We were at Stalin's dacha. The forest near the cottage was damaged by fire. The tour was conducted by a young 23-year-old boy - I liked it, with humor. but!!! ! WHO is going there for a tour or on their own - grab food for the kittens!!! A cat family lives there- they didn't even have water in the heat... we poured them into bowls - they attacked the water! And for bread.!!! Who cares about animals- feed the kittens and the cat (behind the bench ..) On the way to the cottage on the way there are hungry, skinny cats who run after a person, hoping for food and water...

It's a very atmospheric place. — Authentic furniture from the 30s and 40s has been preserved, including the leader's favorite armchair and the legendary saltwater bathtub. The spirit of the era is felt, everything seems to be frozen in time. But for this price, I would like more: many rooms are closed. Nevertheless, for the sake of the look, the story and the feeling "as if in the scenery of a movie" — it's worth a trip.

This is the second museum- the dacha of I. V. Stalin, which I visit. There are eight of them on the Black Sea coast. The museum is located in a very picturesque place, as it is located high in the mountains, and the views are stunning. There are unique exhibits that make it possible to understand the difficult nature of the owner: low lampposts, armored glass, mirrors, looking at which from a certain angle you can see the whole room, a grand piano, furniture with special stuffing. Looking at all this splendor, you can imagine what a titanic work was done by those who built and equipped it all. I would like to mention the guide, who tells a very fascinating story, right full immersion in the past. The price is low.

It's a very atmospheric place. You can freely walk around the house. And the whole territory. You can stay indefinitely. Entrance is paid. It also works out of season. It's better to visit out of season.

It's a cool place on a hot day, it's very fresh there, you can walk everything in 30-50 minutes, and you can relax in the shade for a couple of hours and enjoy nature. The entrance is 700r, it is easy to drive up by car. Stalin looked great, there is wi-fi

Another summer residence of Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin. One of his favorite dachas. There is a river nearby-Bogrypsta, it is cold about + 7 and, accordingly, the cottage is named after the Bogrypsta river-Cold River. The cottage is located near Gagra about 15 km away, near the village of Tsandrypsh. They say Stalin saw this place from the ship, he really liked the place and as a result the cottage was built in 1932-1933, at an altitude of about 200 meters above sea level. The cottage seems to be built into the mountain, has a green color, it was the favorite color of the leader and for the purposes of conspiracy the cottages were painted in this color. The cottage has 3 floors and a balcony. In this place, 3 microclimates merge, marine, river and mountain. The cottage on the top of the mountain in a pine forest is surrounded by the famous Pitsunda pines, and they are famous for releasing yellow pollen in late March and early April, which cleanses the respiratory tract and lungs.Low lanterns are located throughout the cottage, their light is not visible from any point , but only highlights the paths in the cottage. And because Stalin could not stand the smells of food , kitchens were built separately from the cottage, we did not see the kitchen at this cottage, it was most likely far from the cottage , or the food was delivered and the kitchens not here at all .The windows have thick crystal glass, 10mm rhinestone, it served as a natural conditioner. In summer, such glasses did not let the heat through, and in winter, on the contrary, they saved heat. From some rooms, the view overlooks the rock, there is an assumption that the rock also served as a natural air conditioner, which is why in some cottages, when opening the windows, you can rest against the rock.

Great guides, an interesting and informative place. Definitely worth a visit. The only thing to consider is that the cottage is located high up and it is very difficult to get to it on foot from the highway.

I came to the beach. Beautifully clean. They took some kind of ridiculous price for travel by a company for 2 cars and 6 people. It's nice that the sand is being cleaned. The water is incredibly clear and blue like on the islands. I advise you to visit!

A chic, cozy cottage. A place worth visiting. Cleanliness and order are present. It is a pity that the technical condition is not maintained and is not being reconstructed. Time and the elements gradually wear out this beauty.

During our vacation in Bagripsha, we decided to take a walk to Stalin's dacha-the cold river. According to the map, it's not far at all, the main thing is the right shoes, a hat and water. First by elevator, then next to the Sunny holiday home, we climbed up the barely noticeable stairs and went out onto the road leading to the cottage. The views from the road are simply magnificent, it's already worth a walk for them. Entrance to the territory of the cottage is paid, you can book an excursion. Not all rooms are open to tourists. You can't go up to the second floor. Dining room, bedrooms, bathroom, billiard room-everywhere there is a very interesting decoration of rooms and good-quality furniture. Unfortunately, the furniture paneling has changed, but the frames are original. There is another house on the territory (closed to tourists), according to the guide, Svetlana Alliluyeva stayed there. I recommend visiting the cottage Cold River and a little touch of history

An interesting place, we went without a tour, it was even better, I really liked it! I really liked the mirror in the conference room, you can see the whole room through it! It's a pity many rooms were closed, but the atmosphere of the past years is vividly conveyed in the visited ones!

Of all Stalin's Abkhazian dachas, it is the most preserved. It is located in a unique location on a cliff. An interesting educational tour. An inexpensive entrance ticket. I recommend you to visit.

I like to visit Stalin's dachas and touch the past era. It is a pity that all this has not been preserved very well and is becoming more and more desolate every year. But there are a lot of tourists and the prices are not small for a visit.

Internal combustion engine. We lived nearby, in Gyachripsha. We took a taxi for 300 to the cottage. Entrance is 250 from all (2+1) or 400 with a guide for adults. As a result, we took a guide for 800. Inal told me a very good and interesting story in half an hour. I answered the questions. I highly recommend it. After us, 1 more guide was with the group. He is, as robocop said, without intonation and facial expressions. Who will be lucky. Interesting facts about mirrors, crystal windows, mosquito net. Like a little thing. But then everything was foreseen. The second floor is closed for inspection. Attach it too. They showed like 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. There is nothing much to see, but you need to touch the history of the era. Right now I just realized that I did not capture the appearance of the cottage. The road, as well as the cottage, as well as the whole of Abkhazia, needs to be repaired. The road is problematic in places. The cottage is privately owned. Therefore, they squeeze it to the last. So to speak, on old yeast. The view from it is beautiful. Then we went down to the rest house, from there we took the elevator down. We reached the White Rocks. Bought it. And it so happened that we walked home from Bagripsh. 10-12 km on foot. My legs are tired, but not critically. For that, we looked at life in Tsandripsh, Amzar...

An interesting historical place in the Gagra district of Abkhazia. Architecturally, everything is very brutal. Admittedly, I listened to a rather interesting story from a local guide about the history of the construction of a state cottage, about the functional purpose of each room, about the relationship of the leader of the peoples with the guards. And all this against the background of the unreal beauty of the nature of the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus

A beautiful, secluded place. I advise you to visit. Everything is modest, ascetic, but tasteful. It has been preserved at the proper level. The cottage is located on a high cliff. Walk the path from the highway to the cottage on foot. You won't regret it. Another beautiful view of it opens from the sea. A small, wooden house on top of a huge rock.

Considering that we lived in a Sunny holiday home for a week, I considered it wrong not to climb 100 m uphill. Let's go together. A simple road along the serpentine, tourists are taken by buses to the entrance. They mixed up with the arriving group, given the general confusion, no one noticed the addition of two new fighters. Once the cottage was surrounded by a large infrastructure: security, kitchens, garages, etc. Now everything is overgrown with forest or occupied by local farmsteads. So, the cottage. A green two-storey wooden house on a ledge cut into the rock at an altitude of about 300 m. Original crystal glasses, parquet, wonderful plumbing for those times, mirrors, narrow wooden beds. Everything is permeated with sunlight. The furniture was overstuffed, it's not impressive in pink. It is not known whether the Owner was at the cottage. Guides tell you different things. But the daughter and the guests were definitely there. The spirit of the era is soaring, it seems that the melody of the piano will sound, and guests will gather at the table. The same ones, without insignia, but with great power. About 20 years ago, vouchers were sold to the country, you could have lunch at the leader's table. Now the bad practice has been curtailed, and rightly so, history.. Once the slopes were covered with pine trees, after a fire, an amazing view of the sea opened from the cottage. In general, a must see. It's worth a look once. As I said at the beginning, it is not necessary to pay, you can climb past the rest house and join an organized group.

A place of worship. Stalin's favorite summer cottage by the sea. Unfortunately, three quarters of the square, the second floor and the guest house are closed. Traditional asceticism - if you were at one of Stalin's dachas, you were at all.

I really liked the guide, a young guy, I don't remember what his name is) knows the history of not only the object where he conducted the tour, but also knows a lot about Stalin in general. He easily and naturally supported the conversation about the role of Stalin in history as a whole. I didn't look at my watch, didn't push anyone and generally left only positive impressions. Thanks for the tour.

An atmospheric place, we came to the cottage with an excursion that can be purchased right at the entrance! I must say right away that if you just watch it, it's not interesting at all, so it's better to pay a little extra and hear the story about Stalin, it's much more interesting even for children! The photo spots are amazing here, how much air, textures I'm telling you as a photographer😉

The place is historical and interesting, if you have the opportunity to visit it, you need to see and feel the atmosphere of that time and the life of an important person in our history. However, we came across a very biased guide, I love history myself and read a lot, so I'm afraid to draw axiomatic conclusions, since there are no 100% sources. Our guide is confident in everything she has read, but she has read and remembered what confirms her view. It kind of repels me. Once again, we walked around the cottage with great interest (without a guide), of course, it would not hurt to reconstruct the guest buildings and the territory as a whole, but the sensations are still vivid

A wonderful place, but there is a nuance, it is not maintained by the local authorities in proper condition, the fountain does not work, the cinema and billiard room are abandoned, most of them are looted, many rooms are closed, the hotel was made on the second floor and rented out daily. But nature and the place itself are on a firm footing!!!
