As a professional traveler (I have been to many places and in a variety of hotels), I will try to leave as objective a review as possible. I must say right away that we are vacationing in Dubai for the 6th time and this is the first all-inclusive. According to my internal 10-point scale, I put a solid 8 points, for which I removed 2 points, I will write below. And so let's take it in order: 1. Location - since you are reading this review on Google maps, then everything is clear to you, there is no infrastructure of a large or even a small city, it simply does not exist here, there is a desert and 2 hotels. At the same time, the ideal transfer to the airport is 10 minutes (without traffic jams) and 20 minutes to the center of Dubai (a taxi will cost you 60 derham) 2. The hotel - in my opinion, it is a solid four in all respects, with one exception and this is the exception of food (breakfast, lunch and dinner), people who write reviews that there is nothing to eat, but I'm sorry, I just don't know what you can compare (Terek Alva Donna, papillons and rixos nervously smoke) there are certainly not kilometers of stupid buffets with thousands of the same type of dishes, there is just high-quality, varied food. The territory of the hotel is compact, with medium greenery. All the pools are warm and comfortable, the queue in the bars is constant, but you will not stay in it for more than 3 minutes. Ice cream, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages without restrictions, oblique views, etc. 3. Slides - a classic set of slides for children and adults from 120 cm (4 slides) and children from 90 cm, a separate complex of three slides. We rested with children 4 and 9 years old, all happy, contented and without injuries. 4. Beach and sea - beach "coral sand" sand mixed with crushed corals and shells. Yes, this is far from Maldivian flour and not even ordinary yellow sand, but it is quite comfortable without special shoes. The sea is clean and warm (May 10, 28 degrees), but the story with the restriction of the bathing area surprised me very much - 1 point, and all the ropes between the buoys are overgrown with sharp shells about which everyone is injured (-0.5 points), be vigilant. 5. The hotel building - the hotel was obviously built quickly and fairly from cheap materials, as a knowledgeable person, I boldly declare this, but for 4 stars everything is worthy. The number of rooms is quite lively, but there were enough jambs (weak water pressure around the clock, cabinet handles falling off, etc. (Another 0.5), but it is quite possible to live, cleaning for a solid 10-ku.
6. Many wrote about rotaviruses, etc. All this passed us by, although the children ate everything and everywhere and sat in pools with slides.
Total: in my opinion, one of the best all-inclusive hotels in terms of price and quality. If alcohol, quality food and service are important to you, then you can safely go to Rio.

A normal hotel for 4 stars. Alcohol in cocktails is expensive, unlike in Turkey. Cleaning the room at least every day. Minibar without beer, soda. Breakfast sucks, lunch and dinner for slaughter. A lot of shrimp, tom yam soups and various meats. The waiters do not let you get up from the table, they bring booze instantly. Overall great. 5 bassiks of different depths. Two of them with a bar inside. There are not many Russians. The sea is disgustingly hot in July. There is another hotel nearby where you can rent local tugriks at an ATM, provided that the Bnionpei card. Everything is high. So take beige from the hotel. It is official, although the guard at the exit will try to impose one and a half times more expensive taxi without checkers. Everyone turns as they can)

Not a bad hotel with an all-inclusive system. But it is very far from the center of Dubai, where life is in full swing. Taking into account the constant traffic jams, it did not take less than 50 minutes to get on the road. The food, in general, is varied, on the "4", there was foreign alcohol.
During the rain, the floor in the room on the 5th floor was flooded.

The hotel is great, we had a rest in January. Heated swimming pools, imported alcohol, the weather is great, the sea is cold like in the south of Russia in June, but if you want to swim, you will. There is a free service for the use of kayaks, catamarans and all sorts of gadgets without restrictions. Food on the level, shrimp, tom yam, fruit, meat. The waiters' service is super, your glass is always full, they bring coffee, tea, drinks and alcohol. The rooms are cleaned daily. The mini-bar is replenished free of charge every two days. The gym is moderately decent, dumbbells, barbell, treadmills, exercise machines. Of course, it's a bit far from the city center, a taxi is about 60 dirhams to Burj Khalifa, but such remoteness is even a plus. Excursions from Anex tour are very mediocre, gymnasts show fire, on Khalifa and safari in the desert is better without Anex, on your own.

I liked the hotel. There are pros and cons. But on the whole we are satisfied. For 4* very good. The hotel is compact, has its own small territory. Your own water park. Three swimming pools with bars. Clean beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, beach towels. Cleaning every day. Replenishment of the bar (without alcohol). Alcohol in bars by the way in bars is also both imported and local. They make cocktails, even which are not on the menu, if you ask and show them). Of the minuses - there are no snacks in bars, and after 22:00 only a burger and a hot dog for snacks, and then until 01:00. Animation until 24:00. There are no discos. The disadvantage is that it is located on the island, there are no shops, pharmacies and, in principle, there is nothing, I had to go to the city. In terms of food, you will not stay hungry. Local alcohol is served for lunch and dinner, standard wine is red, white, pink, champagne. There are juices, but from boxes. In general, we liked it, Ala Turkey is only in the UAE and it's not cold)

Great hotel. I was here at the end of April. There are no questions about food, the beach, hotel rooms and their cleanliness. Separately, Italian and Asian restaurants, in which you can order dinner according to the hotel's application (you only need a reservation, the food is free). A great evening show for kids and the whole family every night. Clean beaches and swimming pool. Water bar in the pool. The only negative is the road to the city. 10 minutes by taxi to the metro station. There is no transfer. And so, I highly recommend it.

I like this hotel chain. In Dubai, the truth is in 4 * it is simpler than 5*. But the food, the beach, the work of the bars is always impeccable. Friendly staff ready to help. By the way, there is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. There are quite a lot of Russian-speaking tourists now.

Everything is included , so everything is included ... usually in the UAE , the mini bar is paid , then some other tricks - everything is good here 👌🏻 the food is beyond praise - noble cheeses , Dragon fruit , all kinds of seafood ... the breakfasts are meager , but everything is subjective. the alcohol is good, the beach is convenient for families with children.
Personally, the planes did not bother us . We decided for ourselves - if to Dubai, then only there.

Holidays with children !!!! Well, let's start with the fact that there are ice tiles and children 's slippers in the rooms, as well as bathrobes for adults are not provided (our child is sick )There are no cosmetic kits for babies either , you also need to beg for ear sticks , we did it 5 times , we just brought it for 6 !!!!And the cleaning of the room had to be constantly reminded , they could not clean up in the evening !!!! Wildness ... in the bathroom , wet towels were lying rotten for days !!!!We once couldn 't stand it and threw them out the door , so that they would be ashamed , but they didn 't pay attention to that either .They also begged for elementary shampoo and basic daily bathroom accessories … There are no nannies in the hotel and if you call a nanny , you pay extra for staying at the hotel and for her separately ( at least it 's not clear to me ) The rooms stink strongly from the air conditioner ( dust ) at our request to call a technician , we were overpowered and asked to pay for it ( have you seen this anywhere at all ) The manager is the main woman, she flies somewhere , but not with her hotel guests .Towels on the beach are in terrible condition, I attached a photo!!! Since our child got sick because of their jambs in the room when everything was included , they were not allowed to take food ( for me it 's a shame ) a child with a temperature had to be dragged to a restaurant !!!!there is no food and waiters on the beach , only an alcohol bar , I had to pour alcohol in order not to understand where you are at all 😂😂😂I 've been to Dubai 10 times in just one year and this is the first time I 've written a negative review !!!! A place on the beach should be occupied before breakfast , otherwise you can be left without a place , our towels were thrown off several times , well , this is more according to the contingent of people ( cattle )
The children's club is closed to children only from 4 years old, so there is simply nothing for a child of 3 years old to do here ... Everything is the same for nutrition every breakfast, lunch, dinner ( the same dishes every day) You can eat, but for me personally, every day the same thing is not very impressive on vacation when there are no restaurants, shops, bars nearby!!!!I went to the spa for a massage at the hotel, I thought I would exhale a little there, look at the dirty walls.... I haven't told them yet that they got the time mixed up there in the program they were supposed to come to me at 17 at 18, they say ( apparently they didn 't have time ) In general, for me, there is absolutely no feeling in this hotel that you are in Dubai !!!! I do not recommend it and ask you to think several times whether it is worth going there !!!! The most terrible vacation in my whole life !!!!!Don't waste your money....

Sand with a small shell, it's okay to walk barefoot) we were in October 2022, the water is warm, you won't refresh yourself from the heat))). The food is excellent, a large selection for every taste. We had a rest with the whole family in the fall when the World Cup was in Qatar, the hotel was 100% full, while there were no queues anywhere, not in the dining room, not in bars, the service at the highest level waiters , cooks, bartenders well done. Everything in the dining room is delicious, the food is gorgeous shrimp, meat of four types, salads are all fresh. The alcohol is all branded . The rooms are clean , the hotel is very well maintained , the beach is not deep just for relaxing with young children , an excellent water park . These are all advantages ! One disadvantage is that there is an air route nearby where the plane is landing or taking off, it is very noisy from planes flying low near the hotel.

The choice is large, so despite the fact that it is 80% repeated day after day, you can make yourself different dishes for every day. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory of the hotel, 2 of them have a bar. There is also a small water park for children and adults. Every evening animators entertain on the territory of the club. There is nothing around the hotel, in terms of walking the streets or going to the store.
