You should know that the hotel is in the village, there is no infrastructure. There is nowhere to go for a walk, there are no sidewalks, there are roadsides made of rubble and swamps. Nearby there are a couple of grocery stores and a pharmacy, opposite the hotel there is a school. The territory is medium-sized, insufficiently illuminated, a third building is being built, most likely it will be launched in the summer of 2023. There is an outdoor pool, but apparently the water is not chlorinated, because stray dogs drink water from it (there are many of them on the territory and in the village as a whole). It was fun to watch the staff chase the dogs from the terrace of the so-called restaurant by the sea, and they return a minute later because people feed them right at the tables. A buffet was announced, but there is just a canteen with a small number of dishes. I was here in October 2022, I lacked a kettle and a heated towel rail in my room, sometimes I wanted to heat it, but the air conditioner did not work for heating. The beach is large, wide, with sun loungers. The cherry on the cake - we all got poisoned there, so we know where the pharmacy is, we ate only in the "restaurant" of the hotel. In fairness, it must be said that adults and children suffered from poisoning in Abkhazia en masse this season (I found out later). But this is not surprising, unsanitary conditions...
about taxis. We drove from the border to the hotel for 300 rubles, back for 500 on an old trough. Judging by the distance, the prices are higher than in Adler.

The pool is large, but I think it was forgotten when it was cleaned. At 22.00 a man comes and pours chlorine there. Three days before departure, I no longer bathed in it so as not to catch some crap. 11.09 22 the water was already a green shade with a smell, and a film had already formed around the edges. The rooms at the hotel are spacious, with a balcony and air conditioning. For purity, the second star. This vacation is not worth 60 thousand there. I don't advise my friends and I won't come back myself. It's better in Anapa for this money

After reading positive reviews and, most importantly, the presence of a swimming pool, we went to this hotel. Firstly, as the girl wrote earlier, there is no view of the garden, there is only a road and a school. The noise from the cars revving and speeding is impossible. There is also a construction site of a new building nearby, dust is also noise from there and workers come and stick to young girls (move away from the word, do not approach, they do not understand) You'll be lucky if you see the staff and take them away. The staff is very pleasant and friendly in the dining room. Thank them very much for that. In other places, including at the reception, for three. As for food: they cook really tasty, but they eat chicken every day a little tired) there are two types of soup from the choice, chicken with pasta, or rice and buckwheat, and stewed vegetables.
Sometimes sometimes there may be pork with potatoes. Cucumbers, tomatoes and pickles are made from salads. The breakfasts are the same every day: sausage, cheese, eggs, sausages. From drinks in general: jelly, milk, kefir, compote. Also keep in mind that if you do not want to drink it, and buy alcohol somewhere, not from them, then you will not be allowed to sit (sit outside without lunch and dinner). It's kind of weird, like the money was paid...There are huge stones at the entrance to the sea, buy special flip-flops, you can't enter without them.
Well, as I wrote earlier, the most important advantage, because I can't swim, was the pool in this hotel.....which, tadaaaam didn't work the whole vacation!!!!!🥳🥳🥳Every day at the reception they told me "tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow" to leave me alone.. "they are fixing it," but in fact no one has fixed it. They just gave up on it and that's it. In general, it was not possible to swim anywhere. And I think it's expensive to eat chicken and spend the night in a room for 6,000 thousand😕 And finally!!! These are dogs.. It's a tin in one word. There are a lot of them, they come into the dining room, as we wrote earlier, they do "their own business" and relieve themselves on the sunbed on which you are lying. We have been staying at the hotel since September 23, 2022. We checked into a room in the main building. After the first night, everyone woke up bitten, they thought it was mosquitoes. After the second night, the same thing happened again. We raised the matrices, there are crowds of bedbugs. That's horrible. We had a shock. We went to complain and resolve this issue. Thank God, we were moved to another room by the sea and allowed to wash all their clothes. But the impression was ruined for the whole vacation. So think about whether it's worth going there.

I knew that the service in Abkhazia is very lame, however..
We were settled, according to feelings, in an unmade room, but the remark was made later, because we stopped by late and were tired from the road. In the main building, as I understand it, the oldest rooms. Ours was very old, the beds are generally disgusting,the plumbing is dirty, the whole bathroom is mildewed.. On the bed linen I found black hair, it is unclear from whose head.
The absence of a wardrobe as such was also surprising, there were only a couple of shelves with doors, a very strange design.
Only after a few comments, the room began to be cleaned, but as such no changes were noticed)) The sound insulation is naturally lame, and the beds had one socket for two, then spin around as you want.
They won't provide you with any banal disposable slippers, let alone bathrobes. And it's better to take miniatures of shampoos and all care with you, because we found only shower gel.
The pool also remained dirty throughout the rest, moreover, the very dogs that abound on the territory drank from there with me (which is also obviously embarrassing, not everyone will be pleased to encounter a pack of dogs, especially late at night).
Also, the animator girl, who bought an individual tour, decided to earn a little money in her pocket, cheated on the cost, and we had to deal with the guide, who, like us, was confused. And here it's not about the amounts, but rather the fact of deception, a very ugly act. Think about it, maybe this girl should raise her salary?)
There are no questions to the dining room, except that. The food is very ordinary, there is not much choice, especially for breakfast, but everything is edible, although it bothers. You can always find a cafe as an alternative to the dining room.A personal recommendation from me, this is a restaurant on the territory of the "Art Hotel", literally a neighboring hotel.
Also, the hotel had a disgusting internet connection, which is provided.
We were faced with an Internet outage in the main building, we had to sit near the dining room or neighboring buildings. With that, he was absent for almost a day!At the reception, they reacted very rudely to the banal question: "what about the Internet?", which struck me. I got used to polite communication, and then it turned out that we were made to feel guilty for the fact that the Internet does not work at the hotel itself, strange things))))
Also, be prepared for an attack of bugs on your room, windows absolutely cannot be opened! Unfortunately, the hotel staff does not warn about this.
In general, the impression of the republic itself was very spoiled, thanks to the "excellent attitude and superior service"
I think that for a family and a very budget holiday, the hotel would be suitable. But if you go with a request to take a break from the busy Moscow, to get satisfaction from the surrounding atmosphere, then this will not work. You are literally not welcome there.

We had a rest at 21 in July and now at 22 in July as well. The hotel is 100% full. The service has decreased significantly compared to 21 years. The pool did not work for all 8 days, turned on 2 times for a couple of hours with green water, the bottom is not visible. We lived in bungalow number 13, it was not possible to sleep, the springs dug into our sides. Cleaning consisted of leaving a garbage bag and a roll of toilet paper at the entrance, of course we didn't need more, but the fact itself, there were families with small children, sand, etc. The food has become scarce, there is less meat or even fish and side dishes, the side dishes are all overcooked, unsalted pasta stuck together. The animators used to be one woman, now there are two of them, but they move chaotically, without activity. To my question why there is no volleyball, which should go by time, the answer was received not to collect anyone, of course, sitting at the bar in a denim sundress is unlikely (((. Here are such changes in 2022. New buildings are being built, there are already new hotels nearby - modern and clearly creating competition.

I have to borrow from the very morning. And a very big minus is the young guys swimming up, who ride scooters and bananas. They swim up at random and as they want. They don't care about the children around them. I really had to pull the children out of the water, because I was afraid that they would be hurt. In general, there are no rules. Everyone smokes wherever they want. On the balcony, on the beach, on the benches. I forgot to write about the food), the food is normal, but it's not a buffet, as stated. And it's the same all the time. We are not picky, but in 10 days we are very tired. There were 4 of us and 3 children, everyone sat on the potty) . You 'll catch rotavirus there a hundred times . And it's not the sea that's to blame, but the dirt in the hotels and dining room. This year, the biblio globe was very disappointing. We went on an excursion to the evening Gagra. The whole bus returned back. We gathered people from different hotels, but we were not provided with quality and safety. The heat is terrible, a lot of children, and the bus is without air conditioning, even the windows don't open, only the hatch on top. It was just a kick-ass. Riding in Abkhazia is generally a separate topic. There are no rules on the roads either. The whole bus was making a refund. The girl attached to the hotel is just a sheep, she doesn't care about people at all. But in Sochi they don't behave like that, and there is no control over them. Even the transfer for us was 1.5 hours late. This has never happened before. In general, the conclusion is that Abkhazia is not worth that kind of money, even with its super nature of 97,000 for two. I will never forget the gorgeous sea, but I will definitely not go again!!!

Previously, there was only one main building and that was it. No bungalows. There is no playground.
The restaurant on the beach was working, like music was playing, but everything was paid there. It's cheaper to have a vacation in Turkey for that kind of money.

In this case, from the Psou checkpoint, you can take any passing bus that goes along the highway deep into Abkhazia, get off at the Toyota car center and walk for 15 minutes on foot.
