very fast elevators with sea view. The rooms are large and have a bathtub and shower, everything is super. The view from the panoramic windows is excellent. The service is normal, they were not particularly noticeable, well, that's probably a good thing. We chose to have children's animation, as a result we got a children's club with dissatisfied animators who turn off the lights in the club after the children's disco, as well as all slot machines. Room: definitely take a view NOT of the sea and not below the 4th floor. A view of all the sights of Abu Dhabi is provided. Everything is great inside, but nothing dries, get ready to dry on the beach)) Territory: very decent, well maintained. The pools are excellent, there is a separate one for adults, cooled. Beach: for an amateur. It's just wonderful for us: a gentle entrance, there are always free sun beds, drinks are brought, it's clean, no jellyfish were found (the first week of June). There are tides, it gets shallow, as for me, it's not critical: go further away and swim comfortably. Infrastructure: nearby (3 min. walk) there is a good mall, everything is there. Brands from simple to luhari) It takes 10-30 minutes by taxi to all the main attractions of the city (we swing Karim and everything becomes very simple). I want to share my opinion about the hotels.the impressions are not unambiguous, do not scold, do not praise.I will tell you from the moment of check-in, we arrived at 12:00 at the counter, we were informed that check-in at 15:00 was expected.I came up every hour and asked if the room was ready, to which they told me no, wait at 14.30, I asked that I was not ready now.they told me to clean up, then I said I'd dial the agency well, let them figure it out and miraculously the number was immediately provided.it made sense to torment the guests if the room was ready.immediately minus the reception.the room is big, clean, the beds are something you sleep on like clouds.the hotel is big but boring.the food range is small but everything is very tasty.therefore, + 5. there is no territory, there is no entertainment.the sea is a small puddle and opposite the excavator is working all day -1. Pools are something.3 small pools with a depth of 130 and hot .one pool with cold water and a bar.but I couldn't even get to him, the gag reflex started. He stinks of urine. Imagine 100 people in one pool, children, men at the bar.The toilet is only in hotels.it seems that no one wants to leave him, so they urinate right into him.I'm writing and I'm already sick.This is a disaster for Rixos. I decided for myself that I would definitely never come here.and about the bar, you will be served a cocktail at a price it is not clear from what, but if you want from normal alcohol, then it is only for money. This is an all-inclusive service. And a huge thank you to the spa .hammam , massage on the level.that's where we could only rest for 5*. The rest was spent in the room. Fortunately, a great gaming club for teenagers, my son is happy.

A fairly average hotel in total, if you add up all the pros and cons. Outwardly beautiful, luxurious 5-star hotel, with service at the level of an ordinary three-star hotel. I think it's the Turkish roots that have such an impact.
The bathtub in the room leaked every use, calling the service did not help even once.
A lot of things have already been broken, even though the hotel is very fresh.
Dinners from the first call seem to be normal, but then their monotony and blandness of the dishes get boring very quickly. The bar is a complete failure.
At the end of the trip, the battle for the deposit, which was 1600 dirhams per family, finished off. They counted the services that we did not use and did not want to return it. While we were looking for employees who turned it on and dealt with everything, we missed the plane.
An average lousy hotel for an overprice.

Unfortunately, the quality of service at the hotel has dropped significantly compared to previous years.
If the hotel simply billed other people's bills to my room in the past, now new introductory ones have been added.
The food has become much worse and simpler: salmon has become a rarity, scallops, crayfish necks, large shrimps, and there has never been a banal sea bass with dorado in a week, unlike in previous years.
Regular problems with elevators: in the evening there are huge queues to go up to the room as 3 elevators were not working stably.
The hotel began to get physically tired, there are a lot of loose tiles in the pools, the water in the room goes intermittently from boiling water to ice, it just won't work to stand under the shower, pillows with an unpleasant musty smell.
In the main bar on the 1st floor, the waiter may not come up once all evening. Snacks are distributed by no clear principle at all.
For the first time in 30 years of travel, I was faced with the fact that the hotel removes the All inclusive bracelet from the guest on the day of the guest's departure at exactly 12:00 and prohibits him from using all services. This has never happened before in this hotel, and I have not seen this in the Rixos network in other countries. In Turkey, for example, a guest uses all the services of the hotel until departure.
The hotel completely loses interest in you as a guest at exactly 12:00 on the day of departure. An attempt to resolve this issue through the managers at the reception caused complete indifference on their part.
That's the kind of loyalty to regular customers.

The hotel is new, very beautiful, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need (bathrobes, cosmetics, slippers). But! The staff in the main restaurant is not attentive, you have to repeat the order for drinks several times, ask for appliances. For the Rixos network, this is a shame. In general, it is very nice, comfortable sun beds, clean large pools, a great bar, the beach is beautiful and well maintained. For the most part, Russians rest. The location is good, there is a large shopping center across the street, up to 40 minutes drive to the main locations, taxi as everywhere in the UAE on the counter.
They also promised to congratulate me on my birthday, but they didn't do anything.

I do not recommend it to anyone! We were there in March 2023.
Rooms with sea view....but we were not warned that there was a construction site nearby. Excavators and tractors were working all night! Grinding and crashing! Nutrition is generally a separate story. To eat hot scrambled eggs for breakfast in a restaurant, you need to stand in line for 20 people! The waiters bring coffee for a sooo long time! In 20-30 minutes! You're sitting with this cold scrambled eggs and waiting for this coffee... on the fifth day, my nervous system couldn't stand it and I gave it a dressing down! After that, as soon as I entered the restaurant, hot coffee was brought to me immediately along with scrambled eggs!according to the diet, the food is not tasty and of poor quality. Absolutely not diverse. The only positive thing is that there is a huge mall within walking distance! It's not worth the money we paid. Three stars is a stretch. This is my impression of this hotel.

The most comfortable Hotel for families with children, the entire management of the hotel has tried very hard for this. The rooms are comfortable to stay in , the bathroom is generally admired , the breakfasts are varied. As a holiday lunch and dinner . Very dignified . We lived on the 33rd floor ! The view is fantastic. I highly recommend it.
