Здравствуйте мои друзья,
Для главы того времени эта дача по тем меркам скажу честно даже очень была современная и очень удобная, есть лифт к морю,выкрашена в зелёный цвет чтобы небыло заметно с воздуха, в нутри здания отделка из редких пород дерева, немецкие трофеи для ванной комнаты туалет ванна умывальник и все досих пор функционирует.
Отдель корпус для охраны, своя прачечная,кинозал,4 спальни в которых даже охрана не знала где будет спать вождь
Короче рекомендую хотя бы раз сюда приехать!!!

Very well preserved building and interiors. The sea view is simply gorgeous. Special thanks to the guide, tells involved. Of the minuses: the road to the dacha is very broken, there is no parking as such and it is clogged with sightseeing buses.

I love historical places. I dreamed of getting here and was not disappointed. Very nice view from above. The cottage itself is perfectly preserved (thanks to the staff of the complex for this). The tour was held on a positive basis under the interesting story of the guide.

80 percent of all premises are closed to the public. Everything is in decline...fortunately, the dust is wiped and the floors are washed. They are proud of the fact that they do nothing (they do not glue off the tile, the faucet is leaking and to hell with it, etc.) it is a waste of time and money. I strongly advise against it!!!!

Все замечательно , пешком идти туда не стоит ( мы на машине были ) , красивейшие виды , недорогие интересные экскурсии индивидуальные ( 300₽),да нет предметов обихода , только мебель , и гостевой дом закрыт , но через окна видно как там чисто и красиво

WiFi is available on site. The tour is only about the main house, part of the verandas of which and the 2nd floor are not shown. Down the steps, about 20 meters down, there is, as they say, a house for Stalin's daughter, which is closed. There are steep cliffs, towering pines and a wonderful view of the sea from a height.

К посещению рекомендую обязательно с гидом Олесей, очень интересно проводит экскурсию. По времени нет ограничений, после экскурсии можно походить по даче и территории. Шикарные локации для фото.

Проезжали мимо решили остановиться, место очень красивое и необычное, по тем временам здесь все продумано до мелочей, работали лучшие умы при создании этого места, удачно попали на экскурсию, ооочень интересная, не понравился экскурсовод, очень быстро рассказывал, хотелось бы чтоб больше души вкладывал в рассказ, место обязательно к посещению

Приезжали группой. Билет нам приобрел наш гид. До экскурсии можно полюбоваться видом с горы, на которой находится этот музей. Сделать фото на память. Экскурсовод очень интересно рассказал о том как строили дачу, а также о ее хозяине. Здание капитально не ремонтировали со времен постройки. А мебель в основном заменили, сохранив дух той эпохи.

Хорошо сохранилась. Интересная экскурсия, приятно посмотреть и узнать что-то новое из своей истории. Сейчас за ней присматривают и ремонтируют. Экскурсоводы болеют за своё дело. Осталось только отремонтировать санузел, дышать там невозможно 🤷♀️

Дача есть. Речка есть. Персонал есть. Сталина - нет. Полное разочарование. Это не музей, а просто добротный дом в красивом месте и великолепным видом. Экспозиция, если не считать дома, из которого показывают едва ли десятую часть, отсутствует. Ни одной фотографии, ни одной личной вещи. Ни одного документа. Рассказ экскурсовода представляет собой набор пошлых анекдотов-домыслов в стиле журнала "Огонек" времен В. Коротича.

На дачу шли пешком, из пансионата Багрипш. Дорога заняла не более 20 минут. Подъем был сложным, не для всех, для любителей. Мне было отлично, можно было насладиться видами ухоженной дороги. А воздух! На самой даче - запах нафталина и раритетной мебели, как у бабушки дома. Лучше ходить с экскурсией, рассказы очень интересные. Особо понравились окна из горного хрусталя, кто их видел, тот поймёт. Территория самой дачи, очень ухоженная, а воздух... Нигде больше нет такого воздуха- это сказка для лёгких. Каждый кто будет в Абхазии должен побывать на этой даче. Если еще раз будем там, обязательно посещу это место, только ради воздуха абхазских сосен в перемешку с морским.

Экскурсию на месте получить не удалось, пришлось примкнуть к группе. Дача сама по себе довольно скромная, но отделочные материалы дорогие богатые. Персонал приветливый, расположение не очень удобное, пешком идти сложно, ездили на машине с парковкой проблемы тесновато на серпантине.)))

Обязательно стоит посетить эту сталинскую дачу. Советую пройти весь маршрут пешком (можно сократить путь и подняться на лифте до пансионата "Солнечный"). Природа вокруг восхитительная, виды открываются изумительные! Территория дачи ухоженная, вход платный (+ экскурсовод за дополнительную плату)

Отдыхали в доме отдыха Солнечный рядом с дачей. Несколько раз были там. Интересные экскурсии, атмосферные интерьеры, потрясающий вид на море
