Greetings, the community! I am writing this review while staying at this hotel.
I don't understand travelers who didn't like this hotel. It feels like the negative reviews are far-fetched. Or people are unlucky.
Everything in the hotel is good for our taste. Convenient location, to the prices of Minsk, slowly, 20 minutes with access to the metro. The staff, service, food, restaurant - everything is at a high level. We are satisfied.

Good location, the metro is literally 3-5 minutes away. Two free parking lots, one paid (5 euros per day), in fact, the free ones were almost always half free. We went with a company, so we took 6 rooms. In some rooms there was a weak water pressure in the shower (3-6 floors). Wifi is weak. Slippers, shaving kit, dental kit - only on request, but free of charge. The bathrobe is already paid for. In general, for its price, it is quite good.

We really liked the hotel! Polite and qualified staff, price/quality tag, clean, cozy, has everything you need. The next time we come to Minsk, we will definitely stay there again. I definitely recommend it! We took a room with a view of Independence Avenue and when we opened the window, it was noisy in the room because of the cars. Next time we'll take a room with views of the courtyard.

The hotel is nice, clean and cozy, but there is one drawback. Slippers, oral care supplies, etc. You need to ask at the reception to be given out, and this is inconvenient.

The hotel is not far from the center, but not within walking distance - once we walked to Nemiga, it took about 40 minutes along major roads and interchanges. It is better to use public transport, the metro station is nearby. The rooms are standard, small, but have everything you need, the renovation is fresh.

The hotel left only pleasant impressions, modern and clean, the staff is polite and courteous. There is a large enough parking lot. The breakfasts are delicious and quite varied. The rooms are stylish and comfortable.
The location is not in the center, but the metro is not far away on foot. I recommend it!

Great hotel. Yes, three stars, but the breakfast is great, you won't go hungry, and the pancakes with an apple just blew me away) The bed linen is snow-white and of high quality. The mattresses are soft. Pillows of three stiffness levels can be ordered and customized. My windows faced the dawn...although the window was small, the view from the 9th floor is gorgeous. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel! Yes, on the outskirts, but we were just on the way. Clean, good breakfast.
Except that I take off a star for the fact that slippers are for a fee along with a bathrobe. For me, this is a game — slippers are already attached even in the apartments, as the norm, but here you need to buy... The question is not even that it costs something extra, but in the most petty approach that spoiled the impression. Well, how many kopecks is this pair of slippers worth? If this is such an economy, then it is very strange.
In general, take your slippers with you)

Excellent design, good service. A big plus is the presence of a cafe on the territory, which works almost around the clock. I was pleased with the outdoor area with tables.

Positive:
- clean, cleaning on time, supplies (water, shampoos) replenished regularly, friendly staff. Not far from the metro. The breakfast is standard, although the coffee is so-so.
Minuses:
- at night, the noise from the traffic flow did not allow you to leave the window open, and the air conditioner was very noisy and at the same time almost did not cool down and blew weakly (I hope technicians will fix it).

Clean, tidy, but expensive.
Of the advantages:
- private parking (under the barrier and cameras)
- polite and helpful staff
- not a bad restaurant at the hotel

Of the cons:
- slippers and bathrobes for a fee (more a nuance than a minus, but I must write)

Convenient location. Clean and comfortable rooms, courteous staff. I especially like the bed, it seems to be a standard room, but for 5+. Perhaps the best hotel in its segment. On a trip to Minsk, I get very upset when there are no available rooms in this hotel.
I would also like to mention the bar and restaurant at the hotel: delicious cappuccino, hot and strong. Excellent cuisine, cool cocktails and friendly waiters. The menu is tasteful. Thank you very much to everyone who participates in creating an atmosphere for relaxation

A good hotel, reasonable prices per room. There is a buffet for breakfast of 1500 rubles approximately. The cleanliness of the room is pleasant, towels are changed, but for some reason disposable bathrobes and slippers are paid. There is water in the room as a compliment. The staff on the 4th floor is at the reception.

I am writing a review only because when booking by phone I asked twice how much two rooms with accommodation for 2 people in one and 2 adults and one child in the other for two days from 07/25/2024 to 07/27/2024 would cost. And I was told twice about 847 Belarusian rubles (25,000 Russian rubles), as a result, 1,696 Belarusian rubles (51,916) were paid. The room is small. We lived with a 10-year-old child at check-in, it was discussed, but we had to ask for a third half. An additional shampoo-gel was the same for two and towels for only two. My advice is if you plan to live in this hotel, check everything. If you book by phone, it is better to record the conversation.

Great hotel. More than justifying 3 stars. Close to the metro, nice, cozy rooms. Despite the fact that they lived opposite the elevator, it was not noisy. The breakfasts were not varied, but there was everything you needed. I will most likely prefer it for the next trip.

the hotel is very decent, the rooms are new, linen and furniture too. everything is very comfortably located. The bathrooms are also brand new.
very convenient location. if you need good accessibility of public transport, then this is what you need. nearby there are Molodezhnaya and Pushkinskaya metro stations, as well as bus and trolleybus stops where routes go straight to the center.
the area around is also calm, you will get enough sleep)
we took a standard room, which does not include breakfast. in my opinion, they are incredibly expensive, although I have not seen the assortment itself, but I can say for sure the price: 35 Belarusian rubles.
another small drawback is that only one bottle is allowed upon arrival, although there were two of us in the room.
so if you need a quiet and comfortable hotel, you are definitely here

A wonderful hotel! My husband and I really liked the room, cozy, comfortable, there is everything you need! The location of the hotel is also great, it was convenient to get to any part of the city and leave the city without any problems! The staff is friendly, there was a small incident upon arrival, upon check-in, but this did not spoil the overall impression of the hotel in any way! A wonderful hotel.
Beautiful modern interiors in the halls and rooms. Clear. The rooms have everything you need. The staff is polite.
All issues that arise are resolved quickly.
Free parking is available near the hotel (check-in schedule at the reception).
There is a cafe in the hotel. The range of dishes is not very large, but all the dishes are delicious (especially pancakes with fish and tartar sauce). Prices are average in Minsk.

A very nice and cozy hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, a luxurious bed, good sound insulation. We lived without problems and worries :) There is free parking, convenient location.
Of the cons:
- they do not bring water (1 0.5 bottle for two for 3 days)
- there is no kettle and cups, and sometimes you wildly want to drink hot tea :(
- you can't buy breakfast. Either pay for the buffet (about 1,500 for two) or wait for the buffet to finish working. We have very little breakfast buffet with such a rich assortment, we just don't need it. I had to run to the coffee shop through 2 houses.
Otherwise, everything was fine :)

Excellent hotel, highly recommended. Comfortable rooms, good location, near bus stops, an 8-minute walk away.Pushkin Street.
The only drawback: there was no kettle in the room, and there is boiling water only on the 1st floor in the bar.
Breakfast was not included in the price, it was cheaper either to buy something in the store in the morning (there is a refrigerator in the room), or to go to cafes / restaurants for breakfast.
I strongly recommend paying for the room in ADVANCE, in Russia, by card in Russian rubles, because in Belarus itself, payment on site is made in local currency, as a result, the amount for the room turns out to be more expensive.

Well, the most important disadvantage specifically for me is that after living 3 days at the hotel, I accidentally found out that I was supposed to have a snack box. I told about it at the reception, they understood me and promised to solve it the next day. The next day came... completely ignoring this situation

We really liked the hotel. Clean, polite staff, great beds. The room had a work desk, a wardrobe and a safe. In general, it is very convenient. Very close to the metro, while quiet and peaceful.
The only drawback is good audibility. You can hear the neighbors and how the doors in the hallway are slamming. Personally, I'm fine, I don't hear anything at night, and my husband woke up all the time. I lowered my star for this

The room is small but clean. A good quality breakfast buffet. It is close to the metro and the center can be reached in 30 minutes.
And most importantly - friendly and helpful staff! They allowed me to leave my things in the luggage room before the plane and gave me an umbrella.
I didn't regret staying at this hotel at all!

The hotel is wonderful, we took 901 rooms. The room is clean and cozy. Located on the 9th floor, the view is amazing. The room has a mini fridge, a small kettle, a hairdryer, a TV with local channels, and a safe. The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed and new jars of shampoo and soap are given out.
