A very nice hotel. Everything is clean, the food is very tasty. There are 4 restaurants (main, Asian, Lebanese and Italian). You can sign up for everything through the app.
But there is one problem, according to the law of the Emirates, adulthood comes only from the age of 21! Therefore, no matter how hard I, a 19-year-old, tried, they flatly did not give me an adult bracelet and in no case did they give me any alcohol in the bar, this is a big minus, you need to take into account.

A good room (although they took a large one, which is 58m2).
It is relatively fast and inexpensive to get to the center by taxi (28 minutes).
A cool water park, the children were delighted.
Strong 4*. For 5 * there is not enough beautiful entrance group with a hall, glass elevators, normal cosmetics in bathrooms, drinking water not only in two-liter baklashki, but also in half-liter bottles.
One of the disadvantages is the proximity of the airport with the corresponding noise from airplanes.
If someone goes to bed before 23:30, they may encounter noise from discos and shows organized by the hotel.

The hotel is located 20 minutes from Dubai Airport, and it is still with traffic jams. The hotel is for a quiet relaxing holiday, there are few activities. This is a plus for me. The food is monotonous, you won't stay hungry for sure, but it's the same every day. There are no themed dinners. The cake is very pleasing. To get to the Dubai mall in 25 minutes by taxi about 60 dirhams ) there was enough space on the beach for everyone , in the pool and nearby it is quite tight😎What I didn't like: the animation is very weak, the most interesting thing was volleyball and bingo once a week , the volleyball court is not even watered with fiery sand! Great hotel, I recommend it. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The staff is working perfectly. The food in the restaurants is varied, there is always a lot of seafood for dinner (shrimp/lobster, squid, mussels, octopus in salads). There are also enough alcoholic beverages: whiskey (Red Label), rum (Bacardi), Martini, etc. 3 swimming pools (2 heated), a water park. There are enough sun beds on the beach for everyone, no need to run to borrow in the morning :-).

There is one big disadvantage - the airport is nearby, planes take off and land every three minutes for sure. Noise... It stinks of fuel in the morning... The hotel is located far from the central streets of Dubai. There are no walking streets and shops in the vicinity. The nearest supermarket (though a large one) is only by taxi. So the rest is only a hotel! Ala Turkish "all inclusive". The food is fine, varied and delicious. Fish, poultry, cheeses, drinks (including alcohol) - everything is in abundance and in an assortment for every taste. Courteous staff, regular and high-quality room cleaning. For recreation, there are good cooled pools + water slides (sufficient for rides for both adults and children). Private beach with sun beds, good entrance to the sea.

The hotel is good. There are pros and cons. Of the cons: tired towels for the beach (but this is not critical), room cleaning was sometimes carried out far after lunch (the problem was solved, it was worth voicing it at the reception), there is a very strong smell in the corridor. We rested for two weeks, and throughout the rest this nauseating smell did not disappear anywhere. Apparently, it's the hoods that drive the air out of the kitchen not to the street, but straight into the interior of the room (corridor), the alyakatr restaurant was not impressed.
Among the advantages: delicious food. Everything is gorgeous in salt and spices. The chocolates are simply gorgeous. I really liked the waiter, like his name was Adriel or something consonant with that name. Unobtrusive, pay attention. I paid attention to him, because he was devoted to his work with all his soul. What else I want to note from the advantages is the fact that before checking in and after checking out of the room, we continued to use the hotel infrastructure. I would like to say a special thank you to our guide Dmitry. I was always in touch and answered any questions.

Rixos and Fairmont, but this hotel is much better, although it has only 4 stars. We had a rest since May 17, arrived early in the morning, settled right away. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the territory is well maintained, the beach is above all praise, you can walk 2 km in different directions, the water is clean. The food is at a very high level: seafood, meat, fish, fruits, pastries are all varied. And I like to eat delicious food. I was vacationing with my wife and child at this hotel in November. I was satisfied with absolutely everything. The food is at the level of a 5 star hotel and even better than some five stars (I have something to compare it with, even in the Emirates). The hotel is quite new, the rooms are not tired. The food is excellent, a lot of types of meat, seafood and ice cream with different syrups and powders (last year I rested in the top five, in Rice Al Alham - there was no ice cream at all, and the nutrition is "trouble"). There are 3 Ala carte restaurants (Italian, Asian and Lebanese). The beach is huge, clean, white sand. The sea is also clean. Every evening, entertainment for children and adults. A DJ cafe is open in the evenings, but not for long, until about 23:00. On alcohol: everything is also on the level here, from the very morning (from 10:00), Aperol, Prosecco, Whiskey, Vodka, beer, etc., begin to flow like a river! There is also an ice cream bar on the beach. There is a water park at the hotel, for children and adults. By the pools during the day, there is animation for children and adults. The food was Buffet style, taken to the beach and to the room, no one said a word. Alcohol was quietly taken to the room in the evening, too, no one forbade it! Since the hotel is located on an island 20 minutes away from Dubai Airport, planes take off and land over the hotel. It was rather fun for us, we didn't feel any inconvenience! There is a 24-hour sports bar where you can always have a snack: burgers, sandwiches, fruits and desserts. There are Saps, catamarans, etc. on the beach (all for free). I was out of season, the sea was cold, it was very cold in the evenings and we were sitting in a down jacket, I immediately took the star off the hotel, since they do not provide blankets, pools, although they say they are heated, no, very cold.
Minuses:
- no blankets for cold evenings, with a strong cold breeze by the sea
- pools are cool if the weather is not hot
- no room service: they asked for a bottle opener, they said they had to go through the whole hotel, open it at the bar, and then back like a drunk with this bottle
- the late-call service, which is stated in their promotions, does not work: I had a confirmed late check-out on the application, then they called and said why I was still in the room, I need to check out.
- in fact, there is no service, any question to the staff is solved by the fact that they do not have such a service.
- the wine is sour
- the sheets are torn
For two people, they do not have a bed together, but two one-and-a-half desks, in the middle they go apart in an embrace you can't sleep.

If you are suddenly late for dinner, or arrived before check-in, then a sports bar is open around the clock, where there is always something to eat:fruits, vegetables, pastries, cheeses, sets for hot dogs and burgers.
There are 5 bars on the territory of the hotel, 2 in the pools, one in the hotel itself, 1 on the outdoor terrace, and one in the club.
The staff is very polite, all!
The cleaning is good, sometimes they cleaned every day, sometimes every other day, but we ourselves hung a do not disturb sign.
Pools and the sea from 8 to 19:00, at this time rescuers are on duty everywhere, the pools are clean, they take water samples in the morning, clean the bottom every morning. 2 pools with bars 1.2 meters deep, the third is divided in half by 0.9 m and 1.5 m, 2 lifeguards are on duty on it.
