Only a small part is open to tourists. Most of them are inaccessible - only special guests are allowed on the second floor, and other buildings are apparently in poor condition and the entrance is closed. You definitely do not need to pay for the tour, the price is not justified, because there is nothing to see. Read about the cottage on the Internet, it's interesting. Pay for a regular entrance ticket, take a look around for general development, admire the views. Spend 30 minutes on everything. For some reason, I didn't take any photos from there, so I found some two;)

A wonderful, charming guide, David, tells a lot, is interesting, works with his soul. In March, it is cold in the country, there is no heating, the windows and doors are open for ventilation, and this is understandable, but dress warmly. The cottage is empty, there are almost no exhibits, except for the furniture. But the safety is better, there was no sanatorium, unlike the Sochi summer cottage. Even the security buttons have been preserved, all the windows are made of rock crystal. I recommend you to visit!

I went to the cottage on foot from the Bagripsh hotel, along the river, then a tunnel and an elevator, went up to the Sunny boarding house, and there via wifi - (without a password from them) I looked further and climbed higher - 1 km to the cottage still to go from Sunny. It probably took 30 minutes, I wasn't in a hurry, I looked around, I took pictures. I've already joined the group there - the guy told me interestingly, I don't regret visiting. 4 * only because not all the rooms can be visited there yet, and if at least restoration work is underway somewhere (as the guide said), which is good, but some parts of the cottage are simply littered with junk and abandoned. I hope they will get there before everything is completely lost.

This place was a wonderful discovery for me! There is a magnificent view of the sea, gorgeous nature, a sense of spaciousness and amazing energy. We went through the underground tunnel at the entrance to the pension "Solnechny" and took the elevator. You can climb the serpentine by car, but it's a long walk. The tunnel itself and the elevator are already attractions))

To visit Abkhazia and not visit one of Stalin's dachas is an unforgivable mistake !!! Stalin's cottage is located in a closed, protected area and is located on a mountain with a beautiful view of the Black Sea. Like all the many cottages of Joseph Vissarionovich, they are painted green (I think for camouflage). Valuable woods are used in the decoration of the cottage, which gives each room a separate personality. The cottage is thought out to the smallest detail, hides the necessary things as much as possible and allows you to spy on guests when they are not expected of you. There is no kitchen in the house! Food was never cooked in the country, it was brought here. A little lower down the slope there is a small house "guest house". This is the house where Stalin's daughter Svetlana Alliluyeva rested. There are several Stalinist dachas on the territory of Abkhazia. The most visited are near Lake Ritsa and in the village of Bagripsh (Cold River), about which I wrote my review. This is an interesting historical place that is very worth visiting, to find out how the chairman of the Council of People's Commissars rested, to look at his house and learn some secrets from life.

You can also go down the side of the house, there are also stunning views. In the house itself, some of the rooms are closed, but those that are available are enough for inspection.
