Very attentive and understanding drivers, tactful and responsive people who are ready to help with luggage and seating.
The long journey turned out to be very comfortable due to many things: careful driving, timely san.stops, clean and warm interior, serviceable seats, availability of communication (Wi-Fi).
The time stated in the tickets was clearly maintained along the entire route!

Four and a half stars, how is that? Yandex, why don't your reviews match the reviews on the IP BayerTrans carrier website? So, the flight Minsk-Prague departs on 10/25/2024. Bus number 8066. The drivers refused to introduce themselves. The situation is that the Auchan store in Katowice, Poland, was stopped for five minutes. The queue at the checkout, I approached one of the drivers with the question whether it was possible to stay, to which I received an affirmative answer literally - "let's wait for everyone"! And that's it, these are five people who traveled to Prague. After 3-4 minutes, leaving the store, I saw only the back of the departing bus! I will not describe the difficulties of solving the situation without a phone operating in Poland and the availability of the necessary amount in crowns for a taxi. The reaction of the driver was amazing when I finally caught up with them. He responded to my claims with the malicious smile of a man who was absolutely sure of his impunity! And when I asked his last name, he even threatened to drop him off the bus! The level of lawlessness and piggish attitude towards passengers is off the scale not only due to the connivance of the IP BayerTtans management towards the situation, but also the regulatory authorities of the Ministry of Transport and the police, allowing drivers to charge forty euros per person who has already bought a ticket to Warsaw for transferring from the rear buses to those that stand directly in front of the entrance to the checkpoint. No wonder that before such a violation as not to wait for a person, no one will care at all! "...according to the rules, the stop is five minutes and the driver is not responsible!" Is it okay that a minute ago, the same driver promised that he would wait??? Not bothering to count five people (there are witnesses from among the passengers who confirmed that no one counted how many people were in the cabin before departure), this is the most accurate adherence to such transportation rules.
I would like our law enforcement agencies to pay attention to the lawlessness that is happening in the Intercars company and the IP BayerTrans carrier company and take appropriate measures!

We traveled the routes Minsk Warsaw at 21.30 and Warsaw Minsk at 21.00. Both times we bought tickets in advance on the website, everything was without problems, we also made a refund for the ticket, everything is also OK according to the terms of processing the request and refund. Both times the buses were from fleet #5. I am writing a review mainly because of them. There was Wi-Fi, phone charging, air conditioning, back air conditioning, charging from the driver, the seats were uncomfortable. Buses for 3+. But there were excellent drivers there and back, who arrived at the landing in advance and left exactly on time. Both times there were sanitary stops, the drivers announced them, as well as the time and what and where to use it. We had passengers from different countries, and everyone was given clear answers to their questions. The drivers worked for 5+ on a five-point system. I sincerely thank them.

I was traveling from Intercars from Minsk to St. Petersburg on July 30 on a comfortable bus, the trip was excellent. I had to take tickets back early, so they cost 100 rubles more (for two), and the best thing is that I ordered and booked seats on a big bus, and as a result we were thrown into a round-the-world cockfighting from vitexpress from St. Petersburg to Vitebsk, then to Orsha, then to Mogilev, then us in general for some reason, they were transferred to another minibus and only then sent to Minsk. I do not dispute that the service was rendered correctly, we arrived on time, but we hid that we were traveling by minibus instead of a bus, and a full cycle of night crossings through the cities of Belarus with stops every 2 hours is such a quest (you will not fall asleep).

I constantly travel by buses of this company Minsk-Moscow. There have never been any incidents during many trips. We always arrive on time, and sometimes even in advance. The buses are comfortable and clean. The chairs are comfortable, and each chair has Wi-Fi and USB outputs for charging the phone. In winter, the stove works and it's not cold to drive, in summer, the air conditioner can be turned on or off at each place. The time of stops is enough to walk, buy something at the gas station and have a snack. Driving is always careful. Support always responds quickly and helps with all questions.

We were traveling on the night of 06/02/24. from Minsk to Moscow, after 150 km the bus broke down.When driving, terrible sounds and smoke began in the cabin.The driver had difficulty , but chose a safe parking spot.
And then they didn't let us out until people started panicking.
The drivers did not officially say about the breakdown or about the further actions.
Were you completely unaware of what to do?!? How to get there by yourself because you didn't know what time and when the bus would be?
After 3.5 hours, another bus still arrived, but the drivers also did not report anything.They ran away and hid from the passengers.I think that drivers are obliged to report such things!
There are no claims to the company, because we found a replacement and we got there, albeit with a delay!

it all started with the fact that the cashier began to put passengers on the bus not by tickets, but by some kind of internal piece of paper. that is, the selected places through the Tutu website.other people took over the steering wheel, and we got in a completely different row with broken backs (they didn't lean back). there are no chargers on the bus, the driver did not allow everyone to charge at home, and at the end of the trip he naturally yelled for asking to recharge the phone. stops are extremely rare, once every 4-6 hours at the most terrible points. the driver intentionally drove through normal gas stations and stopped only after several requests in places where the restroom is just a paid hole in the floor. When asked to stop, he said, "keep all your stuff home" and "you should drink less beer." Also, the driver swore obscenities at other road users and passengers throughout the trip!!! at the stop after Krasnodar, I left three passengers, seeing perfectly well that they were in line for the restroom!!! when the woman ran after the bus and started knocking on the door, he called her an old bitch and told her to knock on her head. is this a normal attitude towards your customers, I would like to ask the company?

We always went to Warsaw and back with Intercars, and everything was always great, but the last time left a complete disappointment. 08/16/2024 flight Minsk-Warsaw (9:40) bus number VA 0333-5. We came across terrible drivers, they responded rudely to all requests from passengers, did not get into the situation in any way, angry, cursed in front of everyone. It's a shock to me. A convincing request to the managers, look who you hire for the flight, this is your reputation, it is very easy and fast to destroy it with such personnel. In the 30-degree heat, we stood for 17 hours at the border without air conditioning. It was impossible to be on the bus. Even when asked to pay extra for gasoline, just to turn on the air conditioner, the drivers did not agree, citing savings. Before entering the border, the drivers detained us by trying to sell more tickets to those who wanted to join us, since we were almost the first to enter. We were overtaken by other buses, and we just waited until our bus was packed with their pockets. I tried to contact the managers of Intercars, explained the problem, to which they simply told me "We will pass the information to the management." As you know, this did not help, the usual unsubscription.
