We bought tickets at the very beginning of the bus (1st and 2nd) when traveling Minsk - Krakow and Warsaw - Minsk. It turns out that the very first seats (on both sides) are occupied by drivers, as a result, there are seats in front of us, and the compartments for small luggage are closed from above, and are used by the same drivers. As a result, I have my jackets and small items with me all the way. In general, the seats are not comfortable and the distance between them is small.

We went from St. Petersburg to Minsk on 06/20/2024, 21-15. We bought the tickets, it's convenient. That was the end of all the good things. 1 passenger was late and we waited for him for 20 minutes when leaving St. Petersburg. The drivers let the passengers out through 1 door in the middle of the bus. The TV has already been asked to turn off around one o'clock in the morning. The radio was on all night (this is probably to keep drivers awake, as well as passengers). We stopped at a gas station (paid toilet only). In the morning, the next sanitary stop - the toilets were not working. We searched for a gas station for more than an hour. As a result, we were almost an hour late to Minsk. All the morning minibuses are gone. I had to take a taxi to the sanatorium (more expensive than the cost of a ticket from St. Petersburg to Minsk)- 50 km. Something like that.

We went to China in the summer, we had to urgently get to Moscow and back, we chose the intercars carrier, since it was possible to quickly buy a ticket in the office and easily get through to the operator to find out information. We went to St. Petersburg on August 16, and left contradictory impressions. The bus is new and comfortable - this is a big plus, but we are going again and the seating changes, which is very upsetting. We choose our places for a reason, guided by our preferences, it is worth solving this problem. Among the disadvantages, I would like to mention the drivers. More precisely, one of them, constant sharp braking, such that it threw forward, and considering that we were driving at night, we couldn't even take a normal nap, everything was too abrupt. And also the air conditioner at night, I do not dispute that it was great to drive during the day, but how cold it was in the cabin at night (and they convinced me that this was normal and it was 25 degrees there (the temperature on the scoreboard was not 25 degrees far away), we caught a cold so amicably, even though we dressed warmer. In the end, they were also an hour late, which was not good at all. We were returning to Minsk with another carrier, so there is something to compare it with, not in favor of intercars. Let's hope that Intercars will work on the quality of services provided.

I must say right away, there are no complaints about the operators at the checkout! Attentive, polite, ready to answer any question and help. The carrier is another matter. On August 27, I went to Prague. The bus was replaced with a Chinese one, it's cramped, the outlets don't work. On September 4, I'm going from Prague to Minsk. The law of meanness, the bus with the same numbers. Only the drivers are different. One of them is rude. The few words he uttered to the spot would have been in the zone, that was the tone of it. I booked the ticket back in Minsk. They said that the payment is made on the bus. I paid in Prague, but there was no question of a ticket at all. I really didn't want to spoil my mood and find out if it was necessary or if it was an additional salary for the driver. The only thing that pleased me was that we passed the border quickly!

It's not the first year I've been using Intercars services. They always have budget prices and there are also promotions. The drivers are very punctual and attentive. The buses are comfortable, the Internet is working, which is very pleasing. Unfortunately, not all buses are equipped with USB sockets, but hopefully this can be fixed. Although there is no toilet on buses, but drivers stop quite often and therefore there are no problems. In general, I recommend this company, they have the perfect combination of price and quality

So far, I don't know how to get comfortable in the cabin, but everything is obviously bad with the service.
The bus arrived. They put everyone in jail. We drove back and forth through the bus station for 30 minutes and dropped them off, saying that the bus had broken down. They told me to wait for another bus. So we sit here for 2 hours with the whole bus at the station, waiting for some kind of phantom bus. There is no information. No one at the station knows about anything, the carrier company does the same, they say they have no information.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE EVER TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY. NERVES ARE MORE EXPENSIVE!!!
Upd. 2 years have passed, but the situation does not go out of memory. You replied that the bus had been replaced. This is not true in its purest form. The bus arrived the same after repairs with the same drivers. Only after 5 hours of waiting without the slightest information.
It's clear that you can't do without breakdowns here, but at least there should be some minimal control. But any information should be brought to people, besides "WAIT!!!"
To wait for what? When? No information.

I use the services of this company systematically, in the direction of Warsaw, Prague, Moscow. Everything is fine, the drivers are cool, attentive. For all questions - no questions, BUT! Is it some kind of complicated story to provide passengers with working sockets and in the direction of Moscow at all with them? "That's what the bus was given" the answer. In the Minsk-Moscow direction, this is generally a lottery, you'll be lucky if there is one at all, although it is indicated everywhere. Is it possible to stand at the border for days in the direction of Europe, and charge the phone only from the driver for all 40 passengers? 16.6 Prague Minsk, there are sockets - but the usb inputs are absolutely broken, I found only 2 in the whole bus, while the seats were free, I was lucky to change and use them. This is not normal, the attitude is not caring. This is not even a comfort point, but a necessity!

I have been regularly traveling to Minsk, Moscow, and St. Petersburg on Intercars buses for 7-8 years now. It should be noted that the departure of buses is clearly on schedule, arrival without delay, or even ahead of schedule by 30-40 minutes. The bus cabin is always clean, the drivers are polite and tidy, 2-3 stops for 10-15 minutes are announced along the route - this is quite enough to go to the toilet, have a snack in a cafe or just stretch your legs. Special thanks for the comfortable folding and sliding seats, you can take a nap and even sleep. There is a Wi-Fi and a phone charging socket in the bus cabin. I am very, very satisfied with everything, I recommend using the services of this bus company!

Do not use Intercars services if you do not want to deal with the police.
I went to Warsaw with this company, repeatedly, from the comfort of a chair, but OK, you can be patient. I almost always booked a ticket with an indication of the place, and later, before the trip, I bought it at the ticket office.
This time, at the ticket offices in Minsk, I booked a ticket, but after an hour I changed my mind and returned to the ticket offices to book a ticket for another day. What was my surprise when the girl at the ticket office said that it was impossible to book a ticket for a specific place. Let me remind you, I did it exactly an hour before the second visit. I started to find out what had changed in an hour, the girl didn't like my tone, and she PRESSED THE ALARM BUTTON!!! In front of my eyes, I don't know what reaction she expected, I was left waiting for an explanation. When the police arrived, the cashier could not clearly explain her claim to me, and the police took care of another client, who at the SAME TIME was swearing at a nearby cash register because he had been cheated out of money with a ticket to Moscow. I went with the police to write an application for Intercars fraud.
I didn't get a ticket, by the way.
Shame on you! Avoid this circus!

I have never seen a worse service. The money for the ticket is not refunded.
And the worst part is, I was late for boarding, I ran 5 minutes later, the bus hadn't left yet, it was delayed, and the driver wouldn't let me in. He said, I've already closed the list, goodbye.
And he went without me.
And what about the company? They took my money. And they don't care if I'm on the bus or I'll spend the night at the train station in another country)))
Moreover, you tick the boxes, I agree to all their conditions, but they are clearly not in favor of the client.
And then when questions arise, they say, you yourself have agreed to all our terms. These are your problems, you should have read them before checking the box.
