Every summer we come to this wonderful hotel to relax. Delicious food, a good beach, a green area, gorgeous eucalyptus trees give a wonderful shade. I give three stars only for the location of the hotel, the sea is close and there is a pool, the buffet is good, you will not stay hungry and that's it!!!!! We rested from 07.07.2023-17.07.2023, the lights are constantly turned off, but it's not scary when it's not there for an hour or two. But when there was a storm, rain and wind, we were left without light for 11 hours, there is NO water! People ran into the pool and filled the fountain with water to flush the feces in the toilet. The manager was asked why don't you start the generator, it doesn't work for us, that was the answer. The nearest hotels had lights and generators running, and we were like blind kittens without light and water until 11 a.m. People pay a lot of money, but there is NO service!

I don't often write such reviews, but I really want to warn other travelers about the conditions here. They are very overwhelmed with emotions.
We came here for 8 days, took the "all inclusive", which we regretted very much.
The food upset us the most, which is what I'm going to write about first.
I've never come across such a buffet in my life.
The appliances are wet, sometimes dirty, the dishes are too, as are the trays. It looks like a very bad dining room.
The choice of dishes is insanely meager. Cucumbers, tomatoes, two types of side dish (almost every day it's rice + either potatoes or buckwheat) and meat - either chicken legs or fish (fish is terrible - just a mess of skin and bones mixed with fillets).
For lunch - soup, very similar to each other every day - of an incomprehensible kind, almost completely broth with herbs. Tea, water.
The food is all tasteless.
To be honest, I don't understand people at all who praised "homemade food" in reviews. Literally everything here is brewed with additives like a Maggi cube. All soups have this chemical flavor, even rice is yellowish in color and has the same flavor. And they even cook potatoes with this cube…
We hardly saw any fruits, there were only oranges and plums.
Dessert is served only for dinner - a dry sponge cake with a filling of some kind of white cream. Of course, one kind of dessert, do not expect more.
The coffee machine is almost always not working.
The food is a huge disappointment.
Personally, it is very important for me to come on vacation and enjoy not only the sea and the room, but also delicious food. As a result, we very often came for dinner / lunch, could not find anything tolerable for ourselves and went to eat in neighboring cafes.
The water cooler is one for three cases!!!
It's just wildness.
Next, about the room.
There is no kettle in the room, it cannot be rented. There is only a decanter and two glasses from the dishes. No spoons, no cups.
A room with fresh furniture, a comfortable mattress and normal pillows. There is an air conditioner, it works.
We had a balcony overlooking the sea, the view is beautiful, there is a table and two chairs.
A decent bathroom. Of course, the plumbing is tired, but tolerable.
Shower gel and shampoo are given 2 sachets for two for the entire stay.
3 towels per guest.
The lighting is only overhead. If you want to turn on the night light in the evening, it is not there.
The audibility is excellent. I heard all the neighbors' conversations on the phone and not only. You wake up in the morning and hear your neighbor also wake up and yawn😂 Literally))
A separate topic is cleaning.
As far as I know, the rooms have to be cleaned every day.
Towels and bed linen should be changed every 3 days.
It doesn't even smell like it here.
We fought hard to get our bed linen and towels changed on the 4th day and finally washed the floor…
I had to argue with the maid. It was possible to resolve this issue only through the reception.
The reception itself is unfriendly. Upon check-in, they almost rolled their eyes when we arrived at 23:00.
No one has ever smiled at us during our entire stay here.
The territory is quite large, there is a place to walk, this is a big plus.
We always had enough sun beds by the sea.
There is no shower with fresh water to rinse off after the sea.
There are cigarette butts lying around in the flower beds. A huge number of dogs on the territory. I love animals very much, but dogs shit everywhere, drink from the pool where people swim, sometimes go there. It's not very pleasant.
To summarize, I do not recommend this hotel categorically if you want to take a break from everything and completely relax.
I am surprised by the abundance of positive reviews.
If you decide to stay here, do not take all inclusive, take only breakfast. The menu there is at least a little like an ordinary buffet - there is cheese, sausage, sausages and fried eggs (besides this, by the way, there is practically nothing).
And get ready to fight with the maids for the cleanliness of your room.

A great place for a family vacation. Cozy location on the Black Sea coast. Close to the border, only 7 minutes by bus. There is an 8-storey hotel and two separate buildings on the territory., a dining room, a playground, a heated swimming pool. Meals 3 times a day, buffet. WiFi

There is no service, the administrators are rude, the food is like in a factory canteen with similar dishes and appliances. The Internet is constantly falling off, electricity is regularly cut off. We stayed at this hotel in late September-early October of this year.
The hotel is located relatively close to the border with Russia (which partially facilitates logistics), before reaching the village of Tsandripsh. The whole journey from Sochi airport to the hotel (along with crossing the border) took about 45-50 minutes (I note that we got from the airport late at night). We moved into the main (old) building. There is also a new building and several chalets (bungalows) on the beach.
The hotel has a nice well-maintained and large territory, with lots of greenery and eucalyptus trees. Excellent access to the sea, a swimming pool with a comfortable water temperature, functioning almost around the clock, a bar on the seashore. As well as various small details that complement the aesthetic picture (flower beds, mini palm trees, fountain, benches, etc.). I will also note the excellent Wi-Fi. Routers are on every floor.
Cleaning was carried out every day, the cleaners coped with their duties perfectly. Perhaps this is where the main advantages end for me.
Unfortunately, maybe we were so unlucky, but the rest is blurred by a large number of disadvantages. Namely: periodic shutdown of the light (out of 8 days of rest, the light was turned off almost every day), which entails a complete shutdown of the water and, accordingly, the elevator. Again, tap water has a certain specific smell.
The adjacent infrastructure is also practically non-existent. There are small mini-shops with groceries and basic necessities, a pharmacy and a couple of shops with accessories for the sea and souvenirs (by the way, bank cards are accepted for payment without problems). Withdrawing money from a nearby card is also quite problematic. It is necessary to walk about a couple of kilometers to the gas station. You will not be able to top up your card with cash there at all.
I will note the dining room separately. We had a rest already in the relative "off season", but sometimes there were not enough places in the dining room, we had to wait. Relatively recently, the hotel has increased the number of places to check in, but nothing much has been done with the dining room. Hence, accordingly, such situations.
Also, the food that was served sometimes left much to be desired (my subjective opinion). Spaghetti or pasta were constantly filled with sunflower oil, the same thing happened with scrambled eggs. I was disappointed by the small number and variety of fruits (apples, sometimes oranges, once a plum). I will also note the fish stated in the menu, although in fact it was some kind of fish jelly (tasteless, slimy, greasy and nasty). There, adults can't eat this food, let alone children. Sometimes there were cases when, for example, fish and pork were declared on the menu for one meal, but in fact only fish was exhibited and until tourists ate it, pork was not displayed on the Swede. And pork was brought 20 minutes before the end of the meal, when the majority of the guests had already eaten. There were no national Abkhazian dishes. A small number of sweets were also exhibited: in the morning there are 2 positions (two types of cookies) and in the evening there are 2 positions (cupcakes and honey cake).
I will also tell you about another unpleasant thing (but this does not apply directly to the hotel). A huge number of bedbugs. We specifically took a room with a balcony, but there was no point in it. Because it's not like you can go out on the balcony, you couldn't even open the door there to ventilate. Bedbugs immediately flew into the room. Only mosquitoes were saved.
There are also a large number of dogs running around the hotel. It is also a big problem, since these dogs create certain problems: starting from drinking from the pool and ending with walks on the seashore between sun beds, not to mention other unpleasant things.
All that I have described above is my subjective assessment and feedback.

We rested at the hotel as a couple in early October 2023.
The biggest plus of the hotel is its close location to the border, 10 min. by car and of course the 1st line of the sea.
We lived in the main building, overlooking the sea, surrounded by eucalyptus and pine trees. The room was normal, although there was a slight smell of sewage from the bathroom.
The food is just great, varied, but of course I would like more fruit (they only gave watermelon).
The territory is clean, well-groomed, but a little "bald" in the beach area, there is not enough vegetation.
Sun beds and umbrellas do not have to be occupied at 6 in the morning, and so there will be a free place.
Dogs are a separate topic, there are many of them and new ones appear every day))), but they are not aggressive and love people.
A heated swimming pool saves you in a storm when the sea is not calm and the water in the sea is muddy.
The lights were turned off a couple of times, but it wasn't critical. I advise you to stock up on 5 liters of water in such a case, the canister of which can be filled with sea water in the future and used in the toilet.
I also advise you to take a "rapter" from mosquitoes with you.
On my husband's birthday, a present was brought to us from the hotel - champagne and fruit, it was very nice!
Conclusion: the hotel is excellent for its price category. The staff tries and corrects minor flaws. We will definitely come back next year!

I liked the hotel very much. New. Everything is clean, cleaned, washed. The towel is always fresh.
The most important thing is the sea. It's right next to the hotel. We lived on the 7th floor with a sea view. But it is difficult to see it because of the canopy of trees. The sea is clear, pebbles.
Children's entertainment is excellent. We didn't leave the town. We didn't go to the basik, but it's also decent.
The buffet surprised me a lot. The choice of dishes is not large. There is little variety. I was saddened. You need to stand in line, if you did not manage to be the first, then you can wait for the table for 30 minutes. It's not very comfortable with a child. Gingerbread for tea only in the morning. Tomatoes and cucumbers are made from vegetables (but this is also good in other hotels and they did not give it) Salads are really quite simple. There are few fruits. And if you come in the middle of dinner, you won't get that either.

The dining room is delicious, but very bland, the pool is green for 3 days out of 10 days of rest, then they poured a hundred chemicals that he would have to stand for another day, but it was opened, the beach is all in garbage and dog poop (although in the previous vacation the peasants raked in the morning), the rooms are cleaned every 4 the day (the women are well done, they work conscientiously, but the floor needs to be wiped once a day, the sand on their feet is carried over), as well as there is nowhere to wash their feet, they wash under a hose near the restaurant, the restaurant is a separate state, they cook and serve with an expectation of at least two hours (the waiter Artyom clever jumps in front of the client just so they don't leave in 2 hours,also well done hookah girl), the animation is simply not any kind (mini disco with 3 of the same songs and during the day they can't even collect three children, you can't see or hear where they are and what they spend, the children's animator seems to be Katya sitting and smoking in front of the children near the pool, the second animator does well with adults stretching and yoga was decent even on the beach with the pool not working), but I also forgot about the constantly turning off the light (3 pm we sat in pitch darkness with flashlights and collected children from animation). By the way, the generator in the neighboring hotel immediately turns on.

1. Reception and reception.
Lovely, friendly girls. They meet, explain everything in an accessible and understandable way. We arrived at 12 o'clock. They were settled in the same second.
2. The room
We lived on the 6th floor in a two-room room. Clean, cozy. Cabinets and cabinets are all in place, working properly. The only drawback is that the mattress on the double bed needs to be replaced. It is broken on one side (failed).
Cleaning is done every day. They wash, clean, and change towels. The bed linen was changed 2 times. Once, at the request, the sheets and blanket were changed, since the youngest did not carry a little.
3. Meals (buffet)
There is always enough of everything. Everything is delicious. Except for salads. They are prepared according to the principle of "I made it out of what was", but for sure there will also be fans on them. In short, the taste and color of all markers are different :)))
4. There is animation, two girls are selflessly running around with children. They seem to be having fun. Our children considered our grandparents to be animators, and everything suited them. In general, the children are delighted.
5. Swimming pool - no complaints. Clean, Warm, there is a children's slide and a "paddling pool" for "tadpoles" :)
6. Moryushko. Beyond praise. Sun beds, umbrellas in the assortment.
7. The restaurant.
That's where the guys need to tighten up. The kitchen is delicious. Everything is fresh. But the service leaves much to be desired. It took a disastrously long time to wait for the order. We ordered a barbecue. It was brought about 40 minutes later, and the sauce was brought to it when only the aftertaste remained from the barbecue. But the aftertaste is pleasant. Of all the waiters, Mikhail is the only one who rushes like he was stung in one place.
The guy works hard, but the poor guy doesn't take out one. He's a hookah man. Hookahs are cool, but since he serves the tables, you have to wait for a hookah for a very long time!
Misha is a handsome man! Give him an urgent bonus!
8. The bar.
Everything is great. Andrey and Zhenya are great! Zhenya fed the children sweets every day. They're thrilled.
To Andrey, a separate respect for the bar-men show!
Conclusion: I recommend the hotel. But the restaurant service needs to be tightened up.

We had a rest with children from 30.09.23 to 12.10.23. A great hotel, I would even say the best in Tsandripsh. They settled right away, even before the due time. A room was booked in a 3-storey building on the 2nd floor, but they made concessions to us and settled on the 1st floor, because there were rooms available. The rooms are cleaned every day. Very nice, polite and helpful staff. Special thanks to the dining room. Everything is very tasty. The sea is nearby, the pool is clean, but to say that it was heated - no. We were very lucky with the weather. Frequent blackouts, but not for long. There is animation for children. Sun beds are free, beach towels are provided and changed on request. There are really a lot of dogs, but this is not a minus of the hotel. There are plenty of them all over the beach and not only in Abkhazia. In general, I really want to come back!!!! We had a rest in early July 2023!I will start my review with the advantages: near the sea, room cleaning every day, linen change every 3 days.That's probably all.

Hello everyone We came here for the third year in a row. The most important and joyful change is that the maid Diana, the most wonderful and smiling person, was returned to the bungalow!!! There were no problems with cleaning the room and changing the linen this year!
On the beach, the large umbrellas were gone (they say they were washed away by a storm in November), but they put about 30 small umbrellas, which relieved the situation a little with sun beds in the shade, but the problem has not been completely removed! Especially this year, elderly guests were infuriated, who shamelessly did not remove their towels from the sunbeds from the word at ALL, i.e. around the clock, while visiting the beach for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening!!! I suggest that the hotel staff in the evenings, when the sun beds are shifted, collect all the things lying on them without people!!!
The pool is more or less warm this year!
The lights were turned off sometimes, mostly at night, which did not interfere in any way!
We also listened to the dining room, thank you - we increased the number of staff, there were problems with clean dishes, but not critically! Mostly, for some reason, there were not enough forks... The menu has not changed, mostly there was something from chicken...but meat also happened, and fish, but still a boring menu!!!
The dogs on the territory are still the same, they just grew up)))
From entertainment for children, the "animator" sometimes took out badminton rackets, balls and darts after dinner and the children were doing things with themselves...
In general, something is being done at the hotel, but very reluctantly and with a kick. The administration should take care of the issue of attracting and retaining people, despite the fact that all new hotels are growing around!!!

I think this is an excellent place to stay with full board. A wide variety of rooms, there are bungalows by the sea, a park with eucalyptus trees, an excellent pool by the sea, few fences in a circle, there is a sense of space. A magnificent view of the sea and the sea itself is simply divine, the rocky shore. Prices, well, in comparison with Adler, it's really cheap here, but at the local level it's expensive, but don't forget about full board and the views around. Prices vary from month of stay. Of course there are disadvantages, but the overall impression is 5.
There is not enough additional light in the rooms, there is only the main one. A small lamp in the rooms would create a generally different, more pleasant atmosphere in the evenings.

We rested from June 14 to June 22 in this hotel, we definitely gained + 10 kg, thanks to the kitchen😁Everything is delicious, absolutely!!We lived in the main building, the room is small with a sea view, very neat and clean. The rooms are cleaned daily, we went to the sea after breakfast, and when we come, voila, the room is clean)).
Thanks to the bartenders Evgeny and Andrey for a great mood throughout the whole (well, almost all) vacation!
The beach is gorgeous, there are not many people, the sea is clean!
Minuses:
The construction of a new building is right on the side of the hotel, and they start working in the morning, if the window is open, it is impossible to sleep!
There is a very unkempt and dirty public toilet on site.
The park area of the hotel is not fully completed.
And in general, the biggest disadvantage in no way related to the hotel is the village itself!
If you are a lover of walking, you will definitely have nowhere to roam! Even the hotel itself is not located in Tsandrypsh itself, but in the village of Amzara, it's a long walk to Tsandrypsh! There are only garbage dumps and ruins, there are no sidewalks, there are no embankments! Walk only along the road where cars drive or on the sea right on the pebbles!
But if you come to relax only on the territory of the hotel, lie on the beach, swim in the sea and in the pool, I definitely recommend it, there is animation for both adults and children!

We stayed at the hotel from May 28 to June 5. I liked everything very much. Lovely girls at the reception. They explain everything. The food is very tasty. All staff are friendly and helpful. We lived on the 6th floor. The maid is super! Cleaning every day. Regular change of towels and bed linen. Thank you very much! We will definitely come again

We rested for ten days with my sister and me from May 17 in building C. A new building, a large room, cleaning every day, linen was changed every three days, homemade, varied meals. The pool is clean,
with warm water. The sea is 50 meters away. It's a pity that there were no umbrellas by the sea and the pool. If you need a quiet rest, this is it. There is no entertainment around. The staff is very friendly. I don't know if it's good here in the season, but we liked it.

Clean, beautiful, affordable prices. But put a cooler with water, even in the restaurant on the territory of the hotel, ordinary water is not sold and even a cup was not offered. After 7 you will want to drink or run to the store or die of thirst. The only negative.
