It is bigger, more solid and stricter than the Sochi dacha in Khost. We visited both cottages and liked both of them. It is better to drive your own car, it is very difficult on foot, the road is long and there is a big climb. The entrance is through the entrance of the sanatorium Solnechny. If you go on your own, it is better from 11 to 16:00, when there are sightseeing buses. The road is narrow, it is difficult to separate. And there will be fewer people at this time. Entrance is 250 rubles per person, children are free (we have a child of 5 years old, I also went and watched everything, it was interesting). For the guide, 300 rubles per group (there were 10 of us, 2-3 more families joined us, they took 300 from all). They tell interesting stories, there is something to see, questions are also answered. The only thing I didn't like was that the guide at the last point, having not answered all the questions, wanted to constantly run away from us to collect money from other companies. Then you have free time-walk around the territory as much as you want.

Sochi is more interesting. But there are no mannequins here, as if you just came to visit. And if the atmosphere in Sochi is quite disturbing, then it is somehow calm here. Probably because there is no visible evidence that this is Stalin's dacha. We were without an excursion. 30 minutes of leisurely inspection. The excursion is certainly more interesting, but the child (who is very interested in Stalin) does not like them. We took a taxi because we didn't want to go up the mountain in the heat.
