We stayed at this hotel from October 2 to October 13, 2023. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the border. We arrived in the rain, went to the reception, complete darkness, no one at the reception. Went outside there were 2 women and a man, it is not clear whether the vacationers, or the staff, asked who you can contact about the check-in, the woman replied, not at all friendly, "she left for lunch, has the right ..." It even became awkward, as if they entered someone else's house without asking and asked to pour soup. About 30 minutes later, a nice girl came. It turned out that there was no electricity in the hotel, we sat a little longer, asked if we could go to lunch, the girl said that we were already late, although we had time. It took another 10 minutes, the electricity did not appear, but the girl decided we were still settled. For the service I will put not even 0, but minus 1. The sediment remained. We lived in a bungalow by the sea. The room is small, it's fine for two. The room has a bed consisting of two mattresses (I'll tell you right away there are no mattresses, springs stick out), a small sofa, a table with a movable stool and a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a kettle. Bathroom- toilet, shower, small sink. The room is clean. On the balcony there are 2 wicker chairs and a glass round table. The room was cleaned often. The maids, the girls are well done, polite, they will always ask if they need to change towels, if they need to change linen, if they need to put more toilet paper. The room we had was super! Every day we met sunsets, dolphins often swim to the shore. The beach is clean, the sea is clean, there are enough sun loungers (but October is no longer the season), the beach is cleaned daily. The territory of the hotel is also super! Paths, benches, playground, eucalyptus trees, the smell is just incredible. The pool is clean, the water is heated, there are a lot of sun loungers around the pool. As for the dining room and food. At first I didn't understand how to approach the tables with food at all😁 there are trays, but there is no distribution line, how to put anything on a plate is not clear. Everyone is running to these tables from both sides, there is no place to put the plate, some kind of chaos is happening. The food is monotonous, the porridge is not tasty, especially oatmeal, liquid, something like a sparing diet for stomach diseases. The food and serving does not look appetizing.I didn't like the food from the word at all, my husband liked it. Another of the minuses. Dogs, they are friendly, but the fact that they run alone and in packs, bark at night. I would like to draw the attention of the administration to improving the service and catering at the hotel. Despite all the disadvantages, I would once again return to this hotel because of the good location, because of nature, because of love for Abkhazia!

. We lived in a new building With a sea view. We were one of the very first to enter this building, no one lived in our room before us. Everything is new. There were minor flaws (some outlets do not work, but there are a lot of them, so it's okay, they switched the refrigerator to another outlet and that's it)), TV too-but it was quickly set up.The Wi-Fi didn't work well on the first day - it was also set up. Also, on the first day, some kind of toilet seal fell off))but the plumber came at 10 p.m. and did everything. The TC building was just rebuilt, it is not surprising that there were some minor flaws, but they did not overshadow the rest.Periodically, Wi-Fi disappeared on the beach and in some places on the territory of the hotel (it is quite large), but this is also not scary.We lived on the 3rd floor.there is no elevator, which is good, because the food in the hotel is excellent))Respect for chefs and kitchen workers in general. There has never been anything tasteless in a week. Breakfast - porridge of 2 types, cereals, cottage cheese, vegetables, eggs in different forms, tea, coffee (from the machine and instant), milk.Lunch is always 2 types of soup, two side dishes and two types of meat/poultry/fish. Vegetables, salads. Fruits(orange ,apples) Dinner-similarly, instead of soup-broth with awesome croutons. There was no such thing that something would be repeated on the same day for lunch and dinner.As a rule, something of the sweet type of cakes was given for dinner. There were cookies for breakfast. Which is also good, because so you are preparing to gain a couple of kilograms with such a diet) delicious homemade food. In case you get tired, there is a ball restaurant on the shore with European cuisine.They didn't eat there (so there was enough food in full)) I can't say anything, but the aperol is delicious.
As for cleaning. The building is new, the girls there are also new, they can get confused, but they always cleaned everything-gave it-changed at the first call.They asked themselves if something was needed.
The beach is good, there are sun loungers. Unfortunately, there were no elevators, this is the only disadvantage of the hotel.But about the middle of our vacation, hardworking men put up mushroom canopies .
The pool is large and warm. There were no umbrellas either.Despite the crowds of children, there was a place to swim
Everything is clean everywhere.On the belt, on the territory, in the pool, in the dining room-this is carefully monitored.Everything is wiped promptly

Hello. I want to write honestly about the hotel "Napra" Abkhazia. I read the reviews and was shocked. There is such a profession-selling reviews. Don't believe the excellent reviews.
We were with a family with children in July 2023. I've never cried on vacation in all my 43 years. There were different moments everywhere, but never to be "thrown on vacation" like that!! We paid a substantial amount for our budget, as promised, we did not receive anything. It was possible to buy in other places much cheaper and not wait for all the services. I was talking to other vacationers at customs. They paid many times less. But we got the services cooler and completely.
1. The water is hot. You turn on the faucet, do not touch the shower, it is sharply hot, then it hits sharply cold. The baby is crying. Then the hot water began to disappear altogether. I came from the beach to swim in the morning, she's not there. Any attempts to figure it out, request at the reception. Such indifference. There are no answers. And instead of enjoying the sea at sunset. We ran faster to have time to take a shower while there was water, until the vacationers drained.
2. Children's animation. As it says on the website, on the banner in front of the hotel. We were there for 7 full days. During this time, a growth doll came for 1 hour, jumped after dinner, took a photo and that's it. All the stories about the animator running away and everything was great before that, I think it's a lie. People were before us, they didn't see the animation either. How many families with children are talking. Everyone was wondering: where is the leisure time for children, what to do? As a result, the children are with their parents 24/7. To the question to the manager, where is the animation for children and adults too? Answer: the doll came for 1 hour, the service was rendered.
3. Umbrellas on the beach are a separate story. The hotel has 84 rooms. About 3 people on average. There are 16 umbrellas on the beach for 2 people. Umbrellas were sorely lacking. As a result, like in the old days, we got up as if for work at 6 in the morning and occupied the sun beds. Again, the question to the manager was with the layout of mathematics. Answer: there are tents on the beach for 1,500 per day, please rest
4. Now the power supply. Buffet, Caucasian and European cuisine. That's what it says. The buffet implies an alternative that did not exist at all. I must say right away that I did not expect the level of Turkey. But it's just terrible to feed like that. The soup was made from cubes. The crackers were set. Cucumber, tomato, something with mayonnaise. There are no national dishes even close. Baking too, from Auchan type honey cake. I talked to their cook. I say, well, you have a national miracle baking, greens, cheese, you can cook something at cost is not expensive. Answer: we work according to the menu, and such a smile. There are no juices, delicious dishes anywhere near. It's a lie. To the same question to the manager about the kitchen, the answer is: there is a bar on the beach, order and enjoy. As a result, the people did just that. A plus on the spending budget
5. Swimming pool. Oh, it's a miracle of miracles. Green. The bottom is not visible. I am attaching a photo. Let's go talk. Answer: vacationers ask not to close it for cleaning. What kind of nonsense is this? It's dangerous to swim in it, let alone enjoy it. Then they closed it. Something was cleaned overnight, it brightened up, but in a day everything is green again.
6. Everything is inconveniently organized in the rooms. Hair dryer. He's kind of there. But it's in the closet. The socket is such that it does not reach the mirror in the room. There's nowhere to put it or hang it in the bathroom. There is no shelf in the shower. We put all the detergents on the floor. There is a shelf near the sink, but it is far through the toilet. Yes. The rooms are large, the beds are good. This is a plus. The curtains are thick. The cleaning was bad.
7. I will add some of the advantages. The territory itself is beautiful
8. The music on the pool was blaring endlessly.
9. There is also a restaurant on the beach, the music is so loud that the windows are shaking, it is impossible to sleep, who is next to the beach. It is declared as a family-type hotel. Disco until late at night and I don't care that the children can't sleep

11. Also the behavior of the girls at the reception. Arrogant, arrogant. We just arrived, instead of hello, glad and so on, so lazy, like we showed up, now she needs to work. Only one Russian girl sincerely tried to help, the others look at you like that, as if we were not vacationers, but their servants. And in my presence, people have repeatedly complained that the check-in was delayed.
12. People on the beach also said that they had come here because of the blogger's advertisement, they were upset and disappointed.

For example, we really liked it. We lived in room 105 from 07/20.23-07/19.23, two rooms with a separate entrance, sea and pool views. The room is very spacious, bright with a large bathroom, in each room there is a widescreen TV, a hairdryer, a kettle, an iron and an additional table lamp, we asked separately, we have an infant to make a mixture at night. High-quality, good cleaning every day, the bonus should be given to that woman as much as she tried. Helpful staff everywhere. Wi-Fi is good, only in the room with a view of the pool and the sea, it was absent in the second one, and it also caught perfectly in the dining room, reception and parking lot.
Delicious, homemade food, there are high chairs for children in the dining room. Free parking for cars. The sea is right on the territory of the hotel)) The beach is equipped, there were enough sun loungers for everyone, and you need to take a place under the canopy in the morning, but there are also paid gazebos with curtains, I don't know.
The territory has its own small park of eucalyptus trees, a playground, a beautiful fountain with places for gatherings.
There is a large swimming pool, but here I want to add about the fact that the administration has thought out a cleaning system, workers cleaned it every morning, poured chemicals, but the water is green.
We don't need a pool, the sea is almost in the room)). There are two restaurants, a bar with a disco, and a spa center.
Another plus or minus is the stray cats and dogs that came from the outside. The children are delighted, the parents are not all.
In general, I recommend the hotel for a family holiday, it is the best in Tsandripsha.

In general, I advise the hotel to stay in Abkhazia for the second time, when you enter the hotel, it feels like you are in a foreign resort, the territory is very good, and you can see that with constant care. I was especially pleased with building B with a sea view, it is not even the 1st, but almost the 0 coastal. A pool with warm water and food is also a huge plus. A new building is currently under construction, if you plan a vacation, I recommend it as an optimal value for money, plus I think the dining room will move into it. There is a cool children's slide on the territory, and even a swing next to it. If you plan to swim, take corals for the beach.
Now about the cons:
Dogs, as already written, have a lot of them, drink from the pool, climb the dining room, relieve themselves on the beach. But I would treat them more loyally if they were at least watched, a flea collar is not expensive.
The food is all inclusive and delicious, but there is a large queue in a cramped room, the assortment is not large, there was fish once in two weeks, pork twice, there are not even cookies for tea at lunch, salads are monotonous, there is no cooler.
The rooms are already a little tired, the heated towel rail did not work, the mats were worn out on both sides, they laid a blanket so as not to feel the springs.
In general, I recommend the hotel, taking into account that it is being built and developed and the team is doing everything possible from them.(however, I strongly advise against bottling alcohol "homemade wine" and excursions, as a whole, the service outside the hotel has lost a lot, especially the mentality)

I'm writing a review right from For example. During the 6 days of rest, the lights were turned off for the 3rd time. In the main building of 8 floors, there is no generator. Therefore, life stops here with the lights out. There is no water due to the blackout. You can't wash your hands and go to the toilet because there's just nothing to flush the toilet with. It's hot outside, the air conditioner can't be turned on, there's no Wi-Fi, the phone can't be charged, the TV can't be turned on. A wonderful vacation. That's exactly how I imagined him!
Further to the point:
1. Nutrition. It is normal, but there is not much choice, it is difficult for children to find food. Sometimes there are no tables available.
2. The territory. Stray dogs. Lots of dogs. They swim in the pool. The grass on the lawns is dry, apparently no one cares. The palm trees are withered. There is nothing else on the territory. Trees. The main building, two other buildings, a swimming pool.
3. The rooms are good, everything is working properly. Towels are not changed, I already asked to change them today. There has been no cleaning in 6 days, only garbage is being taken out.
4. Animation. Boring. There are "master classes" And mini-discos for children. The games announced in the program are not held, they are simply not available. I don't understand why you should compile and post a program if you don't have what you need. At the time set in the program, the animators may simply not come (there are two of them).Apparently, vacationers should guess for themselves that there was a postponement or cancellation of the event.
5. The sea is gorgeous, the beach is pebbly. Sun beds are always available. There is no lifeguard.
6. Swimming pool. We didn't swim. But there are a lot of people, everyone is swimming, even local dogs.
7. WiFi in the room works terribly. He catches well in the dining room.

Our vacation took place at the beginning of July 2023.
We were caught by the rains, the storm, and the beautiful weather!
I'll start with the pros: a room with access to the beach and a eucalyptus grove!
This is where the advantages end
Cons: dirty pool, lack of animation, no playgrounds for children over 6 years old. At the reception, the girls are completely passive and not customer-oriented.
As for room cleaning, they are cleaned, but only at the beginning...then, 4 days before the end of arrival, the cleaning and towel change ends abruptly. And it doesn't get any cleaner after cleaning. Gel and shampoo are applied only on the day of arrival. There are not enough towels. For a family of 4 people, only 1 foot towel is placed. When asked to bring more, they reply that they are not supposed to. There are no slippers, but it would be worth putting them - the floors are tiled in the rooms.
Be prepared for the fact that you will not be able to sleep at night. The restaurant on the shore is unclear how long it is open...The music can be heard even with the windows tightly closed until 3 a.m.
This hotel has no idea about the meaning of the phrase "buffet"! They only feed chicken, even chicken cutlets. There is no children's menu AT ALL. The fruits are green and not ripe, like tomatoes. If something ends, you have to tell the staff about it yourself. There are always not enough mugs and glasses. At lunch and dinner, it is not always possible to drink tea, there is simply no hot water, it is warm.
The staff in the dining room simply does not comply with hygiene standards. Yes, they wear gloves, but after wiping a dirty table, they can immediately put clean dishes with these gloves, fix food or put tea in bags that do not have individual packaging!
If you go on vacation during the rainy season, the light turns off very often. Sometimes even for half a day. And if there is no light, then there is no water, no wifi...life stops at the hotel.
The beach seems to be fine...but after the storm, the dirt was removed in heaps for 3 days...and then they also burned them on the beach. But there is enough mud without a storm. There are a lot of cigarette butts, glass and other dirt that needs to be cleaned constantly. But no one is watching this. I often had to clean the glass myself, because there are a lot of children on the beach. There is no lifeguard on the beach either!
And the price tag for the hotel is not small....But the management is not committed to development...

In Napre, we rested for the first time. From 08/11/2023-08/21/2023. The company of 11 people with children had a rest.
1. The pool was cleaned in the evenings with chemicals, it was not lowered, as a result of which on the 5th day of rest it turned green, then they poured pills and took a normal color, so after what they saw, they did not want to swim in it.
2. I liked the dining room very much, the food is delicious, fresh, the staff is very polite 5+

4. It was very annoying to have a large number of signs with prescribed fines, do not walk on the lawn with a fine of 2000t. Although there wasn't much lawn there.
5. Power outages were constant, both water and light were turned off.
6. The air conditioners on the 3rd floor of the new building worked poorly, it happened that the temperature in the room was plus or minus the same as outside. I approached the administrator to help solve this problem and received a great response: "There's nothing we can do, if you don't like it, you can leave."
I would like to give 1 star for such an answer.

The hotel does not correspond to reality. We rested in houses on the seashore at a cost of 10,200 per day (August), the plumbing is old, the walls are mildewed, I don't say anything about the curtain in the bathroom at all, it could be changed before each new guest. There are not enough umbrellas on the beach for everyone, they occupy it from 6 am, the pool is a separate topic (they chose it with a pool since they were with a child), they never bathed, the water is dirty, green, with a terrible smell. Power outages, no generators. But there is a plus: food for 5 +, you won't be hungry, everything is fresh, varied.

There is no service, bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days. They asked to change it early, but were refused. We went to the beach with dirty towels. There are never any free sunbeds on the beach, the beach is not designed for such a large number of vacationers. The sea is beautiful and clean. The pool at the hotel is dirty with green water. There is only one elevator for the entire eight-storey hotel.Only a few people can enter the elevator, these are the rules, otherwise the elevator will get stuck. There were constant queues. I had to wait for the elevator for a long time. Sometimes the elevator didn't work at all and I had to climb the stairs to the 7th floor. Constant power outages. The generators are not coping. One day there was no light or water for 15 hours. There was no apology from the hotel, there was absolutely nothing. The WiFi was slow and constantly turned off, apparently it couldn't cope with the load either. There are also problems with drinking water in the hotel. One cooler for the entire hotel on the 1st floor. In which there was simply no water several times!!! They could at least put coolers on every floor. It would be a different assessment if it were a budget hotel, it is unclear what we paid such money for. We will definitely not return anymore, in this price category, there are much better hotels.

In general, when buying trips to Abkhazia, I did not have high hopes for high service!
But nature certainly covers all the disadvantages! The hotel is not bad!
But there is one fact that I really wanted to write about!
This year, the abundance of jet skis and all sorts of different means of transportation is simply off the scale, there are no rules and regulations, local people ride right next to floating children, creating a danger of injury, the water becomes dirty and the smell of fuel in the air. In general, lovers of a clean, calm, safe sea will not be happy here....

Hello everyone! The vacation was a success in June 2022! I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the hotel as well as to the management, who did everything for a great holiday! Especially, many thanks to chef Inge - a sincere and beautiful lady, a professional in her field! And to all employees of the restaurant. And also for the humanity and responsiveness of the maid who cleaned room 36 from June 12 to 23. The only disadvantage of the hotel.that there are too many vacationers coming to the pool from the outside and at the same time there are not enough sunbeds for those who live in the hotel and paid for it. It's a little boring in the evening, but mostly like this...I recommend the hotel!!! And the construction of the hotel next door, which is nearby, is soon over.

It was simply not possible to move to another hotel, since everything is busy, we booked a house for a moment in early May!!!From the reception to the sea, everything is terrible!
Seeing the green pool, I went to the reception to solve this issue, if they can't restore the pool, then at least compensation is possible, a small discount for a spoiled vacation!but naturally, they began to send me, then to the senior administrator, then to the manager, whom I never saw, and there was no discount!Since they absolutely do not care about the customers, because they know that those who agree to swim in the green pool, admire the dried dirty walls of the fountain, and choke every breakfast with a cheap sausage will come😖

We rested in the department with a child of 1.5 years.
Of the advantages:
+ nice large swimming pool
+ it takes 3 minutes to walk to the sea from our building
+ rooms with good repair, air conditioning, towels, balcony
+ pleasant territory, there is a playground for children
+ very polite staff, all questions will be answered, they will help with everything
+ there was a grocery and household chemicals store next to the hotel

Of the cons:
- The dining room menu is not varied, fish was given once for lunch during the week, not all positions are suitable for children (there were a lot of spicy), everything is quite tasty, but monotonous and in 4 days the taste got boring terribly
- Very weak animation (there is no adult animation at all, for children there is but such a thing), for children under 3 there is nothing to do there
- the cleaning in the room is a little weak, I found someone's nail on the floor and the husk of seeds
- weak wi-fi, all the electricity was cut off 20 times a day for a couple of seconds

There is no shampoo or shower gel in the rooms, only liquid soap (the hotel positions itself as a three-star), there is no kettle, tea and coffee, although there is not even water, you need to go down to the first floor only there is a cooler. Food is for the picky, of course you will not stay hungry, but you will not get pleasure either, we did not go to lunch, we went to a cafe. The pool is clean, but there are children from all over the neighborhood in it, they behave like hosts there and the staff doesn't care that you are guests of this hotel! We built a new building, decided to stay there, the audibility is terrible, the tile floors are cold. We had a rest a year ago - everything was fine. Let's go this year... and I'm really fucked up in a bad way. At first I thought that the hotel could not cope with full occupancy. But I just realized - the staff is fucked up! Later, in a calm state, I will supplement the review in detail. But the situation that just happened was outraged. There is always one chicken in different types of food. And then we stayed in the dining room for the time of feeding the staff - and here it is meat! They also made a remark to us - this is food for the staff!
I will continue. We live in one of the most expensive hotel rooms in a one-storey building by the sea. Everything is fine with the room except for a few BUTS. Firstly, the terrible mattresses on the beds - springs immediately under the fabric of the mattress - it's such a pleasure to sleep. The flip of the mattress did not change the situation. The blanket covering partially helped. Secondly, weak water pressure, especially in the morning and evening hours, then the water barely flows at all. The room is cleaned once every 2 days, at the same time towels can be changed. Bed linen is changed on the 4th day.

Three stars??? I wouldn't assign one to this hotel!!!! I do not share the enthusiastic reviews, the management saves on everything!!!!! Due to the lack of a generator, the WiFi is constantly disappearing, the TV freezes, the air conditioner does not pull, there is no water, towels and bed are not changed, and most importantly, the pool is large, comfortable, with sea water, but....... The pumps can't handle it and it turns into a swamp before our eyes!!!!!!!! We only used the pool for the first day, it's a tragedy for children!!!!!! And they barely asked for towels, like the laundry doesn't have time because of the constant power outages. The location is great, and the management needs to reconsider their approach to business, in order to earn, you need to invest!!!!! It's unclear where so many positive reviews come from. The hotel draws a maximum of three, but not 4.5, the rating is clearly overestimated. We had a rest at the end of June 2023. There was an unpleasant smell in the room all the time while they lived, as in the old Soviet entrance, although they lived in the new building C. Upon arrival, the toilet was dirty, the reception said they would be able to clean only the next day, because it was already 6 p.m. But in the end they got out. Then it turned out that there were only two pillows for 5 people. I asked, they brought it. Then there were not enough towels. There was no hair dryer. As a result, I went back and forth for two days to make everything happen. The hair dryer was terrible. It barely works. I would have known, I would have taken mine.
Who writes that the food is a buffet, it's not true. My children are not omnivores, so they hardly ate there. There is no choice. For lunch, two soups, a couple of salads, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, apples and oranges, which are disassembled instantly and not enough for everyone. Second: pasta, goulash, chicken, vegetables, or something like that. There's a queue in the dining room in the morning. There are not enough places. They're sorting out the food like the last time. If you come back later, not everything will be left. The omelet was sorted into one, two in the morning. There are not enough dishes, you have to wait for them to be washed. And not always well-washed dishes.
The room was cleaned, but I would not say that it was good. So-so.
The territory is well maintained, there are many dogs walking.
The pool is good, there are always a lot of people in it.
There is practically no animation.
We went to Lake Ritsa, took a taxi driver near the hotel. I saw him falling asleep on the road, on the serpentine! In the mountains! I have never felt such fear before. I was more afraid for the children. I found out that he only slept for an hour. While we were walking, I asked him to get some sleep. In general, the impression is so-so.
I definitely won't come a second time for that kind of money.

A wonderful hotel, we were in May, clean rooms , beautiful view from the window (Lived on the 7th floor , sea view) , the balcony is open , but the fence is low (pay attention to the owner) the feeling was that it was not safe, it would be better to make them a little higher by 15 cm. Friendly staff everywhere , an area with majestic eucalyptus trees , bushes and a manicured lawn, delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner! Of the disadvantages, the TV worked with jams , but I think this problem will be eliminated . New rooms were built on the territory, the hotel is right on the beach (clean and beautiful view), there is a swimming pool (it was still cold in May) There is a playground and a pool for toddlers separated from the main pool. The beach is the best in the whole village, (but it is a pity that the trees that bring to the beach are not cleaned after the rains) sun beds, umbrellas for free, bungalows for an additional fee, surf rental.
