An interesting, historical place. Of course, you need to take a tour, you won't understand it yourself. Beautiful views.

We walked from Bagripsh to Solnechny chz. A walk in joy. We enjoyed nature and great views. Climbing the mountain. Stalin's dacha even interested us. Admission is 250 rubles.First we looked at it ourselves, then the guide suggested that we join the group, asking permission from those. With a guide, it's a completely different excursion. We learned a lot about Stalin, including that he does not tolerate the smells of cooking-therefore, there is no kitchen in his houses, that he did not swim in the sea-he spent hours in a thermos bath filled with seawater... We went down to the guest house of Svetlana's daughter. It's very interesting. Come and you won't regret it

A very interesting tour. I recommend you to visit . You will learn the history of construction, many different mysteries, and experience the mystical and terrible spirit of that time. It was Stalin's most visited dacha. While living in the Sunny Holiday Home, we witnessed how people endlessly go to this cottage and even walk along the road with a large slope .

You can get there without an excursion, on your own by minibus towards the cold river, then a small rise and you will come to the elevator in the mountain, at the boarding house. To the right of the boarding house there will be a road to Stalin's Dacha, there it will take about 10 minutes to walk. The entrance cost 300 rubles.

An interesting historical place. Unlike Stalin's cottage on Lake Ritsa, it is cozy, well-groomed, and pretty. Moreover, there is a magnificent view of the sea nearby

An absolutely amazing place. Entrance is paid, 250 rubles. per person. The cottage is very well preserved, it is a pity that not everything can be visited, only the first floor of the main building. A magnificent panorama of the sea! There are few people

We did not go to the cottage, which is on the Ritz, we were too lazy to go far. And this is a cottage literally 15 km from Gagra. There is a place to park the car, there are very few people, the house is open to the public. The ticket costs something in the region of 200 rubles, plus you can take a tour, about a thousand were paid for three. The views are very beautiful, the furniture in the house is all preserved in the original. But the tour deserves special attention. The girl is a professional in her field, completely in the subject, leads her story with humor and the smallest details, answers questions, is very friendly!!! We left in complete delight!

A beautiful and very interesting place. We got by car from the central road through the checkpoint (we took money for travel) up the serpentine past the abandoned huge sanatorium using the navigator. We ran into the green gates of the cottage itself. There were guards there, who, for a reasonable fee, let them see the territory, the cottage building itself, or rather the first floor. Other auxiliary buildings are closed for inspection. We had a short tour, but I would advise you to read it better first yourself, get acquainted with the facts. In general, the condition is good for inspection.

We went up from the highway on foot. It's hot, difficult,... but they overcame it. Tickets are inexpensive, we were very lucky with the guide, the girl spoke very clearly and clearly (and with humor) about the architect who designed the estate and about the rest of the leader and guests. Go, you won't regret it!

The cottage is certainly impressive, the interior smells of antiquity!!! The views are very beautiful at sunset from the balcony. It is noteworthy that Stalin painted all his dachas green! ! !

It would be incorrect to simply say Stalin's dacha. It is necessary to clarify each time which one and where, because there were five of them, which ones he did not visit at all. And this is the most frequently visited cottage in Gagra, the village of Bagripsh, a Cold river. (Stalin loved Abkhazia)) We climb the serpentine to the very top, past the Sunny boarding house, to the clouds, the bus barely fits right in with another bus side by side (to go back only backwards, that's another attraction). A plateau hollowed out by convicts in the rock, and a summer cottage was built by the military in 1932. Wood and crystal (all windows and mirrors inside are made of extra durable crystal), in noble green-brown camouflage tones, such an Empire style: simplicity and solid chic. Each room is decorated with different types of wood: Karelian birch, white beech, mahogany, walnut. Very simple interior, nothing superfluous, no paintings. Smell. Every tree/room smells different. Very interesting mirrors. In one thing, wherever you stand, you are reflected to the waist, without legs, and when you get closer, you see everyone in the room behind you. In the other, on the contrary, you are always reflected in full height. Such...the leader had a difficult relationship with mirrors) Well, the view from the terrace to the sea is fantastic! The entrance is 350 adults and something like 150 children. Summer 2022

Immediately after crossing the border, we went to Stalin's Dacha on the Cold River. To build it, military builders dug down part of the mountain. The cottage is painted green for the purpose of camouflage. The interior is decorated with valuable woods. We got a tour guide who did everything so that we could imagine the situation in the house when Stalin was here. For example, in the reception hall, when the doors were closed, the handles were taken out of them and it was impossible to figure out where the exit was, since all the panels looked the same, the windows were closed and negotiations were conducted in the semi-darkness. It is known that Stalin was of low stature, respectively, and the beds in his bedroom were also small. From the platform in front of the cottage there was a beautiful view of the sunrise. It's worth stopping by and taking a look.

We stopped at the cottage as part of an excursion. It is very interesting to visit for general development. But it is better if the guide (local) tells you. The cottage is small, with a characteristic interior. It will take 15-30 minutes. I recommend you to visit. Especially for those who are interested in the history of the USSR.

A very interesting tour. We walked. First by elevator to the village of Solnechny, then past Solnechny from the end of the building up the stairs to the road. Then up again to the next road, which leads to the left to the cottage 300-400 meters.

Nothing is ordinary, the same as a lot of Stalin's dachas, Abkhazians are lazy, there is not even a clean toilet, even a grandmother guide lives in this house (who took her clothes and went to sleep on the top floor)

We were here in July 2022. We were very lucky to have a guide. A young guy with a sense of humor, wearing a "The best Guide" T-shirt, talked so interestingly that he did not want to leave. Even the children listened to him with pleasure. This is Stalin's most frequently visited dacha! Come here first!

An interesting place imbued with the spirit of antiquity. It is a pity that it is not well maintained enough. The walking path leading to the sea after a hundred meters is lost in the thickets. The upper floors are reserved for 'special' guests and are not accessible for excursions, as are two separate wings on the territory.
