A hotel for those nostalgic for the USSR. Clean, the rooms are very compact, the bathroom is cramped, but not critical. There are problems with water, the taps must be unscrewed completely so that they somehow flow out. The food is decent, the buffet at 7 a.m. is good, I didn't see it later, but they say there's not much left. The only thing that caused delight was the mattress on the bed. It is as convenient as possible. You lie down, and you physically feel your back saying "Thank you! ". So it's a very average hotel, but just to spend the night is fine.

The hotel corresponds to the stated stars , so everything is clean , well - groomed , but already requires renovation . Buffet breakfast , a very large selection , starting from porridge, omelette, etc. , no one will definitely stay hungry , everyone will find something to eat. The staff is friendly , there is its own closed Parking.

We were in Minsk at the end of June 2024. We stayed at the Planeta Hotel. We have booked a two-room Suite.
Positive: good location, good breakfasts.
Cons: The rooms are old, the furniture is from the 80s. The photos of the room do not match reality (instead of two double beds in one of the rooms there is a folding sofa, old, squeaky terribly! The bathtub is also old. The windows don't open well, there are no screens, they haven't been washed, apparently, for many years. Cleaning for 4-. The first room did not have air conditioning in one of the rooms, so I had to ask for another room. Bed linen is not made for extra.the place- you have to do everything yourself. The double bed is made with linen for a single bed! Arriving at the room at 12 o'clock in the morning, I had to do everything myself, ask for a normal set of underwear (which also did not turn out to be). The folding sofa did not work, I had to call the master ....
In short, you understand that this is not the level of a Suite, from the word- at all!
Bottom line: next time, this hotel will definitely not be chosen by us.

A large number of rooms. They settled in on holidays when there were no places. We had a rest on March 8. There is a guarded parking lot with electric car chargers for guests. The rooms are simple, but clean and cozy. The staff is friendly. Buffet on the 2nd floor in the restaurant. A variety of breakfast options. You won't leave hungry! I took a room with 2 beds. The furniture is not new, but in good condition. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator are all working properly. The bathroom is in good condition. Slippers, towels, as expected. Clean and quiet enough. There is no noise from the street, the neighbors can be heard a little. The refrigerator was noisy in my room. Turned off - silence.
Soundly, cleanly, money is fine.

We arrived at the hotel around 23:00, we were quickly checked in. The room was on the 5th floor, standard with two single beds. Our room turned out to be better in person than in the photo when booking. The window opens, there is a mini fridge. The only drawback was that water was dripping from the shower in the bathroom, it was audible at night.
Breakfast was not taken at the time of booking, but the girls at the reception said that if desired, you can go down in the morning and pay on the spot.
In general, we stayed here purely for the night, so it seemed comfortable. Moreover, the room rate was much lower than in other hotels. The hotel's luggage storage helped a lot, we were able to leave our things there before the train left.

What's good: it's not noisy, the room has a mini fridge, a hair dryer, and a fairly convenient location. What's bad: the lamp on the bedside table did not work, cold water could not be turned on, but only used relatively hot, drain cold water from the hot tap for about 20 minutes, categorically not a comfortable shower room, no matter how you pressed against the wall and closed the curtain, but the floor would be flooded with water, and wipe only with a towel which then needs to be dried on something. The heated towel rail is hot only while the hot water is running. There was a water cooler, but only on 3 floors, out of 4 elevators, 2 do not always work, and the crowd for breakfast and check-in is large. Room cleaning is normal, but the towels are already very gray. The windows are dirty and there is a lot of wind blowing out of them. Curtains should also be washed at least once a year. According to the food, it is edible, in principle, you can find something that you can eat. The omelet is normal, the sausages are too, but the pancakes are not tasty, the porridge was generally terrible.

A normal hotel, with slightly tired furniture and plumbing, but generally comfortable. Comfortable mattress, clean linen, quiet in the room, there is an additional door separating the room from the corridor.
Among the disadvantages - there are no cups or kettle in the room, the refrigerator did not work. But there was a cooler on the floor, and a glass in the bathroom, so they didn't die of thirst, but in my opinion such a service falls a little short of three stars.
The location of the hotel is also quite acceptable, although not the best. It is located exactly in the middle between Nemiga and Yubileynaya metro stations. Most of the attractions can be reached on foot, within 1-3 km. The Museum of the Patriotic War is right across the street. There is a large shopping center and a grocery store nearby. Breakfast and business lunch are organized at the hotel. There is no swimming pool, it is rented out.
There was nothing very critical, categorically incompatible with comfort.

In Soviet times, there would have been a great hotel, but now it is certainly far from the standard. It's simple. Breakfasts are also simple to the point of a foul. There is not always a kettle in the rooms. The password for Wi-fi is printed out separately for each device, the Internet speed is low. But everything is clean and tidy.

Good afternoon! I booked a room in this hotel for July 27-28, 2024. Disappointed. I always read reviews, but when he comes to the hotel, you evaluate everything yourself. What I liked: the location, cleanliness in the room, that's all. Why was she disappointed? 1. The receptionist is completely indifferent to the employee. They simply answered any question: "I don't know." 2. Shower. After taking a shower, I had to dry everything, it is very fluid. 3. I booked a room at this hotel for my birthday. Well, it was possible for the workers at the counter to at least say to me: "Happy birthday, dear guest." No. Absolute inattention and indifference. A great hotel for your money! I booked through Yandex.Journeys. 2 people lived on May 9-10. I took it with breakfast.
Very nice rooms: clean, modern bathroom, beautiful view from the window, wi-fi.
Breakfast is excellent, buffet style and a lot of snacks.

I wouldn't want to come here a second time. I checked in late. That's how my train came. When I got to the door of the room, I felt a draft from under the door... It turned out that the huge transom of the window was wide open. Only a locksmith could close it by screwing a self-tapping screw into the frame. And it happened only two hours later, after 22.00.And outside, by the way, there was a stormy wind. The request to provide a different number was refused. Teenagers were running and making noise all night in the hallway (holidays). The room was very small. The toilet room with a sink, a shower tray (behind the counter) fits on 2 sq. m. The water flows very weakly. Breakfast. I'm not fussy about food. An omelette, a piece of ham and cheese is quite enough for me. But the sight of desserts did not arouse appetite. And the sound of dried marshmallows is generally...! I think that the price per night in this hotel is not fair! The presence of a luggage storage softened the impression.

The room is quite old, but everything works - you can live.
In Russia, such a room would cost 2 times cheaper.
The elevator works disgustingly - out of 2 for 3 days of the visit, only one of them worked (different on different days), which is quite a severe test for a 12-storey building.
The breakfasts are hearty, but the menu is very modest. For a hotel with so many rooms, this is not the most pleasant moment.
I was especially upset that breakfast is not included in the room price. They are included separately in the bill for accommodation.
I do not recommend it to business travelers with problematic accounting .

The hotel corresponds to 3*. The room is relatively clean. It doesn't look like a suite at all. Although there is an attempt to preserve the atmosphere of Soviet chic. The breakfast is standard, continental. The coffee is good.
The staff let me down. During the afternoon nap, the maid opened the door with her key. When she saw me, she just slammed the door.
Next time, of course, I'll choose a different hotel.

The big hotel is located not far from the center. There is a shopping center nearby within walking distance. The breakfasts are bad every day, the same thing, the pastries are not fresh, there is nothing to eat. The room is normally not critical, but some kind of cosmetic repairs are required, especially in the bathroom. We cleaned the rooms for 3+.

A hotel with a great location almost in the center of the city. Private free Parking, spacious enough. We stayed for 6 nights in a 2-room suite for three people. The room is clean. Daily cleaning service. Bathrobes, slippers, toiletries - everything is there. The buffet is quite varied, the breakfasts are hearty. Among the disadvantages: there is no balcony, the air conditioner in the living room and the refrigerator did not work. The refrigerator was replaced on day 2, the air conditioner could not be repaired.
The staff is polite and friendly.

The hotel is big. On the ground floor there is a place to drink coffee and a cafe, but the cafe is open from 11 to 15.00 on weekdays. Its own secured Parking, a cooler and an ironing board on the floors.Of the cons: periodically, one of the 4 elevators does not work. We took a suite for 5 nights. The room is clean, but everything is already tired. The linen is white, but with small holes, the robes are washed, but we did not use them. The bathroom requires special attention: it is small, there is mold between the tiles, and the bathtub is painted with paint and is already poorly washed. The room was cleaned every day. Well done girls! In general, it's not bad, but in some places repairs are already underway, which I would like to draw the attention of the owners.

We were in Minsk for the May holidays. At the Planeta Hotel. The hotel is not bad at all. The room has everything you need. Refrigerator, safe, telephone. In the bathroom they put mini accessories - soap, shampoo, gel. There are no slippers. Take yours. There is an air conditioner. In the morning, a good breakfast buffet. Quite diverse. The location of the hotel is good. Almost in the center of the city. There is a grocery store nearby. We were in nice restaurants with national cuisine. Everywhere they paid with the Mir card. Yandex taxi is working.

We stayed at the Planeta Hotel from 18.06 to 21.06
Even before our arrival, we were "hospitably" greeted by phone when we decided to ask about early check-in, since we were with a small child and were ready to pay for early check-in: an older woman simply rudely refused us, did not listen to anything and HUNG up. Back then, everything was clear and it was possible not to even give the hotel a chance, but we had no choice in vain. Upon arrival at the reception, I asked why they were hanging up, but they didn't even apologize to us and didn't want to figure it out, they just said they didn't know who it could be (as if anyone could pick up the phone passing by the reception)
On another day, at the request to bring a kettle so that we could warm up the food for the child, we also did not react, we had to catch the maid herself and ask her about it (the maid reacted instantly)
Also, upon request to bring a cot or playpen to the room, I was told that "most likely" she was busy, without even bending her head to the computer to check this information. Well, apparently there is only one children's "place" for sleeping in the hotel, which is also strange for me, since the hotel is far from small
The rooms are normal, but old, toilet paper was rarely brought.
The room with a cooler on the floor has a terribly dirty floor, even dirtier than on the street.
Of course, the breakfast is wide, but the wrapped sandwiches look disgusting, to put it mildly, it is not clear why they should transfer the products and spoil their appetite, since every morning they lay untouched by the guests. There was either sour milk in the coffee, or the coffee itself was like that, but no one drank it either.
To sum up, I understand that this is a three-star hotel, but there are basic rules that are the same for all areas in which people are served. For example, for a hotel: when guests approach the reception and accommodation, you need to get up from your chair, pay attention, communicate somehow!
I have worked in different hotels of different levels myself and that is why I am writing all this. I don't recommend the hotel, it's a pity that I didn't take photos to attach here.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, liked everything, it was clean, there were just gorgeous girls and ladies at the reception, helped with check-in, picked up a room, advised where to eat and go shopping. We stayed for a couple of nights. We were not disappointed. It turned out that this hotel is almost in the very center of Minsk. It is a ten-minute walk to Nyamiga, five minutes to the park and Komsomol Lakes. Well, all the tourist places of Minsk are almost within walking distance. The hotel itself is quite comfortable, the staff is friendly. There is a paid guarded parking. But there are also free parking spaces nearby. The only thing I didn't really like was breakfast. Otherwise, it is a good choice for a tourist.

Ordered 12 hours before arrival.
2 adults and 1 child of school age.
Of the advantages:
- city center;
- own private parking;
Minuses:
- the bed for the child is a cot that was not prepared for our arrival, although we said we would be late;
- shabby condos;
- the door to the room barely opens;
- mini bar in the photo (or rather the absence of it);
- the terrible condition of the bathroom;
- the bathroom is generally a throwback to the 90s, and it's in the suite;
- the overall condition and renovation in the room is depressing;
- you need to wait well for warm water before it spills out of the shower;
- toilet paper is visible in the light;
- the total cost for the above-listed "pleasures";

The spirit of the past is firmly entrenched in this place, the rooms are small and well-worn by time, there is a TV, a telephone, one plate and two glasses in the room, a hair dryer (not used). There is no kettle, no appliances, even on request (fire safety), a shoe horn was also not found, cleaning for three. There is a cooler with cold and hot water in the hall on the floor, it was empty in the mornings more often, not on all floors. In general, it is possible to come for two or three, it will do for very unassuming guests. They could make a "candy" out of this hotel, but apparently no one needs it. The hotel is not bad, the location is close to the museum and the park, the view of the avenue is beautiful, the rooms are modest, but everything is there, albeit on a budget. Breakfast is not tasty, monotonous, if it is already impossible for several days. I am glad at least that there is no queue at breakfast and before the tour you do not waste time on this.
We were at a New Year's banquet ... the program was quite fun, but the food was completely disappointing ... for such money, such a g ..., it is significant that after 3 nights 70% of the hot snacks remained "poked through", fresh vegetables in full volume (which are also not ice) left. I expected much more from the Belarusian hospitality at the New Year's banquet.

Mold and rust in the shower, the door to the bathroom does not close (it has clearly sagged), we went into the room, containers of berries from previous tenants on the refrigerator, the refrigerator itself is dirty inside. The room has not been cleaned once in three days.
There are no glasses/cups in the room, the cooler is on the floor, but it does not have glasses either. There is some kind of cafe downstairs, it says that they work from 14-00, in fact it was still closed at 15-50.
In general, as an option, I came fell asleep - OK.

A great hotel. Clean, cozy. The girls at the reception are very friendly. The room was clean, with all the necessary accessories. The linen is snow-white. The bathroom was a little upset, the toilet did not hold water. And that sound of running water was a little annoying. But the gorgeous view from the window, overlooking the park and the WWII Museum, still smoothed out this drawback. Breakfast is a buffet, we ate heartily. There is a private parking. The numbers are dead. The windows and curtains are dirty. The maids clean only the bathroom, or rather, they do not clean anything. They come to see if they need to put toilet paper, change towels, pick up garbage (only from the bathroom). We rested for 5 days. In the evenings, they drank a bottle of wine - they put an empty one on the floor in the room, since it did not fit in the trash can. So the bottles accumulated until the end of the rest - no one removed them.
The receptionist independently changed the double room to a twin room, although they booked the first option. After pointing out the mistake, an employee with such an indignant face changed our number.......
One of the advantages: good location. Near Victory Park, 10 minutes by metro. Breakfast is very simple, but everything is delicious - you will not stay hungry.
I really liked how everything is kept clean and tidy in Belarus, but so far this is not about the Planeta Hotel
