The President Hotel is far from 5 stars. Elevators are slow in scratches. You exit the elevator onto a dark floor with a low ceiling and a strange smell. Long corridors end with dirty, dusty curtains, which do not allow light to pass through because of the dust. The room is disgusting, with two stars. The smell in the room is the same, bathrobes and towels smell the same, it became clear - this is the smell of cheap laundry detergent. There's a single hook in the bathroom that's dangling and barely holding on. Torn robes with threads sticking out from all sides hang on this hook. There is nowhere to hang clothes and a towel. A tiny towel rack the size of a sock. The shower holder is broken, the glass doors of the shower are somehow covered with sealant. The countertop in the bathroom near the taps is covered with a thick layer of lime plaque, gum is stuck under the countertop. The bathroom floors have the same lime coating. The bathroom floors are stained. The wall by the armchair in the room is dirty. The floor carpet is also stained and in the trash. Dust is wiped off everywhere you look. The dust is practically not wiped off. The curtains are puffed, stained, streaked, dusty, gray and dirty. The bed is rumpled, we lift the duvet covers - the hair and dirt particles were not changed, or they were thrown on the floor when they were laid. The floor has not been vacuumed efficiently for a hundred years. There's nothing to breathe. The air conditioner is not regulated, the regulator is broken. We call the reception, demand to clean the room, replace the curtains, bring spoons, forks, plates. The maid cleaned the room under control, and the gum remained in the bathroom until our departure, the floors were never washed in the bathroom. We couldn't replace the curtains, we waited a day for them to be washed, lived window to window with the Administration of Belarus under video cameras. For three days, I had to remind myself every day that the bed linen, bathrobe, towel, etc. had not been replaced, it was useless to ask for vacuuming and mopping the bathroom floors. Sets are not put in the bathroom every day, but as they are used - a bunch of different boxes with sewing supplies, shaving, etc., but there is no hand cream, the soap is tiny in a package that is very difficult to open. Maids may make up old linen or forget to replace the towel. The cleaning is disgusting. The surfaces of bedside tables, dressing tables and cabinets have never been washed, old stains in the corners and age-old dirt in the recesses. Tea bags, coffee, water, two mugs, a kettle with scum on the bottom are on the dressing table. At the same time, there are no teaspoons, let alone plates, forks, etc. So, where we brew tea, we comb our hair and do makeup there. A micro-sized coffee table fits one plate of fruit, there is nowhere else to put the second plate with berries. Breakfast at the hotel is buffet style. We don't like this kind of pitch. You can order in the room, but the restaurant menu is not happy with the dishes. Neighboring restaurants turned out to have a more interesting varied menu, including Belarusian cuisine. In the President's department, except for two shops in the lobby on the ground floor with Belarusian linen and chocolates, there is nothing national!!!!!! A separate song is a tiny refrigerator that is completely crammed with a mini-bar. It is not possible to use the refrigerator. For the first time I came across such a service in a hotel that is positioned as 5 stars See the photo. It's a pity that all the photos didn't fit. In general, the President Hotel is a hotel with an external ostentation - for an amateur or for business travelers who come for a day or two to the buildings located next door. The hotel building itself stands apart from the infrastructure, on a hill on the front side, so it is better to stop with a car than to climb the mountain every time. For a long stay, a five-minute walk from the President Hotel, there are really five-star, top-end, more expensive, small but insanely cozy hotels that are located among restaurants, cafes and shops. I strongly regretted that this time I decided to stay at the President Hotel. It is unclear why, with so many negative reviews, Yandex stubbornly costs 5 points?

We had a rest at the hotel with our family . The hotel is disgusting, they meet us with such a face as if we owe them something. It's hot in the room, the split system is for the whole hotel with one temperature that cannot be adjusted, the room is 29 degrees , the tin is just .... The crib is all falling apart , it's a shame for a 5* such a service. We were very upset , we definitely will not return to this hotel anymore . It's not acceptable for that kind of money

The hotel firmly deserves 3 stars, no more! We were in a standard room with a 2-bedroom bed. We will not be able to evaluate the kitchen, we refused to eat. It's great to spend the night, but next time we'll look for another hotel to relax! I am attaching a photo confirming my stay at the hotel! We were at the hotel from 07/29/24 to 1.08.24 Minuses: 1. Meals are paid separately (although the hotel positions itself as a 5-star). 2. The room is "tired", cosmetic repairs are needed. 3. If it is over 25 degrees outside, the "hood" in the room will not help, it will be hot and stuffy. We were lucky that it got colder. 4. The bathroom is too small (even for me, I am 158). 5. There is no normal curtain/partition in the bathroom and everything flows to the floor. 6. 3 elevators and it is very difficult to "catch" an elevator to the underground parking lot, since only 1 goes there. 7. The spa center was closed for repairs until 06/25/2024 information from the website, but in fact the spa area was not completely repaired and the sauna complex did not work completely, but no one warned about this in advance, and they went specifically for these conditions. 8. Paid mini-bar. 9. Bed linen has not been changed once for 4 nights. 10. TV from the 2000s, funny. 11. Wi-Fi is weak. Positive: 1. Clean room. 2. Towels, sets, toilet paper and napkins, water are changed daily (4 bottles of 0.5 per 2 people). 3. The territorial location is doubtful, since you need to walk a block to the nearest cafe or store (this is the administrative center), but there are no traffic jams and people, it is very quiet and clean. 4. Clean swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna complex could not be evaluated. 5. A wide range of mini-bars, but it is paid. 6. The staff is very polite and always tries to help solve the problem.

Nice rooms, delicious food, courteous staff. but! The air conditioning is central, i.e. it is +31 outside, and everyone has 26+ degrees in the room. And no matter how you turn the adjustment, nothing changes. I called a specialist 2 times - nothing can be done. The room is stuffy, I do not recommend it in the heat. Look for alternative hotels with separate air conditioning.

I refused to stay here, but my wife likes the location, I booked it from February 3 to February 5. We arrived early, around 8 a.m. I asked for early, paid check-in in ANY room. They refused, offered to sit in the lobby until 12, and then they might be settled, but not for sure. And they'll definitely settle in at 14. Apparently the hotel is completely packed, there are no rooms available. It is good that there are 5* hotels in Minsk that are ready to receive a guest at any time. Half an hour later, I was already in the room of one of them. I called 2 more people and they were also ready to receive us! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel! The first two visits also had negative impressions, but I have already written about them.

disgusting!!! One solid show - off !!! But in fact the bottom!!! Standard room for two. For a minute, 16,000 rubles per day. It's 30 degrees outside. The room has central air conditioning. In fact, this is one tributary for the entire floor, and maybe for the entire building. It is impossible to adjust the temperature. On request, we were turned on, but as it turned out for several hours!! They turned it off at night!!!!! We woke up at 5 a.m. from the incredible heat!!! It's 26 degrees in the room!!!! The windows are blocked, there is no air access!!! In this heat, a heavy cotton blanket!! A duvet cover was brought on request. Synthetic thin and loose pillows 1 piece per person. Bed linen, bathrobes, towels are gray and stiff from old age and washing.In the bathroom, when using the shower, there is a smell of sewage .The furniture in the room is tired and battered. The view from the window of room 409 is a wall. I have never seen such game in a five-star hotel for such money anywhere else!! We were lucky that we only spent one night in this hell. Even one star is a lot for such an "institution".

I liked the hotel. It's not the most modern, but the rooms are in excellent design, the mattresses are comfortable, you get a good night's sleep. There is a spa area with a three-lane swimming pool and saunas (Finnish, Turkish dry and wet). The room service is excellent, the restaurant has a thoughtful menu, delicious and large portions. Continental breakfast for 30 Belarusian rubles...I was tired of eating it, they brought 4 different plates (the last one with bombic cheesecakes)) I recommend it!

But there are also shortcomings for which the hotel does not reach 5 stars. The underfloor heating in the bathroom / toilet did not work, when washing, tilting my face to the sink, I saw disgusting dirt in the overflow hole, it does not mean everywhere that the maid climbs in and cleans carefully. On the second day, there was a small blockage in the shower, which means that the drain pipe has not been cleaned for a long time. The ventilation system is blocked, apparently because it is winter to avoid turning on the air conditioner, while sleeping in the room was stuffy without air flow, they opened the window and listened to the noise of the street. At the entrance, the on / off keys, among which one did not understand from what or it does not work. There is no rotary dial on the table under the TV, probably someone broke it once and never found a replacement to fix it. The floor lamp and the table lamp by the window are not turned off by a common key by the bed. There is no cream in the tea set, instead of teaspoons, disposable wooden sticks are not of the best quality. The result: poor preparation of the room for the arrival of guests, there is no control over the work of the staff and the working condition of the equipment in the room.

We had a great time at this hotel. We took a suite. The cleanliness, aesthetics, and furnishings of the room were very pleasing. Considering that we were with two children. The staff is friendly enough. The convenient location of the hotel also pleased me. Breakfast is not very varied, but everything is delicious. Dinner was ordered in the room. We were very pleased with the prices. I was upset by one minor flaw - the lock in the bathroom did not close. As I wrote earlier, we were with children and this caused some discomfort. And the water in the bathroom didn't drain well. It was also annoying. We were on New Year's Eve. The hotel is simply insanely beautifully decorated. And I recommend 100% desserts in the lobby bar.
