He came to Minsk on a business trip from the Russian Federation in August 2024. I decided to stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff is polite and friendly. There is a great cafe with delicious food on the ground floor. Breakfast (buffet) is available. If I'm in Minsk again, I'll stop here. PS: You can buy a magnet at the reception for memory. Thanks to the staff and the owner for the excellent service.

Nice hotel! I would say 3 with a big plus stars. It's new, the plumbing and appliances are all new, it's nice to be straight. Few people are used to the fact that there are no closets - the view deteriorates, that all things are in plain sight. I agree that the sound insulation is not very good - when there were quiet neighbors, it was normal, and when the company was chatting nearby, it was just as if they were talking and laughing in your room. I had to call the reception. And then knock on the wall (We took a room with breakfast - delicious, varied. I just didn't have enough cheesecakes or pancakes or pancakes - this is a traditional breakfast food) The girls at the reception and the waiters are great! Quick, helpful. It's okay! About Bonbistros - we had dinner a couple of times in the evening - it was delicious, the portions were large. Only the air conditioner is exposed to very cool, sometimes it froze.

The hotel itself is normal, judging by the decoration, everything is quite new and clean, but the staff and the kitchen deserve a special mention. At the reception, like Russian roulette, I was lucky and everything went smoothly- great, unlucky - they won't find your reservation for an extension and say good day, and the next day, when leaving, another shift will ask, as if nothing had happened, why are you leaving if you have a room reserved for another night?!!! It's easy to order the most expensive soup in a restaurant (and this is borscht there), wait for it for 40 minutes, despite the fact that you are one customer and after that they will bring it to you without meat! And then the waiter will say that all the questions are for the kitchen, he has nothing to do with it! (I understand that he did not cook the soup, but should I apologize, replace it or suggest calling the cook?!!!) When booking, specify with breakfast, when paying for a room, get confirmation that you are paying for a room with breakfast and find out in the morning that you have not paid for breakfast!!!! Easy!!!!

Nice hotel, well renovated.Very clean. Lovely, friendly staff. It is located a 40-minute leisurely walk from the city center. There is a very spacious Parking lot for cars. There is a subway nearby.
Breakfast is absolutely standard, as in most hotels. You can only change the porridge sometimes. And then all 3 days that we stayed there was oatmeal, sir.
We ate in the restaurant - it was delicious.
I recommend it with confidence.
I didn't take a photo. It's not remarkable.

The hotel is good. The interior is Scandinavian minimalism, clean. A good mattress, comfortable to sleep on. Everyone needs their own breakfast, I like it - it's decent in this hotel: a lot of dishes, snacks, porridge, eggs, ham, cheese, vegetables, pastries, fruits, cottage cheese, sour cream, and very cool coffee from a coffee machine, cappuccino and fresh croissants, even a glass of champagne, and generally five stars. It is located in a convenient location, near the metro, in a quiet area.

The hotel is good, like any chain hotel of this class, in general everything is fine, the room is predictable, everything you need is there, clean, the staff is helpful, polite and responsive. It is far from the center, but provided that the price tag of the hotels in the center is quite comfortably located, a taxi to the center is ~ 7-8 bel. rub.
Of the disadvantages that we have caught: 1. Conferences are often held at the hotel, and at the same time lunches are booked for participants, at lunchtime waiting in the hotel restaurant is 30-40 minutes. As a personal experience, be careful with breaded pancakes, 2 huge deep-fried pancakes, with not the most delicious and rather difficult to digest filling. But this is not a minus, rather an experience.
It is also worth bearing in mind that the parking at the hotel is small and if there is no space, they will be sent to a paid one.
But the downside was this.. While at the hotel, we decided to use the laundry service, looked at the price list, it was very gentle from 2 to 5.5 depending on the item per unit.. they sent it, on the same day they received everything clean and ironed, although they did not iron it, they were happy) But when closing the account, it turned out that the price tag for washing was in euros, and we had to pay attention that in the header of this list for washing in the "price" column, it is written in small letters that the prices are in euros. As a result, the laundry cost us 48 BEL.rubles instead of 14. Formally, there are no claims against them, but it was very unpleasant humanly, especially considering that all other calculations in the hotel are in Belarusian rubles.

I really liked the hotel. Upon check-in, they asked which floor it was preferable to live on, for me it was unusual and very pleasant. The room is bright and clean. Cleaning every day, it was nice to come back after a walk. The staff is friendly, always smiling. The breakfast is a buffet, the food is quite varied and delicious, which is the most important thing. And for motorists, the main thing is that there is a large parking lot. The hotel is located near the center, you can easily walk. In general, I recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant, courteous staff, clean and cozy rooms, a cool idea with snacks 5 o'clock.
Of the cons: very poor in choice and not very tasty breakfasts. (We tried both the buffet and the menu with the family, unfortunately, we didn't like anything)
We really hope that in the future the situation will change and we will not have to go to breakfast somewhere in the city.

We were in November. The hotel is beautiful, the girls at the reception are the nicest. Beautiful polished plumbing, stylish rooms, everything is clean and tidy. The room had a kettle, water, tea bags, coffee. The TV shows an image with swimming fish and relaxing music. I didn't want to go anywhere, except to the lobby for mulled wine and delicious seasonal teas) I've tried them all, I recommend it!) The hotel would be perfect if it weren't for the only fat minus - the waiter at breakfast. He talked quite rudely. We had paid for breakfast, but he rushed at us with such distrust and aggressively asked us several times what our room was, what he wanted to eat. The breakfasts are varied. The coffee is delicious.
PS: a couple of days ago we returned from another trip to Minsk, having decided to experiment and book a room in a famous 4-star hotel this time. The experiment failed miserably. We won't do this anymore. BonHotel is love. ❤️

We stayed with my wife and child from 01.03 to 03.03. In general, everything is fine, but there are a number of little things that did not allow us to rate the hotel at 5. The room is very small, there is no closet, there are only hangers and an open hanger, the bed is 1.6 m wide offhand, which caused inconvenience while sleeping with the baby (I expected the bed to be 1.8 m). In the bathroom, the toilet is very close to the sink, which does not allow you to sit on it habitually and smoothly, you had to sideways (although I am big, it will be more convenient for thin people). The pillows are disgusting, although as it turned out upon departure, you could choose a pillow from the menu, but no one said so in advance. Hygiene kits are minimal (soap, cap and gel shampoo). Toothbrushes and toothpaste were brought on request, but I would like not to beg, but to have them immediately upon check-in. Similarly with the kettle (I had to ask). There are glasses, there are no mugs (again, I had to ask for disposable paper ones at the bar).
Because of these nuances, I think the price is a little too high.
In general, I can safely recommend it.
And they also served a great breakfast, where everyone will find something to eat. Everything is delicious and in sufficient quantity. Coffee from an automatic coffee machine, which is also very nice.

Your comfort and safety are at zero, like lying down on a bench in the park.
If someone behaves inappropriately, yelling, trashing the room, fighting, etc. the administration will say that they cannot calm down violent people, well, somehow!

I was at this hotel in July of this year. I liked the hotel. Not every four is like that, but this one is 3*. The style is Scandinavian minimalism. The room is clean, everything is fine. During the week that we lived there, we cleaned daily, changed the bed once, changed the towels every other day. The room has air conditioning and a refrigerator. The mini-bar is paid, the prices are indicated. In the bathroom: hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel (replenished daily). A toothbrush, shaving accessories and slippers can be requested at the reception if needed. If you need a bathrobe, it comes for an additional fee. I won't say about the food, because we only took accommodation. The hotel has its own small parking lot. There is a grocery store, a pharmacy, a coffee shop and an ATM in the building from the front. The only disadvantage for us is that it is far from the center, it takes 10 minutes to get to the center by taxi. But maybe for some it will even be a plus.

The hotel is no longer suitable for a single check-in for recreation, but for business trips and official events. It is not located in the very center of the city, but near the metro and transport stops. Nearby there is a supermarket (tasty and dot, McDonald's, etc., etc.) and several small shops of the Euroopt type.
The rooms are nice, but small. You will be given everything except robes and slippers.
Slippers can be requested at the reception, and bathrobes are offered for a separate price.
