Nice hotel! The area is ministerial, it is always quite quiet and peaceful, 10 minutes on foot to tourist places. Private parking is available. The room rate includes free use of the swimming pool and three types of baths. WI-FI works well. The room has everything: tea, coffee, sugar, kettle; bathrobe and slippers; soap accessories: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush and paste, comb, cap, thread with needle, towels. Large bed, TV, coffee table. There is a separate luggage space and a closet. The service is excellent, they cleaned, refilled the water, changed towels and bed linen every day. Wonderful hotel and room. The service is excellent!

Great hotel, convenient location, huge room and bathroom with two sinks. There is a swimming pool and a spa center. The doorman helps with things and doors at the entrance to the hotel. A variety of breakfasts with an excellent choice: fish, caviar, meat products… Of the cons: the glass curtains in the bathroom reach only to the middle and there is a wide gap, after the shower there is a puddle on the floor. Not all light switches work. Because of the carpet on the floor, there is a musty smell in the room.

Since Russia, I have already lost the habit of a well-filled mini-bar, but here it's just a sight. The lobby bar is open 24 hours a day. You can have a snack there at any time. Right at the entrance there is a great cafe with local wines and beers. You can also have a cheap snack there. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. Nearby is the famous Oktyabrskaya Street with trendy bars and restaurants.

A wonderful hotel, located in a convenient location. Everything is nearby metro, park ,circus and theaters.The staff is very attentive and polite. The hotel has a currency exchange office. The breakfasts are gorgeous, with a very rich assortment of dishes. You can have lunch and dinner, the kitchen is great! Water in the room can be additionally taken from breakfast, although the maids put enough bottles. You walk in and out of the hotel on the red carpet like Hollywood stars! Wi-Fi is only a little frustrating, it resets very often. But still, if we come to Minsk again, we already know where we will stay, only in the "President"!

Nice hotel. It looks like a golden ring in Moscow. The rooms are cozy, clean, and all the necessary items are normally available. The breakfast is varied, but either there are not enough waiters, or they do not cope with their duties. If you come by 7:00, everything is there and the tables are clean and free. But if you come by 10:00, you can not sit down, either there are no seats, or the tables have not been cleared and there may be 5 pieces at once. There are many channels on TV, both for children and for parents, between tourist runs around the city you can relax and watch a movie. I was struck by the area around the hotel, the area is designed so that the residential and living part of the city does not come into contact with it, so there is a peaceful silence, which is not a little important for different time zones for guests of the city. A good spa area, but since you can visit the local, there is not enough space in the pool for everyone.

The restaurant is spacious, we had lunch and dinner several times - service, price/ quality - everything is at the hotel level. Great hotel. When I booked, my husband was in doubt and said that it was old. And when we checked in, he was surprised at how pleasant the room was. The room is really big, including the bathroom. Everything is very clean. After reading the reviews that there were only 2 pillows, now there are 3 in the room. Of course, really 4 would be ideal. They are not particularly lush.) There was no mini bar, and at some point it was very lacking. Since it was expensive to order something from a restaurant. 2 aperols-2500 rubles. Well, you can arrange a cocktail yourself for that kind of money. Next, we lived in the winter. The room is cool, but they responded to our request so quickly that they brought a heater at the moment. The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of bars/restaurants and attractions. The spa is very pleasant. They came, of course, at closing time. But a very cheerful sauna and hammam. There is one person per lane in the pool. There is also a Jacuzzi. You enter separately from the room in a bathrobe and slippers, at a separate entrance. In general, I recommend this hotel. The only drawback is that it is necessary to change the shower head in our room, including it, the water splashes in different directions. As a result, the entire floor is wet.

Great hotel, really 5 stars. The standard room is nice and cozy. Breakfast is a variety, quality and abundance. We also need to take into account the quality of Belarusian products. For the first time I saw a separate elevator to the Spa area. Great pool. Among the disadvantages: a long check-in time - 10 minutes per person, on a huge bed there are two tiny pillows and a heavy winter blanket, a heavy blanket that I pulled off the bed in 8 receptions, but in the evening I found it on the spot, and, of course, the price of accommodation.

On the ground floor, behind the Kommunarka store, at the very end of the corridor on the left there is a smoking room. Cozy and luxurious in Minsk. (There is in the photo) Everything is present in the room (apartment on the 8th floor) - bathrobes, slippers, a large set of toiletries. There is also a sauna. The bed is comfortable, nice nice linen. Free water in the amount of 4 bottles. After cleaning, it was updated. The mini-bar is naturally paid. (Or rather, a maxi-bar - it is located in a large refrigerator in the kitchen) there is also a freezer - very convenient. But unfortunately there is no coffee machine( Among the disadvantages: The TV in the large living room did not work. A tired shower. A huge plus is that if you set "do not disturb", they really do not come to you. The cleaning is good (I advise previous commenters to just leave a small tip and everything will be OK - the work is hard and the maids will be pleased that you remember this and are grateful to them for their work). The air conditioning is central. But we opened the windows (there is such an option in this room) and everything was normal in temperature. The breakfasts are very, very good. A variety of egg dishes (omelets, etc.), porridge, a large selection of desserts, cuts and more. Pastries, of course, pancakes, there are even halal products. Good coffee. The staff carefully monitors the availability of dishes and updates the assortment - a separate respect) We ordered food in the room - it was brought within 40 minutes (absolutely normal waiting time) - everything was beautiful and delicious. The overall impression is very pleasant. Luxury in the style of our parents' dreams. Probably, the choice of a hotel in Minsk has been determined by me forever. Thanks to the staff for their professionalism and patience.

Quite a decent hotel, walking distance to attractions. Clean, sufficient breakfasts, no special frills buffet, friendly staff, Ostashkov sculptures on the ground floor. The style and design are scoop-like as expected. The pool, sauna paint the place, it's nice to relax. At the entrance to the spa area, they give one towel, and the second one is to make a bed in the sauna - there is no "opportunity", but it is hot to sit. Cheap sets of all sorts of hotel vandals, cosmetics-there is some discrepancy with the status of the hotel. Of the minuses-there was a repair of communications under the windows, on K. Marx Street-industrial equipment worked until 12 at night, they complained -and not the first time, but the situation was "resolved" by the head of the hotel security-thanks to him ... 5 stars are doubtful.

The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna area, free of charge for residents. The pool is clean, there is no unpleasant smell. The hammam is clean, the saunas are comfortable. A very average hotel. It doesn't pull in five stars under any circumstances. Service is a solid three, it all depends on the employee and your luck. They can be "politely" rude, they can also help culturally. The rooms are clean and spacious, but there is not enough gloss for 5 stars. The towels are thin and washed, the room smells strongly of bleach - apparently after cleaning, soap and hygiene kits. accessories are Chinese penny consumer goods. The hotel and rooms are very cold in winter and very hot in summer. The food in the restaurant is like in a good dining room, not a 5-star level, definitely. There are no complaints about cleanliness and cleaning. The breakfasts are quite decent - there is a huge selection of everything: salmon, red caviar, cheeses, pancakes and cheesecakes.

The price/quality/location ratio is 10/10/10. The service, the general design, the very center of the city, the metro and the avenue are 5 minutes on foot, everything is "expensive and rich", but the price is very adequate. I can't hear the neighbors, good room cleaning, rooms like in good honest fives (stardom is not for show, as in some we won't mention which ones). Private free(!) spa area with a swimming pool and three views of the saunoban. For some reason, the bathroom light didn't turn off in our room, but maybe that's how it was intended. We took rooms without meals, but judging by the corporate parties of "big uncles in expensive suits", the restaurant here is good. If you need to stay in Minsk, you can't think of a better place for tourists

But it feels like a deserted place. But very close to the beautiful historical and cultural places where we liked to walk. We stayed at this hotel from 04.26 to 30.04. Questions arose before check-in. When booking a stay through a third-party service, I was offered a standard room for 2 adults and 1 child of 3 years old. Before leaving, I contacted the hotel and clarified the booking conditions, to which I received a reply that an extra bed for a child is not provided (i.e. a cot is provided for children under 3 years old, and nothing is provided for children from 3 to 12, the child must sleep with his parents. I am not satisfied with this option and I asked how to arrange an additional sleeping place for the child, I was offered options: 1. Change the room category to a more expensive one for a fee and also pay extra for the extra bed itself (about 10,000 rubles). Rubles+ the cost of another room); 2. As an exception, they offered a baby cot for FREE! This "gesture of a generous soul" was repeated several times. The issue was eventually resolved with a cot, and thanks for that, but the solution method certainly exhausted me. In other words, I expected a different level of service in a 5-star hotel. The staff is not polite in correspondence, "hello / goodbye" is not always used, sometimes it is ignored altogether. The entrance/ exit to the hotel is also no one says hello until you say hello yourself. A nice girl met us on the spot, explained everything, told us in detail, the attitude towards the hotel has changed. The room was clean and fresh, but the bar was completely empty. There is no refrigerator in the room, which we were very surprised at, but there is a "bar" with a temperature of +15, without drinks, though- they probably decided for us that we do not need. When I asked at the reception if it was possible to come up with something with a refrigerator- to lower the temperature or put a small refrigerator in the room, they answered me with a grin like "if you triple the option of storing food at +15, then store it- here's the solution for you." I can conclude that the hotel is good, but the people who work there are not interested at all, they work stupidly for a salary, they do not know how to solve problems and do not want to, and sometimes they deliberately provoke a conflict. On my next visit to Minsk, I would stay at this hotel, but just because the walls are nice.
