It was not possible to get an on-site tour, so I had to join the group. The cottage itself is quite modest, but the finishing materials are expensive and rich. The staff is friendly, the location is not very convenient, it is difficult to walk, we drove a car with parking problems a little cramped on the serpentine.)))

Everything is fine, I always wanted to visit here because Stalin was at this dacha more than at others.

We were greeted very coldly, we were the first visitors that day, after us there was a group with a buffet, they were more interested in them and literally escorted us out

I really liked it. The only thing is, if you go on an excursion, then there is little time to wander around, see everything horsho, take a photo is enough.

I recommend visiting this object, it is better to take an excursion. The guys are great at telling and showing everything. Then they are allowed to walk freely around the territory and inspect it on their own

Stalin as an advertisement. It's just some kind of splint business. All these fake NKVD officers, etc. For the needs of the stereotypes of the public.Excursions cannot be filmed, there is some valuable information there. He was laughing.

A strong place! When you know the biographical facts and at least a little bit of the history of that time, complemented by the excellent presentation of the guide, it seems that you visited that era and even sat at the table with Koba! The age of the house certainly takes its toll. But most of the materials are still intact. That's what it means to do for the leader of the people!

Previously, we were at the Ritz Lake cottage. It's about the same. For a change, you can visit. The sea view is beautiful.

The most interesting thing is after the sign "The passage is closed". An impressive place with a whiff of history. There are no guides and overseers, you can wander around in peace.

We drove to the cottage by self-propelled vehicle, without an excursion on the day of departure. Therefore, they could not wait for a new one and went for a walk on their own. It's a very impressive place. It is a pity that it was not possible to enter all the rooms. But we were also impressed by what we were able to visit. A large mirror with a curtain - 💣💣💣🔥🔥🔥. The view from the terrace is simply incredible. If possible, I recommend you to visit. The serpentine to the cottage is a separate impression, as the bus goes down backwards there, it's something 🤔

80 percent of all premises are closed to the public. Everything is in decline...fortunately, the dust is wiped and the floors are washed. They are proud of the fact that they do nothing (they do not glue off the tile, the faucet is leaking and to hell with it, etc.) it is a waste of time and money. I strongly advise against it!!!!

It is definitely worth visiting this Stalinist cottage. I advise you to walk the entire route (you can shorten the path and take the elevator to the pension "Solnechny"). The nature around is amazing, the views are amazing! The territory of the cottage is well maintained, entrance is paid (+ a guide for an additional fee)

A gorgeous and picturesque place! The nature is amazing!A rare spirit remained inside the cottage itself. The stay of tourists on the territory of the cottage, in neighboring buildings with the conditions of the last century, was a little confused. And in general, nature, clean air and stunning views of Lake Ritsa. Of course, we did not visit all the cottages, but we visited two. The interior is similar, the nature and surroundings are fascinating!

The cottage is quite modest by today's standards. But the place where it was built is impressive. And it was built almost with bare hands.

it's very beautiful, of course, but there is no feeling that Stalin was there, as if the cottage was built as a museum and that's it, there was boxwood on the territory, which stinks. special thanks to the guide, very cool

It is a must to visit! No wonder Stalin built a cottage here. The view is stunning. Very beautiful. Inside is Stalin's traditional summer cottage. Wood, small beds, bathrooms, everything is ascetic. And the territory... Delight!

Of course, you need to visit here. This cottage in Abkhazia is more interesting than in Sochi. Because it has not been rebuilt and has retained most of the interiors since Stalin's time. It is bigger, more solid and stricter than the Sochi dacha in Khost. We visited both cottages and liked both of them. They have a different atmosphere, they feel different despite the external similarity and similarity of the approach to interior design. Therefore, I recommend viewing both cottages.

The cottage is in a neglected state, with such entrance prices, it was possible to make at least a small repair. The window frames were especially unpleasantly surprised, they are rotten and it is noticeable.

This is Stalin's favorite dacha, he visited it more than 20 times. It is very interesting and informative. Be sure to take a guided tour. The views are simply gorgeous. It is better to drive your own car, it is very difficult on foot, the road is long and there is a big climb. The entrance is through the entrance of the sanatorium Solnechny. By the way, Stalin was not at the dacha in New Athos, where all excursions are taken, more than once, and it was not preserved, but completely restored.

We came for a walk there, but got on an excursion. The guide told about interesting facts from Stalin's life in a very fascinating way, with humor and riddles. Even my 15-year-old daughter, very far from the history and times of Stalin, liked the tour)

If you go on your own, it is better from 11 to 16:00, when there are sightseeing buses. The road is narrow, it is difficult to separate. And there will be fewer people at this time. Entrance is 250 rubles per person, children are free (we have a child of 5 years old, I also went and watched everything, it was interesting). For the guide, 300 rubles per group (there were 10 of us, 2-3 more families joined us, they took 300 from all). They tell interesting stories, there is something to see, questions are also answered. The only thing I didn't like was that the guide at the last point, having not answered all the questions, wanted to constantly run away from us to collect money from other companies. Then you have free time-walk around the territory as much as you want.

We really like to visit such places. Although we read somewhere that Comrade Stalin never came to this cottage. The views from the height are very steep, the road to the cottage is of course a little frightening, since there are no fences on the serpentine in some places and the road is in terrible condition... the sea below is turquoise and having descended, of course, we managed to swim in it. In general, we are very pleased with the visit) thank you

What can I say? The house where fateful decisions were most likely made. The atmosphere is appropriate. But the decoration is simple. And the nature around you is just rocking. It's a pity, the underground passage has been mothballed for a long time((

I really liked it. Cottage in the mountains. We spent 30 minutes on the climb. Beautiful nature. At the foot of the sanatorium "Sunny", part of the way to the cottage can be reached by elevator. The ticket costs 250rubles per adult plus 300rubles for the tour (optional). It's worth a visit, you won't regret it.

We were on an excursion in July 2023. An interesting place, it has preserved the spirit of that time and the energy of the person who lived there. Stalin is an ambiguous, special person. We learned a lot of interesting facts about his life here from the guide's story. The place itself is very beautiful. Stalin often visited this cottage. You will definitely need to go to Abkhazia if you are interested in historical places, the tour is time-consuming, but informative.

Sochi is more interesting. But there are no mannequins here, as if you just came to visit. And if the atmosphere in Sochi is quite disturbing, then it is somehow calm here. Probably because there is no visible evidence that this is Stalin's dacha. We were without an excursion. 30 minutes of leisurely inspection. The excursion is certainly more interesting, but the child (who is very interested in Stalin) does not like them. We took a taxi because we didn't want to go up the mountain in the heat.
