Nice hotel with friendly staff. Cleaning every day. Everything is clean and everything works. There is not enough capsule coffee maker in the room. And insanely expensive breakfasts - 70 Belarusian rubles for one is about 2,300 rubles. Therefore, they preferred to have breakfast in other places that are located near the hotel.

They claim air conditioners in all rooms, but there are none, general ventilation for the entire hotel!! It's 25 degrees in the room, it's impossible to breathe, they respond to requests that they can't do anything!?????The impression is greatly spoiled!!!

A very cozy hotel near the city center. Pleasant rooms, free Parking for guests. I lived in a standard without breakfast - I was satisfied with everything. The bed is comfortable, the bed is snow-white. The room is spacious, there is a safe and a refrigerator. I think there was a TV. The reception works flawlessly. Check-in/check-out is no longer than a minute. The girls are polite and pleasant. Near the city center. All the hangout places are within walking distance. Great hotel - stayed as a family for a few days. Excellent spa area. It's nice that they keep order, they ask you to put hats in the pool. A comfortable room, the maids are smart, they were not visible, not heard, but the room is clean and tidy! Of the minuses - in the standard room for the child, they did not organize an additional one.the place, although the area allows it.

Junior Suite (junior Suite). I liked the hotel. A kind of pompous hotel in the city center, next to the presidential residence. Decorated with strict wood in the corridors, large rooms and an excellent SPA (and it's really good) . A decent 25-meter pool. The hammam, sauna and Turkish steam room are among the best of their kind. It is located as well as possible, for walking around Minsk, close to the party area that attracts tourists and young people I will note a few nuances that did not significantly change the opinion about the hotel, but caused a misunderstanding that a five-star institution should correspond to the name. One person at the reception desk - we checked in for a long time! There is no parking space! Whose car can be more important than a hotel guest's car? They offered to leave their own right at the entrance. Is that even better? The room is as convenient and comfortable as possible, but, gentlemen, dirty stains on the banquette, on the floor and on the bedspread (!). Whatever, but the cleanliness must be perfect! I can't say anything about breakfast, breakfast is at the Cornflowers. Very nice hotel

2 days of hellish hassle! For 50,000 rubles per day, you will get a steam room in the room at 27-28 degrees and all at first cultural requests to make the temperature lower, a night without sleep because of the infernal heat, terribly stuffy - already more insistent requests to change the degrees in the bedroom are ignored, like technical specialists are sent, who shrug and say they do not know what to do to do this! As a result, a headache and really cries for help with a request to connect at least with someone from the middle management to solve the problem- in response, a refusal. So think about whether it's worth resting here, if such an attitude towards the guests, 250,000 are thrown to the wind! NEVER come to this HOSTEL! 6.01 addition: the car was never put in the underground parking lot, although they promised ......to provide high or even standard service is not accepted here.... We ordered dinner for the child in the room from a very simple dish- baked cauliflower: promised a maximum of 40 minutes- waiting 2 hours (for the staff- you can check) There is no service in this "hotel", friendly and friendly attitude was not noticed (except for the maid - surprised, but there is something)

The hotel is not new, but it corresponds to the name and the stars. The food was good (we had breakfast), although perhaps this is one of the few things you can find fault with. Okay, but without the sophistication, in Russia we are now paying more attention to this. The room was spacious, the furniture was not new, but everything was in good condition, a large TV, a Jacuzzi bath (and it worked!!!) and a shower stall. A large bed, although the mattress is so-so, but not critical. There is a SPA, a three-lane swimming pool, 20 meters in length, a sauna, a hammam and a Turkish bath, a small gym. A good souvenir shop (it turned out that the prices are quite low, so you can buy there, not in the city). Everything is clean, everything is cleaned. The staff is very polite and attentive.
