We were greeted very well at the reception, all requests were fulfilled, many thanks to the girl Julia, she is very attentive, it seems to me that Narpe cannot do without her), she solves many issues, helps everyone a lot!!! The chefs are also respected, they cook real homemade food, very tasty. Thanks to Zhenya from the dining room, she serves very smartly and politely! In the dining room, of course, this is not Turkey, but there is enough food for everyone. It may seem monotonous to someone, but it's not necessary anymore... In the morning, eggs, sausage, sausages, cheese, cottage cheese, 2 side dishes for lunch and dinner and always 2 types of meat, perfectly cooked, 2 types of salad, and if you want delicacies, you can order a menu for money. Cleaning the rooms is really bad, so don't litter))) but it didn't bother us, the towels were changed every 2 days. From entertainment in the morning, exercise, aqua in the pool, the girl Lida is constantly engaged with the children there, very cool, turned on!!! We slept in the evening) but it seems there are discos there) We took excursions on the street, we liked everything very well! A good hotel, we were in early May, the restaurant by the sea was not working yet, the pool had an air temperature of +18-19 - for an amateur, it was cold in the room without a conditioner, but this is solvable. It would help a lot. Taking into account the reservation, if the heating had been turned on a couple of hours before arrival, the price would not have been to the staff.
The dining room is simple, but full board - breakfast, lunch, dinner.
In the season, I think all the disadvantages go away, so a good option is close to the border.

The most pleasant thing this hotel has is dogs! Unhappy dogs who drink chlorinated water from the pool, which all employees do not care about!!! Disrespectful attitude towards guests at the reception!!! The food is common in the dining room. This attitude towards animals, of which there are a lot on the territory, is very unpleasant. In general, the feeling that Russians are treated badly. The sediment is unpleasant.

Cons: abundant food, queues for food distribution, dead mattresses, weak Wi-Fi signal, not enough dishes in the dining room, had to wait until they were washed, the pool did not work for all these 15 days, the elevator waited a very long time, the TV generally lives its own life, the territory is not large and not picturesque, there is no yes in the room there is no kettle, there is not enough milk and coffee for breakfast for everyone, there are still a lot of stray dogs on the shore. During the stay, only two disadvantages were found: the bracelet on the hand is not very comfortable ( if you forget about it, it scratches the body), and there is no place equipped for washing your feet when leaving the beach. There is a hose with water, but it is not very convenient to use.
I really liked everything else!
I hope that the hotel administration will not stop there in the future and will continue to develop and improve the quality of service!

An amazingly pleasant place! It is located on the first line of the sea, its own small promenade, a large territory, a swimming pool (although it did not work, although it was stated that you were warming up). Children's playground, animation works during the season.
I would like to mention the restaurant separately! The view is amazing, the sea is just rustling…
Delicious menu and a good selection of bars 👍
We should also mention the Swedish line / breakfast, lunch, dinner.
The rooms are a little dark and the humidity is very high.

2. Pool: cool, big, heated, but terribly dirty. Swimming is also not very good…
The toilet next to the pool - no one dared to go there, even the staff, to clean it. It's a long way to the room if you're relaxing by the pool.
3. Food: the food is delicious, like a dining room - the first, second and compote. No one will stay hungry).
4. Room stock: new, cozy. But! Again, it was dirty, except for replacing the bag in the trash, there was no cleaning during the week of rest. There was sand on the carpet already at the check-in.
If above the second floor, then you have to wait for the elevator, more than three people do not lift. Long.
5. Staff: very friendly, pleasant, everyone is very nice.
6. Bar: there are two bars, one in the hotel, the second on the beach. Don't take cocktails at the hotel at all, there is nothing to do with real ones. The second bar on the shore- the bartender prepares real cocktails, BUT! 80-90% puts ice, in the end you spend 400 rubles on ice!!!
7. A children's playground in the shade, consists of a large climbing complex with slides. Children can play there for a long time.
8. Nature is magnificent! Huge eucalyptus trees.
I do not regret the trip, but I will not recommend it and most likely I will not return again.

In 10 days , bed linen and towels have never been changed , although I have repeatedly approached the staff . The food in the dining room is a complete disappointment. We lived in November 2022, and they gave us the best room with a sea view, since the season was over. The courtyard of the hotel is well maintained and beautiful. There is a round clean pool and trees that are many years old and well preserved. There are comfortable benches on the beach. The hotel has an elevator and a cafe. Grocery stores are within walking distance. I would like to wish only local residents that local authorities deal with stray animals, namely sterilization. There are a lot of big stray dogs.

Nice, very quiet hotel. Modern furnishings inside the room, fresh furniture. We rented a bungalow by the sea - it's beautiful. It's not the season (April), two people often walked along the shore, a maximum of 5 people.
There is a cafe in the main building, the assortment is small, but you can eat delicious food. There are cute dogs on the territory, I would like them to be better cared for and booths built, then no one will drive from the chairs. Dogs are harmless.
The highway is 5-7 minutes on foot, then you can take any minibus to go to the sights. There are no cafes and discos nearby, it didn't bother us.
As a result, the price is definitely too expensive for 2800 without food (we got a 20% discount, thank you, Julia), for lovers of peace and quiet, that's the thing! I recommend.

I breathed with the children in July 2021. The hotel not only met expectations, but also exceeded them. The location is great.The hotel grounds are clean with lots of eucalyptus trees.It breathes perfectly to the sound of birds singing and circadian songs. The room was triple, quite spacious, clean. The food is delicious in the restaurant on the seashore with a wonderful overview of the beauties of nature. Animator Lydia works out 100 percent: exercises, aqua aerobics, water volleyball, children's outdoor and creative activities, mini-disco for the youngest and arranges watching cartoons in the karaoke room.The pool with the separation of zones for children and adults did not upset anything during the two weeks of stay, there were always enough sun beds and a place to swim. The beach is clean and pebbly , the entrance to the sea is gentle (but better in shoes), the water is clean.The prices in the restaurant and bar are quite reasonable.The staff is friendly, some issues are being resolved quite quickly.
Among the disadvantages: garbage collection and change of towels in the room every two days, interruptions to the Internet and TV operation.

- there is no water on each floor, there is a cooler at the entrance. Tap water is periodically added there. If you want to have tea in the room, there are no kettles. Boiling water can be taken from the bartender on the 1st floor.
- the elevator likes to hang out
-the Internet works throughout the hotel, but it's so bad that you can't always send photos in Viber, let alone turn on a cartoon for a child
- balconies are very open, you can't leave a child alone.
-dogs on the territory of the hotels, someone may be confused (barking at night, dog packs on the playground and poop everywhere and piss things)
- the dining room is quite small, in peak season there is a queue at the buffet
- the bar is quite expensive (a cup of tea is 50p, the food is acceptable if you take it for a fee, it's better to bring your own alcohol - local wine for an amateur)

There are no clean paths from the beach to the stairs, and there is no faucet to rinse your feet, as a result, all your feet are washed in the pool. We lived on the 7th floor, the elevator was constantly breaking down, he worked 1 day out of 11 days of rest, you don't run with a child. The service either exists or it does not exist, it is not there. When there were thunderstorms at night, they removed the covering from the umbrellas on the beach, and they did not pull it back, even after contacting the reception. Everything is slow and lazy, only the kitchen staff tried and tried to do everything in time))) ". Of the advantages, the sea is wonderful. There is a territory, but there is nowhere to walk, it is dark everywhere, lighting can be done, such nature and solid darkness. Take a mosquito spray, there are a lot of them in the evening.

We stayed at the hotel in September 2023 in a two-room room of 2 families on the 1st floor. The room is excellent, clean, there is a refrigerator, a decanter, glasses in the room, but there is no kettle, in the evening after dinner before going to bed, both we and the children wanted to drink tea.
There is a playground, there is a sea nearby within walking distance. There is a swimming pool and it is divided into a children's and adult zone, but the water is cold, if it is still warming up during the day, then it is cold in the evening.
There are many dogs and cats on the territory.
The buffet meals are excellent, varied and delicious!
In general, we liked everything and were satisfied, the hotel justifies its 3*.

Great hotel! We vacationed with my husband here in August 2020, it is clear that the hotel was still at the stage of development, but we liked everything. The food is delicious, home cooking. The staff is good. The rooms are cleaned every 2 days, and towels were always changed on time. We lived in a room with a mountain view, the view is really worthwhile if you live on the upper floors.
There is an on-site swimming pool and comfortable soft sun beds. We returned to this hotel in August 2021 with the whole family. The changes have already been visible and the hotel is developing to this day. Compared to last year, a playground was added behind the pool, the dining room was moved closer to the sea, a volleyball net was added, a bar worked where a chic bartender beautifully made cocktails for us. In general, I recommend the hotel to everyone! The whole family was satisfied!

I do not recommend this hotel.
My husband and I have been to many places and we have something to compare it with.
We went to Abkhazia for the first time, we had a rest in August. They lived in the main building.
Minuses:
1. The room was cleaned once in 10 days, towels were changed, bed linen was changed, the floor was washed. That's all, then they just took out the trash and changed the paper. One day, they didn't come at all.
2. The faucet in the bathroom is covered in plaque, which is scary to touch it.
3. Plumbing leaks
4. The whole shelf in the shower is rusty (it's time to replace it for a long time)
5. The furniture is old, there are spots somewhere, holes somewhere.
6. The TV works every other time, with some kind of failures all the time (we turned it off, of course, only for the background when we were in the room and so, keep in mind, who likes to watch, you will not watch)
7. Beach towels are all washed to holes and stained (it's time to replace them)
8. There are some problems with electricity, the lights were turned off every day for a couple of seconds. and more than once a day.That is, if you have any equipment charging and God forbid, something will happen to it from such power outages.
9. Wi-Fi is weak, does not catch everywhere and also works intermittently. If you work remotely, keep in mind.
10. On food: the food is ordinary, homemade (but delicious, the chefs are great) few vegetables and fruits, apples, oranges and that's it. You can somehow diversify watermelons, for example, melons, peaches, grapes. Abkhazia is full of this.
11. There was always something missing in the dining room, then there were no spoons, trays, glasses. I had to stand and wait for them to take it out, there were always queues. Recruit staff then again if the girls are not coping.
12. It's scary to go into the toilets at the dining room or by the pool, there's dirt everywhere, some kind of garbage, the doors barely close. Complete unsanitary conditions.
13. There is no entertainment at all, those who have children yes, they probably have something to do there. But not for adults. In the evening there is some kind of disco (with old hits). Hookah can be smoked on the beach, on ottomans. Which should also be cleaned or replaced. They are all dragged back and forth all over the territory, children jump in shoes on them, they stand in the rain, get wet, then go out on the beach. The smell from them is unpleasant.
Positive:
The sea, the sun and nature (but this does not apply to the hotel in any way)
Conclusion: The hotel is stuck in some kind of Soviet time. There is no service there at all, they do not keep it clean.

In 2019, there was an ideal restaurant, and now it feels like the main goal was to earn money. It has become too crowded, the buffet has turned into a queue and a distributor, new houses are built from very cheap materials, so the audibility is wild and the plumbing is already partially broken. The houses overlooking the sea have a footpath in front of them, which connects several hotels. Therefore, under the windows, in addition to the noise of mine, you have a crowd going back and forth. The promised chairs and a table on the veranda were never brought to us (they are corny not enough for everyone), but they put them in the next house, which they later stopped at (maybe they had to bribe the maid for this?)
In general, I am very sorry that it became so. I came back here hoping to find the old cozy and pleasant Apartment, but I ended up in a hotel where there is not much concern for the comfort of visitors.
