We went from St. Petersburg to Minsk on 06/20/2024, 21-15. We bought the tickets, it's convenient. That was the end of all the good things. 1 passenger was late and we waited for him for 20 minutes when leaving St. Petersburg. The drivers let the passengers out through 1 door in the middle of the bus. The TV has already been asked to turn off around one o'clock in the morning. The radio was on all night (this is probably to keep drivers awake, as well as passengers). We stopped at a gas station (paid toilet only). In the morning, the next sanitary stop - the toilets were not working. We searched for a gas station for more than an hour. As a result, we were almost an hour late to Minsk. All the morning minibuses are gone. I had to take a taxi to the sanatorium (more expensive than the cost of a ticket from St. Petersburg to Minsk)- 50 km. Something like that.

So far, I don't know how to get comfortable in the cabin, but everything is obviously bad with the service. The bus arrived. They put everyone in jail. We drove back and forth through the bus station for 30 minutes and dropped them off, saying that the bus had broken down. They told me to wait for another bus. So we sit here for 2 hours with the whole bus at the station, waiting for some kind of phantom bus. There is no information. No one at the station knows about anything, the carrier company does the same, they say they have no information. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE EVER TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY. NERVES ARE MORE EXPENSIVE!!! Upd. 2 years have passed, but the situation does not go out of memory. You replied that the bus had been replaced. This is not true in its purest form. The bus arrived the same after repairs with the same drivers. Only after 5 hours of waiting without the slightest information. It's clear that you can't do without breakdowns here, but at least there should be some minimal control. But any information should be brought to people, besides "WAIT!!!" To wait for what? When? No information.

We went to St. Petersburg on August 16, and left contradictory impressions. The bus is new and comfortable - this is a big plus, but we are going again and the seating changes, which is very upsetting. We choose our places for a reason, guided by our preferences, it is worth solving this problem. Among the disadvantages, I would like to mention the drivers. More precisely, one of them, constant sharp braking, such that it threw forward, and considering that we were driving at night, we couldn't even take a normal nap, everything was too abrupt. And also the air conditioner at night, I do not dispute that it was great to drive during the day, but how cold it was in the cabin at night (and they convinced me that this was normal and it was 25 degrees there (the temperature on the scoreboard was not 25 degrees far away), we caught a cold so amicably, even though we dressed warmer. In the end, they were also an hour late, which was not good at all. We were returning to Minsk with another carrier, so there is something to compare it with, not in favor of intercars. Let's hope that Intercars will work on the quality of services provided.

I must say right away, there are no complaints about the operators at the checkout! Attentive, polite, ready to answer any question and help. The carrier is another matter. On August 27, I went to Prague. The bus was replaced with a Chinese one, it's cramped, the outlets don't work. On September 4, I'm going from Prague to Minsk. The law of meanness, the bus with the same numbers. Only the drivers are different. One of them is rude. The few words he uttered to the spot would have been in the zone, that was the tone of it. I booked the ticket back in Minsk. They said that the payment is made on the bus. I paid in Prague, but there was no question of a ticket at all. I really didn't want to spoil my mood and find out if it was necessary or if it was an additional salary for the driver. The only thing that pleased me was that we passed the border quickly!

Do not use Intercars services if you do not want to deal with the police. I went to Warsaw with this company, repeatedly, from the comfort of a chair, but OK, you can be patient. I almost always booked a ticket with an indication of the place, and later, before the trip, I bought it at the ticket office. This time, at the ticket offices in Minsk, I booked a ticket, but after an hour I changed my mind and returned to the ticket offices to book a ticket for another day. What was my surprise when the girl at the ticket office said that it was impossible to book a ticket for a specific place. Let me remind you, I did it exactly an hour before the second visit. I started to find out what had changed in an hour, the girl didn't like my tone, and she PRESSED THE ALARM BUTTON!!! In front of my eyes, I don't know what reaction she expected, I was left waiting for an explanation. When the police arrived, the cashier could not clearly explain her claim to me, and the police took care of another client, who at the SAME TIME was swearing at a nearby cash register because he had been cheated out of money with a ticket to Moscow. I went with the police to write an application for Intercars fraud. I didn't get a ticket, by the way. Shame on you! Avoid this circus!

Both times there were sanitary stops, the drivers announced them, as well as the time and what and where to use it. We had passengers from different countries, and everyone was given clear answers to their questions. The drivers worked for 5+ on a five-point system. I sincerely thank them.

I had to take tickets back early, so they cost 100 rubles more (for two), and the best thing is that I ordered and booked seats on a big bus, and as a result we were thrown into a round-the-world cockfighting from vitexpress from St. Petersburg to Vitebsk, then to Orsha, then to Mogilev, then us in general for some reason, they were transferred to another minibus and only then sent to Minsk. I do not dispute that the service was rendered correctly, we arrived on time, but we hid that we were traveling by minibus instead of a bus, and a full cycle of night crossings through the cities of Belarus with stops every 2 hours is such a quest (you will not fall asleep).

On the website, in the flight data, there is a stop in the city of Borisov, if you take a ticket to the final stop "Minsk", then the ticket for the date 03.12.2024 costs 1550 rubles, but in order for the bus to stop in Borisov (the city that the bus has registered in the stops), you need to pay 2000 rubles. Excellent pricing policy, taking into account the fact that 1) it is less kilometers to Borisov than to Minsk and 2) that the Borisov stop point is indicated on this route, but the bus cannot stop there just like that. All reviews are wrapped up and written in one carbon copy template. The bus has been delayed for 1.5 hours AND THEY DON'T SAY WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE. The delay was not notified in any way. When trying to get through, they pick up the phone, but remain silent in order to pretend to the authorities that they are processing calls. They've been calling from different numbers for 2 hours, they just answer and turn off the microphone right away. After 22:00, they stopped taking the phone in principle. It is not known when the bus will arrive, they are sent to Intercars at the bus station to find out, but how do you find out if they ignore it, but they did not give new information in any way? We are sitting at the train station, completely abandoned, not knowing when the bus will arrive, or if it will arrive at all. I wish every employee to ride their own buses every day and solve problems with their colleagues, because this situation is a humiliation of human dignity, also for my money.

flight Moscow-Anapa 04.08 at 14:30 departure from Bitsa bus station it all started with the fact that the cashier began to put passengers on the bus not by tickets, but by some kind of internal piece of paper. that is, the selected places through the Tutu website.other people took over the steering wheel, and we got in a completely different row with broken backs (they didn't lean back). there are no chargers on the bus, the driver did not allow everyone to charge at home, and at the end of the trip he naturally yelled for asking to recharge the phone. stops are extremely rare, once every 4-6 hours at the most terrible points. the driver intentionally drove through normal gas stations and stopped only after several requests in places where the restroom is just a paid hole in the floor. When asked to stop, he said, "keep all your stuff home" and "you should drink less beer." Also, the driver swore obscenities at other road users and passengers throughout the trip!!! at the stop after Krasnodar, I left three passengers, seeing perfectly well that they were in line for the restroom!!! when the woman ran after the bus and started knocking on the door, he called her an old bitch and told her to knock on her head. is this a normal attitude towards your customers, I would like to ask the company? the stated time of arrival in Anapa is at 13:00. in fact, we arrived at 18:15, and there were no traffic jams to Krasnodar at all I am really looking forward to feedback from the company's representatives.
