A very nice hotel. I stayed, however, only for one night, but I liked everything. Registration is instant, Parking is private (but not very large), everything in the room is new, pretty, everything works, the plumbing is new (by the way, Groe), the bed is extremely comfortable (taking into account the dimensions of the author, this was important).

I've been to the BonHotel for the first time. The rooms are cozy, the mattresses and pillows are right, the metro is nearby. I would like to have access to boiling water on the floor, and not just at the reception on the 1st floor. If you're going to Minsk, I recommend it.

Great hotel. The average price category. A classic set for three stars. The metro is within walking distance, there are shops nearby (euroopt, fixprice), cafes for every taste. The room is clean, bright, the sound insulation is really so-so, but this is a disease of all new buildings. A restaurant with reasonable prices.

Not a bad hotel.

+ the rooms are small, but everything is thought out. Comfortable. And the table, and the dressing area, and the mini-bar - there was a place for everything.

The compliment is water, really 1 bottle for the entire stay. But I do not see this as a problem, the hotel does not claim to be a 5* hotel.
There is shampoo/soap in the bathroom.

- TV! Well, he didn't want to switch off in any way. I even had to go to the reception. It was recommended to pull out the magnetic key in order to de-energize the room. It helped the first night. Then - no way. As soon as you put the card back, it turns on. The option is only to turn off the outlet, but it is not very easy, as it turned out 🤣
- at night, periodically something in the hotel is turned on and a hum is heard. Maybe it happens during the day, but you can only hear it at night. And, I think, it only bothers those who are light sleepers 🤷♀️
- the restaurant at the hotel. It doesn't taste good. From the word at all. They even managed to spoil the salad.

I really liked the hotel. It is very conveniently located, not in the center, but also not on the outskirts. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the center.But Pushkinskaya metro station is 5 minutes away and getting to the center is even easier. The room has everything for rest and work. Very tasty breakfasts and a large selection of dishes.

Nice hotel, stayed twice. There is parking, not far from the metro. The rooms are normal, the mattresses are comfortable, pillows can be chosen if they do not fit. The room has a minus entrance area. There's only one hook and it's not enough for two or three people in winter. The breakfasts could have been better. There is almost no baking, and there were no cheesecake pancakes either. Usually there are hotels of this level. In general, there are no complaints, but it seemed to me that there was not enough zest. A great place to relax and stay ❤️the whole vacation was spent with pleasure ~ the room cleaning is amazing^^ every day we added bubbles of shower gel, even when it was not over yet! A good hotel within walking distance from two metro stations (within walking distance from the center, walking to Nemiga is a matter of 50 minutes on foot at a reasonable pace).
I lived without breakfast, so I can't say anything about the quality of the buffet.

In general, everything corresponds to the stated.
There is no cooler on the floor, 2 bottles of water are given out daily, you can ask for water from titanium in the lobby. In the summer, two bottles are not enough, at other times of the year it will be enough.
There are 3 shops nearby (one is just a 2-minute walk away (but it is the most empty))
I will recommend a store on my own, in the direction of the youth.
Minsk is a compact city, so you can safely stay at the hotel.

I was with my daughter at this hotel from June 18 to 27, 2024. They gave 61 thousand rubles with kopecks for a double room with breakfast. The room is perfectly clean, everything works, there is no speck of dust anywhere, the garbage was cleaned daily, everything missing was brought without asking, plus two bottles of water, bed linen was changed every three days. The kitchen is wonderful, the choice is good (buffet). We thank all the staff of this wonderful hotel: attentive, polite, they will help in any matter, you rarely see this, plus the hotel has its own free Parking, there are plenty of places. Thank you very much to all the staff, I did not want to leave, if we ever visit this beautiful city again, we will only stay in Bonotel. We recommend it to everyone!!!

A very good hotel, nice small rooms, renovated. There is a hairdryer, mini-bar, safe, air conditioning, chair, mini sofa, coffee machine. Every morning, 4 bottles of water (2 for each), coffee machine capsules, tea, sugar are placed in the room. There is also free Wi-Fi. The room is bright, clean and noise-insulated.
The hotel itself is not in the center, but near the Pushkinskaya metro station and the bus stop.

We stayed at the hotel with a group of tourists from Gelendzhik in August.
Registration at the reception is clear, fast, all the rules of stay are announced. The group, tired from the road, settled down in a matter of minutes.
The filling of the rooms is perfect: everything is thought out to the smallest detail from the orthopedic mattress to the organically comfortable shower door. Room cleaning, towel change - daily.
The breakfasts are full. You can choose both those who are on PP and those who adhere to classic eating habits.
Convenient, urban environment, namely ATM, shop, metro station nearby.

On the night of October 22-23, we checked into this hotel, upon check-out we were asked the question "did you take something from the mini-bar?" our answer was "no", at least we did not know that it was in the room. We got into a taxi and drove away. After about 15 minutes, a hotel employee calls us and says in a commanding tone that we should immediately return and pay for two bottles of wine that we "drank".
We explain that we did not take any wine, to which she also says: "then go back and write a refusal to pay," we said that we would return and write on condition that they reimburse us for all taxi costs, after which the tube was dropped.
We called back the number from which we were called, asked for the name of the employee who called, reluctantly we were told the names Anna and Alexandra.
A very unpleasant situation has come out! The slander is so double-edged!!!
From now on, draw up an act of acceptance of the transfer of the number, so that there would be no more such incidents.
We do not recommend this hotel!!!

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The reception is friendly, there was a request-it was fulfilled. There were no big problems in the toilet, there was a lot of water after the shower, it was better not to go in without flip-flops (in slippers). That is, everyone needs two pairs of shoes in the room. Breakfast was included -the food is normal. I would have come back.

Great hotel. There is an excellent rate for business travelers from the Russian Federation (breakfast + dinner) included in the accommodation. I took an improved standard. A large bed. A comfortable mattress. Pillow menu. Mini bar. The purity is at the level of 5 stars. Bathrobe, slippers, dental kit, gel, shampoo.
The location in relation to the center is a bit far for a walk, but a taxi costs a penny for 150-200 rubles of the Russian Federation for comfort plus a fare easily in 8-10 minutes. you can get there.

Excellent location, close to ground transport and metro stops. The room is clean, with blackout curtains, excellent mattress.
Upon check-in, 2 bottles of shampoo and 2 bottles of 0.5 water were provided; there was no dental kit, slippers.
Of the cons - 1) there is no water cooler on the floor, if you need boiling water, you have to go to the bar;
2) the refrigerator is very small with a mini-bar, it is unrealistic to put something out of food there.

A chic hotel is beautiful, cozy! They offered to choose a floor, above / below. They offered to choose where the windows will go out, the courtyard / street! There are high-quality shower gels and shampoos in the bathroom, it is clear that they did not put the cheapest. There is only a soap dish and a dental kit must be requested at the reception (we were not warned about this upon arrival, unfortunately, we had to buy paste and brushes at the nearest store). There are questions about the quality of Wi-Fi, it is very weak, but the problem was immediately solved when contacting the reception. In general, the hotel is new and cool. The metro is 7 minutes away by slow walking, three stations and you are in the very center of Minsk.

The hotel is located in a residential area, 5 minutes walk from the metro, the sign can be seen from afar, it is convenient to find. The hotel inside is quite new, good plumbing, beautiful rooms. And now about the cons. There is no kettle in the standard room, there are no coolers in the hotel, for the entire rest period for 2 people they gave one bottle of water, which was not updated. If you want water, you can pour it on the 1st floor in the bar, it's not convenient, plus there was no one there at night, for example. There is an outlet only on one side of the double room bed, although by European standards (and the hotel positions itself so European that even the prices for additional services are all in euros), everyone should have an outlet. The cleaning is bad, they don't even make the bed, they just take out the trash and that's it. There is always no one at the reception, that at check-in, that to solve some issues, they had to wait. In general, it's a clean three, but such a service is clearly not worth the money.

Nice hotel, clean, cozy, comfortable, polite and friendly staff. The location is not touristic, but considering the cost of a taxi in Minsk, this is not a problem. The buffet breakfast seemed a bit expensive to me. The choice is small, the price is high. There is no pretension to quality, but you expect more for the price you pay. The restaurant has delicious dishes on the menu, prices are above average in Minsk.
As a result, it is a good hotel, but it makes sense to work with the balance of price / quality in the administration's restaurant.

My husband and I had a Standard room, we booked on the Island, everything looked fine in the photo. The room was small, but that's okay, everything you need was there.
Of the cons:
- for some reason, the bedside socket was only on one side of the bed, i.e. only one person can use the phone on charging
- just a terrible level in terms of bathroom cleanliness: a lot of black mold near the sink, toilet, shower
- there was soap, but a soap dish..? that is, it is proposed to put a piece of soap on the sink, which is unknown whether it was washed at all or not
Despite the fact that the hotel is well located, there are many grocery stores and cafes nearby, the desire to return here has disappeared.
