The hotel is perfectly located. Very polite and helpful staff. A good breakfast, but no fish. The rest is all there and quite tasty. Rooms: excellent textiles, clean. Loud air conditioning, the furniture is somewhat worn, but it gives a sense of history, some charm and does not spoil the overall impression at all. I booked on "Booking" from Russia. We paid in cash at the hotel after we exchanged the money. A currency exchange office with a good exchange rate is around the corner. There are many cafes, a singing fountain, the Palace of the President of Kazakhstan and Baiterek near the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel. Reasonable price, main attractions.

A very good location for both work and leisure. The staff is friendly and helpful, everything is clean and cozy inside. There are many places nearby where you can walk after work and good places to eat. The only reason I lowered my rating was that I couldn't pay with a UnionPay card from Gazprombank upon arrival, although they use this payment system, I had to go to the exchanger. Before that, I had no problems paying with a card both in Turkey and in the UAE.

I was in a standard room on the 6th floor, with Windows facing the courtyard. The room is small enough, rather dark, but clean and tidy.
The main advantage of the hotel is the responsive and helpful staff at the reception (especially two young people).
Minuses:
-the air conditioner cannot be adjusted from the room - you need to call an employee from the reception to set it up. I froze at night - I could only turn off the air conditioner, but it quickly became stuffy. There was no desire to call someone in the middle of the night
- disgusting breakfasts: very poor choice. One kind of sausage (terribly fancy, just ugh) and cheese. Iced scrambled eggs, cold pancakes
- on the day of departure, I asked to pack a lunch box, since I left before the start of breakfast: they threw everything into a container mixed up, without any additional packaging. It turned out to be a salad of an egg in a shell, an apple, two microfibres, two pancakes on top, a package of yogurt and some crumbly cookies).

A good four-star hotel in the very center of the city, very convenient location. The breakfasts are average. The hotel has mostly foreign guests.
I flew on an international flight in mid-September 2024 and stayed at the hotel for 2 days.
An early check-in was booked and paid for. Upon arrival, both managers took turns asking me to wait another 20 minutes, explaining that my room was not ready and it was being cleaned. They sent it for breakfast. After that, I waited two more times for half an hour. Then the key was given. Having gone up to my floor with a heavy suitcase and opened my room with an electronic key, I saw a man in the doorway, thank God dressed. Thanks to my command of a foreign language, I found out that I was given a room in which this person already lives. It's not a pleasant situation. After going downstairs at the reception, they didn't even verbally apologize to me, didn't offer compensation and pretended as if nothing had happened. They also didn't apologize to the person I found in the room. They asked me to wait another half hour. As a result, I did not manage to check in earlier. I was very disappointed, as the hotel charges a separate surcharge for earlier check-in. When booking, it was indicated what time I arrive. A transfer from the hotel was also paid for. I am disappointed with the service and the terrible attitude towards my customers.
The hotel staff is absolutely not professional in their workplace.

We were in transit with my wife for a couple of nights, clean, cozy, there were small joints in the shower, the breakfasts were varied, delicious, there is a choice, I remember the beds, a good mattress, a comfortable pillow and a warm blanket, it seemed to warm itself)) it is located opposite the government quarter, there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets nearby, in general everything is good, solid 4K, can be recommended.

The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly, they helped with almost everything and always with a smile. But the most important thing is the location. It was my first time in Astana and I chose the hotel purely by chance and I was so lucky. The place is gorgeous, everything is nearby, and the sights, and the exchanger, and an inexpensive dining room, and a hairdresser was needed, and shops, you can walk until late. I went to the other shore by public transport, so there are stops nearby with all routes. A very chic impression remained from both the city and the hotel. I definitely recommend it to all my friends. By the way, accommodation is not expensive at all, you can't rent such a room in Kazan for such a price!!

A great place, I have been coming to this hotel in Astana for 7 years. The location is super, the rooms are good, although they already partially require minor repairs (for small things). There are no questions about breakfast, everything is fine. The only negative is the bar only until 00.00.

Nice room, clean. I liked that the bed linen was starched, snow-white, and towels, as well as a bathrobe. There is a kettle, water, tea, coffee in the room, unfortunately there was no coffee. The breakfasts are weak, there is a lot of flour, they need to work on their breakfasts.

Perhaps the most interesting hotel is located in a very good location, within walking distance of the House of Ministries, kindergartens, school, Nurzhol Boulevard, a bunch of different business centers of the Ministry of Defense. Excellent service and restaurant. The unique location is an awesome feature of this hotel. I hope they will read about it and will unleash this potential to the maximum.

Nice big hotel in the city center. The sights of the shopping center, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. There is an exchanger nearby, which is very convenient.

The airport is 30 minutes away.

Everything is great in the bathroom, the water is hot/cold with good pressure.

Very convenient location of the hotel, there are many cafes nearby, singing fountains, a place to walk, near Bayterek, if you walk you can walk to Khan Shatyr shopping center.
The rooms are clean, bright, and cleaned every day. The breakfasts are good. This is not the first time we have stopped here.

The rooms are very small, there is no individual air conditioning system, the fan coil is configured centrally.
