We went from St. Petersburg to Minsk on 06/20/2024, 21-15. We bought the tickets, it's convenient. That was the end of all the good things. 1 passenger was late and we waited for him for 20 minutes when leaving St. Petersburg. The drivers let the passengers out through 1 door in the middle of the bus. The TV has already been asked to turn off around one o'clock in the morning. The radio was on all night (this is probably to keep drivers awake, as well as passengers). We stopped at a gas station (paid toilet only). In the morning, the next sanitary stop - the toilets were not working. We searched for a gas station for more than an hour. As a result, we were almost an hour late to Minsk. All the morning minibuses are gone. I had to take a taxi to the sanatorium (more expensive than the cost of a ticket from St. Petersburg to Minsk)- 50 km. Something like that.

The bus arrived. They put everyone in jail. We drove back and forth through the bus station for 30 minutes and dropped them off, saying that the bus had broken down. They told me to wait for another bus. So we sit here for 2 hours with the whole bus at the station, waiting for some kind of phantom bus. There is no information. No one at the station knows about anything, the carrier company does the same, they say they have no information.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE EVER TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY. NERVES ARE MORE EXPENSIVE!!!
Upd. 2 years have passed, but the situation does not go out of memory. You replied that the bus had been replaced. This is not true in its purest form. The bus arrived the same after repairs with the same drivers. Only after 5 hours of waiting without the slightest information.
It's clear that you can't do without breakdowns here, but at least there should be some minimal control. But any information should be brought to people, besides "WAIT!!!"
To wait for what? When? No information.

The bus is new and comfortable - this is a big plus, but we are going again and the seating changes, which is very upsetting. We choose our places for a reason, guided by our preferences, it is worth solving this problem. Among the disadvantages, I would like to mention the drivers. More precisely, one of them, constant sharp braking, such that it threw forward, and considering that we were driving at night, we couldn't even take a normal nap, everything was too abrupt. And also the air conditioner at night, I do not dispute that it was great to drive during the day, but how cold it was in the cabin at night (and they convinced me that this was normal and it was 25 degrees there (the temperature on the scoreboard was not 25 degrees far away), we caught a cold so amicably, even though we dressed warmer. In the end, they were also an hour late, which was not good at all. We were returning to Minsk with another carrier, so there is something to compare it with, not in favor of intercars. Let's hope that Intercars will work on the quality of services provided.

On August 27, I went to Prague. The bus was replaced with a Chinese one, it's cramped, the outlets don't work. On September 4, I'm going from Prague to Minsk. This time, at the ticket offices in Minsk, I booked a ticket, but after an hour I changed my mind and returned to the ticket offices to book a ticket for another day. When the police arrived, the cashier could not clearly explain her claim to me, and the police took care of another client, who at the SAME TIME was swearing at a nearby cash register because he had been cheated out of money with a ticket to Moscow. All reviews are wrapped up and written in one carbon copy template. The bus has been delayed for 1.5 hours AND THEY DON'T SAY WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE. The delay was not notified in any way.
