A very interesting hotel. I really liked the interior. Although the building looks strange from the outside. The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are very varied and delicious. We will definitely go back there again.

A new modern hotel, I would say, of the European type. The rooms are clean, the staff is very polite (although the smiles are more professional than sincere, but I find fault with that). The price/quality ratio of the service is high, my wife and I were satisfied.
There is a cafe of its own, the food is very tasty, the prices are high compared to Russian ones (although it is the same everywhere in Belarus with catering).
I recommend.

We visited this hotel in December 2023. We were very satisfied. Cleaning every day. Towels are changed every day. Friendly girls at the reception. We ate in the cafe at the hotel - delicious, fast. Especially dumplings. Thank you for the attitude towards customers.

Remained 10.04-13.04. Everything was great, they settled in even ahead of time, everything was clean and cozy. The room was cleaned daily. The only thing missing is a shower mat or something, but these are small things. There is no grid on the windows either, but there were no flying friends, so it's not scary. They presented a birthday certificate to the hotel restaurant, but we did not use it because it was unnecessary. We took the coffee, but we didn't really like it, most likely the type of coffee or the machine itself is not very good:(However, all this does not affect the quality of the hotel itself and the room stock.

A good hotel, close to the metro, a few stops to the center or by taxi 7-10 minutes. We lived in a room for two of the comfort class. A large bed, a refrigerator with a mini bar, a central ventilation system, a kettle, a safe, and other small things. Tea, coffee, sugar, drinking water, shampoo, conditioner, body milk - everything was supplemented daily. A sewing bag for minor repairs, cotton pads and ear sticks. Not a bad bistro on the ground floor, we ordered room service, delivery within an hour. The staff is polite and helpful. For 3 stars, it is more than a great place for travelers. I recommend.

A great hotel. Everything is thought out in the room, everything is in its place. The bed is great!!! Breakfast is well prepared, but the assortment is not large. The metro is nearby! One of the disadvantages is that there is no bidet in the bathroom.

For its price, it does not meet expectations. The numbers are meter by meter. The air conditioner thunders throughout the room when turned on. It feels like you're living in a dorm, not a hotel. Slippers for a fee... we lived for the same price as here, in another hotel, where there was a swimming pool, spa, huge rooms. Breakfast was generally disappointing. After such a "breakfast" we went to a cafe. Empty juice containers, a crust of bread, no choice at all… I do not recommend it.

Unfortunately, during the 6 nights of the visit, the cleaning of the rooms only affected the change of towels and bags in the trash cans. They have never been vacuumed, the bed linen has never been changed. They approached, found out twice, but still did nothing. The kettle in the room seemed to say that it would be, but it was not there. Boiling water can only be taken in the bar on the ground floor in this case. The master password for the safe was found at the first request of his instructions on the Internet. Accordingly, the fact that you put your password on the safe will not protect your belongings in any way. The surrounding streets are quiet, calm. The curtains are thick, you can arrange darkness even during the day. Bed linen, mattress, pillows - great! It was comfortable to sleep. The plumbing is good. The tap water is of pleasant hardness, the shower does not dry the skin much, the soap is well soaped. I would like to have more storage space. The breakfast buffet is decent, there is something new every day, the restaurant staff is very friendly.
In general, the hotel is good, unfortunately one of the main memories about it is the poor quality of room cleaning. Nevertheless, the hotel deserves a good rating, as otherwise it proved to be quite good.
There are no rooms with windows facing the cemetery, which is across the street, as far as I understand. Yes, it is not very visible. But the neighbors are quiet)

A modern and cozy hotel. The location is quite convenient, there is a bus stop nearby, and the metro is 5 minutes away (although walking from the metro with a suitcase up the hill is such a pleasure).
I won't stop a second time for only a few reasons:
1. The room is stupidly cold (special thanks to the maids who do not check on the eve of the guest's arrival that the battery is turned off to 0, and you enter a cold room.
2. Noisy ventilation
3. Lack of normal hot water supply. A barely warm heated towel rail that did not heat the tub. At first I decided that there was no hot water, but it turns out that it needs to be drained for 10 minutes. I had the 4th floor. Are you serious? It's February outside.
In the most run-down hotel there is a heater in the bathroom so as not to depend on the city's water supply.
And I will note the reception separately. Who was genuinely surprised that the water was barely warm. And he offered to send a maid to help.(apparently turn on the hot water tap). That was the end of all the help.
