Element 5 was my favorite hardware store. This is both the range and reliability. According to the extended warranty, I can say that in our case I have never decided anything yet. The staff will always advise, prompt and help.
But, unfortunately, not so long ago and more than once I noticed that the store began to change the price tag (naturally in a big way and noticeably) even while viewing the product on the site. Not at night when people are sleeping, but during the day at any time. I'm sitting on the site, looking at the product before ordering and I see that I went to the page with one price while I was looking-the price increased by about 100 rubles. I did not order, I called 275 and was told that they could not help me. It happens that way. Hurtful. I had to Google and order the same product from another store at a good price, which I did.

I ran out of battery in the keychain from the car and I went to get the battery and help in the 5th element, which was nearby.
The first seller could not tell me something intelligible, he offered to open and change the battery myself (despite the fact that I had nothing to do it with, and I do not understand how to open such a keychain at all). But thank God Kirill Dmitrievich came up and, under my responsibility, carefully opened the keychain, looked at what kind of battery it was and helped replace it. Just helped out!

We asked to find out the characteristics of this particular watch, the seller called the second seller. The information was repeated to us. They can't say what the characteristics are, but they will definitely be bad. We tell them, "We still don't want to charge for 200, we (in our case) are quite satisfied with 50, just check that they work. (not for long anyway) . They searched for 10 minutes for the box, but did not find it. They talked about watches for 200 and more. In the end, we just turned around and left without a watch. What kind of recruitment is in stores? And I don't want to go in there anymore.

The prices turned out to be no cheaper, but the same. It turns out to be profitable when you get bonuses for the first purchase, and you buy subsequent products with a discount on these bonuses. I liked.
I didn't have a buyer's card, because I was there for the last time about 3 years ago. It turned out that the map was preserved, surprisingly, my time was not spent on making a new one.

We bought a washing machine in early August. The consultant referred to all cars that cost less than 2,500 as "a car for the country." When they decided to take it for 1,500, they looked down on it. And she dropped the phrase: "Whatever you want, you can use it."
After buying the machine, we arranged delivery and connection for a fee (we agreed on a specific date). It was delivered on time, in excellent condition. On the same day, the master was supposed to contact in order to connect the next day, as stipulated in the store when buying. I didn't get in touch. They called themselves. They gave a lapel-turn. They said that it is impossible to apply for connection in advance. That it is necessary to call "day to day" and can not be connected on the same day when the goods were delivered. We'll call you the next day. It turns out that the phone number was (allegedly) recorded incorrectly, the master could not contact us (although the delivery contacted us and pre-agreed on the time; the question is, how was the phone recorded incorrectly then?). After the call, the master contacted us, said that he could deliver it only in a week.
We agreed on one thing, as a result, to wait another week to start using the machine.
We give 2 stars only because the delivery works great.
