The numbering of seats on the Chinese bus does not correspond to the location on the website.
The driver, after two hours of the route, bought energy drinks and drank at the wheel with seeds (i.e., he struggled with sleep, NOT getting enough sleep!), talked on the phone and looked for something in it right behind the wheel in motion, smoked there (there is no money for a headset and I don't care about traffic regulations).
Due to the fact that he smoked and struggled with sleep, he constantly opened his window, which froze the cabin and passengers covered themselves with jackets from the cold. The air conditioner couldn't cope and was constantly making noise.
Apparently, the driver does not know how to switch speeds without throwing the clutch, and for some reason he does not start to hold the steering wheel (hands behind his head)
The lights in the front worked in flashing mode.
It is clear that another operator was chosen for the return route.
The bus is German and the seat numbers match the site, warm, quiet and SAFE!
And most importantly - TWO DRIVERS !!! Who constantly controlled each other and replaced each other.
You can check what you have written by simply looking at the internal camera recordings and making a printout of the driver's night calls.
Or by calling the passengers on that flight.
If necessary, I will throw off the video mobiles on the steering wheel.

We went there in a backup Mercedes with the number 7777, but it's stuffy. The air conditioner worked for the first 20 minutes, and then we sweated all the way. It was quite comfortable for my height of 195 cm, but I would like more legroom.
We were driving back on Neoplan 2422, and that's where my adventure began. There is little room for legs, there was even a bruise on the knee, and the footrest also prevented me from putting my feet further. It was worse than sitting in a minibus with my height. Let me remind you, I am 195 cm tall. This means that people under 185 will still be fine, but those who are taller will have a hard time and this is a reason to think about traveling by train. At the same time, without traffic jams and comfortable. But at least the air conditioner was working properly here. Yes, it is more expensive. But here you can choose - comfort or price. I think it's worth overpaying for comfort.
The carrier is good, all questions were promptly answered in Viber, the buses are in good condition. The drivers are polite, they will stop if necessary. By the way, there was no Wi-Fi in both buses, although they said there would be.
If I were shorter and the buses were made with the expectation of being tall, and not to cram more, then it would be good :)

I purchased a ticket for a trip with this company from Bobruisk to Bryansk (Russia) on the Minsk-Yalta route with departure from the Bobruisk bus station at 00.40.
The bus did not arrive. At night, answering machines were triggered on the phones: "You called the company.... after hours....", I've been calling all morning - it's always busy. There is an alleged call to me, a reset, I call back - it's busy or a dial tone and they throw me off.
This is the first time I have come across such a terrible attitude towards passengers!

Complete disappointment in this service. On 13.01.2024, the flight from Warsaw to Minsk was canceled at 18.00. I found out about the flight cancellation at the train station 15 minutes before the scheduled flight. There was no information from Intercars about the cancellation, no SMS, no e-mail, and no alternative options were offered. There was an answering machine on the phones listed on the ticket and no one answered. In total, there is no bus, no money, no solutions to the problem.

I bought tickets at the ticket office of the station, the flight is for 21.15. The bus did not arrive at the designated time, the operator reported an indefinite delay, without explaining the situation. When trying to contact the phone number listed on the website at 21.53, the phone was picked up and asked to wait, after hanging on the line for about 10 minutes, hung up and called back. In response, I heard a request from the answering machine to call during working hours until 22.00. I am sure the operator purposefully left the call in standby mode until the end of the working day. In total, the site does not work correctly, the bus is delayed indefinitely, there are no explanations, the support service works the same as everything else.
As a result, the total delay was about 4 hours. Apologies from the company followed only after a week of correspondence and about a dozen calls, with a total waiting time on the line of more than 20 minutes, in the form of a 15% discount on the next trip.

We traveled with this company from Minsk to St. Petersburg on 07/27/2023 and back from St. Petersburg to Minsk on 30.07.2023. When buying tickets, we were promised Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
As for the Minsk-St. Petersburg trip. It felt like the bus was falling apart on the move. In our seats, the table was broken off and was missing, although I don't think that if it had been, it would have performed its function normally. There didn't seem to be an air conditioner at all, or it just wasn't turned on. Since we were driving in the rain and our seats were on the second floor, water dripped on me periodically. I also saw water dripping from the roof onto a woman across the row from me. Apparently the roof was leaking, water was accumulating and pouring down on us. All this time it was stuffy due to the lack of air conditioning and high humidity. There was no Wi-Fi all the way, although it was stated when buying tickets that there would be one. There were sanitary stops, they were announced, but once they stopped at a gas station with one toilet. It's a strange choice of drivers considering that you have a bus full of people. We spent about an hour (and 20 minutes were announced) on this san.the bus stop. In St. Petersburg, people were additionally dropped off at the Moskovskaya metro station, but the drivers did not make an announcement about this, because of this, some people drove through, they had to go to the bus station. We arrived in St. Petersburg 3 hours later, but this is partly due to the fact that traffic police blocked the road in Russia and did not let anyone in.
As for the trip from St. Petersburg to Minsk. It seems that we were "lucky" and the same bus with the same drivers came to us. The situation with Wi-Fi is the same: they promised when they bought it, in fact it is not there. We already had other seats, so we learned about the new "jokes" of this bus. The back of my seat was not fixed and dropped into a recumbent position during the trip. If there were strangers in the back, problems could arise. The friend's seat next to it was broken so that the seat itself was not fixed (see the photo). But the air conditioner worked, and it worked so that for half a night we were frozen very much. It was cold in a T-shirt, bike and jeans. First of all.The air conditioner was turned off and it became warmer. We arrived in Minsk 2 hours later, and the road was also temporarily blocked on the territory of Russia.
To be honest, there is no desire to use this carrier anymore. I strongly advise against it.

Horror. I was traveling from Moscow to Warsaw on an old finished bus, judging by the pasting written off 20 years ago by some European company. The flight was direct via Latvia. The travel time was indicated about a day, in fact I spent 3 days at the border without a toilet, food, water. It turns out that buses from intercars are not regular buses and pass the border on the rights of passenger cars, that is, all regular buses of companies such as Ecolines have passed, but no one let us and was not going to let us. Intercars in fact takes people to the border, which must be crossed on foot, then transfer to another bus that is waiting on the other side of the border. After crossing the border, we saw an old bus standing in the 90s, but it would not work out to leave on it because it was waiting for all passengers, and 3-5 people were allowed across the border per day. In general, this is the most terrible trip in my life. Before buying tickets for international flights, always find out whether the bus is a regular one, or with a transfer after crossing the border, and never buy tickets from such companies!!!
