I liked everything, the place, the photo locations, the music and the food. One drawback is that it ended too soon. By 24.00, the music had already been turned off and unobtrusively hinted at the end of the banquet.

Excellent 5* hotel. I was pleased with the location of this hotel, within walking distance from the historical part of the city, a quiet and peaceful place. The Standard room is spacious enough, it has everything for staying at the hotel - a bathrobe, slippers, personal hygiene items, a kettle and bottled drinking water, which was replenished daily. And I will say separately about the mattress, comfortable, not sagging, smooth!!!!! The breakfasts are decent, delicious and for every taste - champagne, red caviar, fish in assortment, meat cuts, homemade meat rolls, juices, etc. On my birthday, they congratulated me with delicious cakes! We extended our stay until 14.00 without payment! Respect and respect for the attention of the hotel staff!

The wife could not connect to the local Wi-Fi network, the concierge connected it in a couple of minutes. The breakfast is delicious and varied. And very convenient: from 7 to 11 o'clock. I advise you to take accommodation with breakfast, because cafes in the city, mostly work from 11 - 12 o'clock. It should be borne in mind that the SPA and gym are also open to season ticket holders from the city. At lunch and in the evening, the fullness is decent. The city center, local attractions can be reached on foot. For smokers, in addition to places on the street, there is a special room inside the building. There is also an ATM. Basically, I took small bills for tips. According to the MIR card, you can pay everywhere at the normal rate: multiply local rubles by 30 and get the price in Russian rubles.

We were in May 2023, we liked everything very much. Good location in the city center. The hotel has its own free parking (above ground, and according to the doorman, underground), but there are rarely free places on them - when we arrived, we had to park on the paving stones to the left of the entrance. The staff helps with the parking issue, if there are no parking spaces, they will park somewhere nearby. The room was taken for a family of 3 people, a family junior suite, very spacious, comfortable, four full-fledged beds, has everything you need to relax. There is really a lot of space in the room, it is comfortable. The beds and pillows are comfortable, excellent sound insulation (no extraneous noises and sounds are audible), there is a separate vestibule room between the room itself and the bathroom with a spacious wardrobe and a bedside table for bags / suitcases, there is a safe, kettle and tea accessories (no coffee). The lighting is more than adequate, if necessary. 0.5 water is put in the room daily for each resident, tea / sugar are updated. The bathroom is also spacious, there is a bathroom and a separate shower room, a bidet, a good hair dryer, gels, shampoos, lotions and more are replenished daily. Bathrobes, slippers, a variety of towels, an ironing board and an iron - everything is there. The SPA complex is located on the 2nd floor, quite pleasant. On the 1st floor there is a smoking room, where you can easily enter from the room or from the SPA in a bathrobe and slippers at any time. You can also smoke outside to the left of the exit. The breakfast buffet is with a very good assortment of dishes and is completely worth the money (as of May 2023 - 70 Belarusian rubles per person). In general, the impressions of the stay are very positive, I liked the hotel and the service, I am very satisfied.

There are not enough sauna mats and an irrigation device to douse yourself with cold water. The plumbing in the showers is clogged, the pressure is not very strong. Carpeting in the corridors drowns out footsteps and noises. I was pleased with the ironing board and iron in the room, and my clothes were quickly put in order for an evening out. Only the central air conditioner was upset: the room is on the 6th floor - the room temperature is +27.5 with street temperature +22 and the air conditioner is running. The style is somewhat monumental (which is good), nice quiet rooms, no crowds, underground warm parking in winter is very useful. The pool is very decent for Minsk hotels. Full-fledged 25 meters and three tracks, open from 7 a.m. It's great to swim before breakfast. There are few people, mostly visitors. There is one drawback - a short menu in the restaurant for dinner. Therefore, we prefer to have dinner in the city.

The fact that you can order hot food and any freshly squeezed juices from the waiter saves you. Wine that is served like champagne (the required attribute is 5 *) sucks, I would recommend removing it altogether if they do not want to spend money on decent. The staff is generally polite, except for one shift at the reception. The most inconvenient thing is the schedule of the saunas: the pool is open, and the saunas are from 12.00. If you are an early riser or limited in time, you will not be able to get pleasure from the spa included in the price of your stay

The child got sick on the train, upon arrival at the hotel it became very bad, his stomach twisted, afraid of appendicitis, went to the reception to ask for an ambulance... So, to our happiness, they had a doctor in the spa area, who calmed and monitored the child every 2 hours, discussed what to treat (some kind of intestine) and told us in the kitchen to make us rice and crackers and water in the room. This service does not happen everywhere! We are very grateful! That doctor, as they say, is from God, even being around makes it easier. On the trail.the day the temperature went down, we were able to leave for Mir Castle (and stay there for 2 o'clock), and not hand over tickets and go home. The breakfasts are incomparable and caviar and red fish and champagne and pastries are on fire! It was not for nothing that the CSTO met there with us. At the same time, there is no discrimination against other hotel guests. It's also safer this way. The corridors were guarded. The exchanger in the hotel. Moreover, in any exchanger, even in the most expensive hotel, even in a bank on the outskirts, the exchange rate is one general, state, and not who will cheat how much! Feel free to change and do not deny yourself anything. There is a place to walk from the hotel in any direction. And to the park nearby and to GUM.

The room is large, there may have been an upgrade of the room stock once, but these red walls :( A very uncomfortable bed- from the word at all, 2 tiny pillows (also uncomfortable) my husband and I thought there were more pillows, but no, that's all ((( there was a kettle and tea accessories in the room, water (also a mini bar filled to capacity) in the bathroom a million care products (shampoo, gel) not soapy ( cleaning was every day, the water supply was updated) we took a room without breakfast, so I can't say anything about the food, but the price tag for breakfast was huge, it was easier for us to eat in a cafe)))) The hotel is not bad, but it didn't leave any wow emotions either.

It is very cold in the lobby and bar. We were waiting with our daughter to check in, we arrived early. Very cold. I'm frozen everywhere in my sweater. Thank you for checking in earlier and the receptionist offered a blanket and pencils for drawing to the child. There is no room for children. The bartender, to my question and surprise, said that this was not a business hotel. But if it's 5 stars, then in radisons, mariotts, Hyltons and such type of hotels there is usually something for children besides colored pencils, including the attitude towards children. In general, the service is lame in this regard. Although we must pay tribute, they settled in with a child of 7 years old without any problems. The staff at the hotel is very helpful, just super. Everything is very clean everywhere. In the rooms, all linen is of excellent quality, towels, slippers, bathrobes. There is everything for hygienic procedures, right down to toothbrushes. After reading the laudatory reviews, I booked a room from April 23 to April 26 at the President Hotel Minsk. We arrived in the evening and went to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. When the room was empty, they waited for the order for almost 20 minutes. But the length of the wait was compensated by the quality of the dishes served (the filet mignon steak was very decent). To the credit of the hotel, the breakfasts are beyond praise both in terms of variety and quality of dishes (the chef does not get paid for nothing). The pillows in the room are very bad: thin and lumpy (although the cleaner immediately brought a better pillow). We also faced a problem of comfort during our stay: the climate control system is not actually configurable (one temperature for everyone!). But this is not the worst thing: the operation of this system stops without any warning and here in room +28. To start the installation, it took 3 (!) times to communicate with the reception staff (and this is a 5-star hotel!!!!). However, the management at the reception was courteous and courteous. I was very surprised, but the tables were not cleaned at the breakfast on April 25: that is, the guest himself must look for appliances on other tables, clear a place for his breakfast on the table and contemplate the remnants of breakfast and used dishes of guests who had already had breakfast earlier. Are you sure this is a 5-star hotel? I repeat, the breakfasts themselves are beyond praise (it seems that only the chef and his team work flawlessly in this hotel). I should also mention the quality of room cleaning (unobtrusive and high-quality). In general, the hotel left contradictory impressions. P.S. the issue of cleaning dirty dishes at breakfast was resolved the next day: used dishes instantly disappeared from the table
