But we came for it ourselves)), i.e. pickup. If we had come to buy it without pre-order, we would have bought it for 205 rubles. pickup, and with the promised 15% discount on pre-order, we got 195 rubles. That is, in fact, the discount is 5%, not 15%. I don't mind the money, it's unpleasant that they mislead and try to make money on deception or lack of transparency of calculations.

I ordered seedlings of 3 plants. Delivery - in Moscow (by courier service SDEK). The store sent my plants for delivery on 10.07 in the morning (a track number appeared in the personal account of SDEK), I paid for everything.
The third day has gone, there is still no delivery. I got through to the SDEC operators to find out where my order is. It was said that he would be delivered to the pick-up point by lunch today and it is not a fact that a courier will be appointed for today. When ordering, I noted that delivery is only relevant on weekdays, i.e. the order will be received on Monday. It's scary to imagine what will happen there. I reissued the order so that I could pick it up from the pick-up point myself.

I didn't like them, but I really needed to plant these plants for a hedge and decided. However, for 19.90 rubles for such a seedling, it was very expensive, but I decided to buy it, okay. The order was placed in May. From SMS about sending to receiving - 2 days. I open the box, and there are barely alive, withered plants, since the soil in the pots is tightly dry. It will definitely not dry out in 2 days.
Almost all plants have a mildew coating to one degree or another.
Next, point by point.
1. Hydrangea, the site promises planting material 15-20cm, sends babies - 9cm. It doesn't seem to be a problem, but it's a direct mismatch of the product.
2. Most of all, I was waiting for two barberries in the order and both of them are in the most terrible condition.
3. Tulip bulbs, like those of other users, are eaten by mold.
4. Broom is a plant without leaves. I am buying this plant for the first time and I am guided by the photos of the representatives of the valley gardens, where the planting material looks completely different in their hands.
5. Willow caradoc. Probably, this is my personal perception, but I did not like the fact that the tree, which is usually grown with one tall trunk, has already been pinched many times and is now strongly branched already at a height of 15 cm.
I have written a claim, I am waiting for an answer.
I note that offering money for 5-star reviews is, of course, good, but isn't it better to immediately send good planting material and receive reviews for free?
After all, you have perfectly managed to deliver tall lilies already growing in pots - they definitely have 5 stars for them. Jasmine, forsythia is in excellent condition. As well as excellent live, large junipers.

But last year I ordered a Camellia seedling for a trial. The plant itself is not easy to care for, But there is delivery, and even by mail... But all fears turned out to be in vain: the seedling is wonderfully packed, in a pot with a moist substrate, not a single lost leaf, everything is clean and tidy. I transplanted it. 09/27/2023 after placing the order (two apple trees and a pear), the delivery method and the time of dispatch were agreed by phone with the manager. At the same time, the manager promised to make a note urgently, since the trees were supposed to be a birthday gift.
A week later, on 03.10, without waiting for the track to send the goods, I called the store. After finding out, it turned out that my order was safely marked urgent in the warehouse. And the warehouse does not send, because there are no apple trees.
It turns out that the store:
— does not have information about the availability of goods,
— does not control the execution of accepted orders,
— has no connection with the warehouse. The warehouse has its own wedding.
If you don't have a product in stock, don't you really need to warn the customer about this? Would I have to wait for these trees before the frosts? Or until spring?
The order was canceled, there is no gift, the mood is spoiled.
